Dont know a whole lot as went only once to buy torch for weeds. Asked and shown right to the product. Asked where to get propane tank and told that too. Then checked out. Very helpful.

My go to place for most of my mechanical needs, they always return warranty tools that are broken and the manager jake and his staff have some of the best customer service in the valley. Top notch!

First time here. Items were fine and staff were nice and very helpful.

Customer Service was GREAT! The cashier even recognized I may need help getting the box to the car..... and he was nice too! But- the rubber gasket was missing about 15 inches!!!!! Geeeez, now I gotta put it back into the box and drive it back to the store tomorrow..... just to start all over again. I wanted to USE the dang thing TODAY!!!! PS- they also had new tires for my hand truck at a GREAT PRICE!!! (H.D. Gets a FAIL. cuz they couldn’t help me the previous 2 months for these tires!!!)

Good deals on the things I need when I need them

Website lies about stock availability and wastes customer time. Yes our system says its in stock then when you make the trip to the store the item isnt there and you either have to sub or leave empty handed. Why waste money on a business that wastes your time and resources? That aside its an excellent place to get cheap zipties and abrasives or other consumables for your workshop.

Very helpful good prices

I bought some stuff on their website and one of the items never arrived. i send them a support ticket and the quickly get it sent out. having worked in production and customer care positions, it was really nice to see how quickly and professionally they handled an error which many businesses seem to fumble over. kudos.

Dont always have the product we are looking for at the time were there, but prices and customer service is great.

Good prices on tools & related supplies. Just be careful of power tools. Two drills and a belt sander broke quickly because of the plastic gears inside. But I have an air compressor and a chatter gun that I am happy with.

Barely made it off the exit to Harbor Freight after my tire on my 83 Ranger blew the tread off. Went inside for some tools as the pickup came with no Jack or tire tools. Bought a 3/8 and 1/4 ratchet set. 1/2 drive breaker bar with single 3/4 - 1/2 drive socket. Guy behind the counter was AWESOME. Gave me some courage when he said ( well at least you had the means to come in here and buy tools.) I didnt realize it but the two rachet sets I bought had a sale coupon! He kindly clicked the coupons for me. I was pretty rattled when I got there cause my little Ranger started spinning around at 80mph with a semi on my tail. Thanks Harbor Frieght and cashier for a very pleasant experience!!

The cashier was very courteous and helpful while wearing his face mask and maintaining distance. But another staff member wore his mask like a chin strap and shared personal space with other staff and customers in violation orders and a blatant disregard for customer safety.

On a budget I can afford to get the tools I need to get the job done and theyhave a good return policy I have returned a couple of items and had no problem. But on flip side I was given a nice craftsman rechargeable drill and bought a Harbor Frieght one and the only one that still works and really well is the Harbor Frieght drill.

A great place to get decent power and hand tools and accessories. Prices are very reasonable and quality is good. Nearly every other weekend they have a sale of some sort. Well worth joining the inside track club to get discounts and special access at some sales.

The cashier was so helpful my app wouldnt work and she used her phone so I could get the discount I needed. So that made it to where you didnt lose a sale.😊

Staff has been very helpful each time we had a question or needed help. They have a nice selection of merchandise, reasonably priced. We will continue to shop at HF in Ontario and feel comfortable recommending it to friends. Its our experience that they provide friendly and helpful customer service. We used to go to Nampa and Boise to HF there. Weve been able to find everything we need here, now,. So much easier and convenient. The only thing about it is, its too convenient. We are spending more time at HF .... and grateful each time that they are here for us.

The most awful experience I have ever had at a harbor freight store. The Hispanic supervisor was very rude and pushy. They would not let me return my item (even though I had my reciept) because their systems were malfunctioning. They also refused to give me my discount because I was not a member. Not impressed at all.

Worst cashier I have ever seen especially at this store. He didnt offer me a bag and when I did buy one he put it on the counter and left everything sitting there I had to load the bag myself. I think it was just part of his general attitude, very much a jerk or he was really having a had day.

I dont like that when you buy a product and you have to return the item you get charged a restocking fee. People that are on a fixed income cant afford a restocking fee. Especially when you return the item because its broken and you still get charged a restocking fee.

My first time ever there in Ontario or. I was looking for a specific thing. Noone was around to even ask questions. I walked out. Dont like the the fact that you have to super search for someone which I did, but to no avail. NOT IMPRESSED ☹️
