This company is extremely unorganized and unprofessional . I applied for for a job here and went in for a interview. They kept me waiting 3 weeks with no response about the job . I called every single day to follow up they didnt bother to answer. April who is in charge of the hiring process had no consideration for my time. She is extremely rude and inconsiderate. They should let her go. she would be better at McDonalds or wendys thats what her attitude matches.

Go anywhere else. Terrible service, I only go here when I have to. Today pattons lost my paperwork.I called in my order. To my surprise pattons could not process my order over the phone. Was told they need a card on file. Well guess what i have a card on file. (ive paid over the phone many times in the past.) Well they couldnt find it. So I came down to pattons immediately after hanging up the phone. Needed to get this order processed. Well pattons lost my will call order. I even asked the sales lady while on the phone with her; when will you be taking this order to will call? Her response its printing right now and ill take it immediately well i show up almost exactly 30 minutes later, paperwork not in will call, and no one in the office knows anything about it. Joke of a place. Took me an hour and a half to get in and out... lets not include the phone call and the drive to and from. Placed orders only to find out when I get there my material isnt there, they never transferred it or they lost my paperwork... Said theyd call me back never did multiple times... Its a huge pain in the ass to hook up your trailer drive down to wait in a line only to find out that your material isnt there or they never ordered it even though they said it was ready..... Come on guys get it together....

Not quite like K&H ... this place those not have samples on the show room floor ... very little inside .. and was hard to find the main entrance ...

If you want special cut items do not go on Thursday or Friday. They are too busy. That can be good and bad.
