Beth was great, I called in ahead asking to confirm stock, which she did. I showed up at the store 45min later and she had my item ready. She was very helpful, even lent me a hand truck to take my table to my car. Great service. Much appreciated.

Ive come here before and had no issues, 5 star experiences every time. But today 3 stars for sub par customer service. Thank you to the younger dude and chick for trying to help me. I just needed some oil based varnish, not to be told try going to San Diego by the older guy behind the counter.

Prices are average but you can get great deals if you can wait for your items to go on sale, which most items regularly do or you get your 10% off coupon in your email or coupon mailer. This store is pretty. A bit small compared to others, but they have some cool tools. I enjoy going here and just looking at what could be. Im not at the point in my woodworking that I need professional grade tools but this place has them when I am. It is a great specialty shop and the service is usually pretty good as well.

Rockler has a pretty complete line of fine woodworking tools, accessories and small parts. Of course, you can find more stock online, but if you need it right now, Rockler will fill the bill nicely. They have a friendly and helpful staff and parking by the Mall is plentiful. Very clean store.

All the good stuff you need for your handcrafted woodworking projects. Go above and beyond the ordinary. Why get the mediocre stuff at Home Depot when the seriously good equipment and supplies can be found at Rockler.

Just purchased the 43501 workbench caster set in combination with the workbench quick release caster plates. They are NOT COMPATIBLE with the supplied hardware. Just looking at the design (and parts), its obvious that a countersink is required. The plates have the counter sink, but the attachimg hardware is a low profile head (which neither fits the coutersimk in the plates nor is low enough to provode the necessary clearance to allow the castors to slide on.)

Great place held a couple of large pieces of equiptment for me for 3 months when I got called out of town. Prices are steep but they have great stuff.

The sales people were quite helpful and courteous and the store was awesome. It was a little expensive, but worth it to be able to see and touch what youre buying instead of having to trust an online store sight unseen.
