Came here because we needed somewhere locally to park our semi truck. Before calling here I called many other places and the service was not good at all. When I walked in both ladies were very nice and polite very inviting. At the moment they didn’t have what I needed but they promised to keep me updated if something came open and they kept that promise as soon as there was something open that fit my needs they called me the process to get the parking was super fast and easy We are very happy with the space and the cleaning of the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has storage needs.

Tammy gives a good wonderful tour of the storage units and let’s us know we have options to find the right space for our belongings. Was very knowledgeable on the security of the lot and in the end we chose this storage space to hold all our memories/ furniture. Thank you so much Tammy!

Near my home super convenient. Reserved my unit the day before with no problem. Went in and the whole process was easy and I was done in no time. Super friendly employees, it was a good choice.

We had gone with these guys previously and loved it so we came back to store our things Tammy and Tara were so helpful and made our move out so much less stressful then I thought if you need a good place to store your things for anything cube smarts where it’s at!

Management is very rude and poor. They wouldnt allow my wife and disable child to use restroom on a 98 degree day. They ignored her when she was knocking at the door. When she finally got their attention they told her it was to bad and she and my disabled daughter could not use the restroom. Not acceptable and we moved our business elsewhere. Those 2 ladies should be fired. We will never ever refer this place or any Cubesmart to anyone.

Staff is very friendly and helpful!!! It’s not like most places when you walk in the office & it’s super tense and awkward. I was laughing and joking with them almost seconds after walking in.Would definitely recommend 🙂

James and Tammy are excellent . I’d prefer to give them 100 stars but unfortunately I don’t get that option. They have wonderful awesome personalities, friendly, very comfortable, informative, clear communicators, fun. They made me want to pay double. The units are well kept and we have always been shown superb customer service. The only down side us that the prices go up every year so we just couldnt afford to keep a storage unit any longer.

I recommend this place. I initially reserved a rental at Public Storage due to thats the only one I knew of. I moved and had the movers to take my furniture there. When I arrived I was able to look at the storage space. Omg there 10 X 20 was upstairs and I had to use a lift that was to small for my belongings and the entrance door was small as well. I DARE NOT have the movers to work even harder than they have been. This was not what I was told by Public Storage call center rep. I was told I was guaranteed a lower storage. Of course none was available. I then remembered seeing CubeSmart storage while scrolling thru internet a few days ago. I contacted and the call center rep was friendly and understood my situation. It was easy to set up with contactless purchase. They had what I needed and they gave first month promotion. I arrived to the location and they had the storage already ready to store. Once I got there the movers decided to tell me I needed bigger storage. Ohhh boy.. The staff constantly checking the property talk about good timing. I asked her if they had a larger storage. She immediately found a larger storage unit. Talk about good customer service. Only for the movers to tell me I needed a larger unit than this. Ohhh boy again. The staff advised I could rent 2- 10X20s after checking my property load. She located 2 storage units and gave me the first months rent using the promotion. Its not to pricey for the price of two. Excellent service. Easy discharge. They are not like Public Storage. Public charged me for auctioning off my belongings and there was nothing in the storage to auction off. Cube Storage is the way to go.

I called and spoke to Diana about needing 2 storage units right away. When I showed up she took the time to show me the ones we spoke about, when I decided I would need a little more storage room, she happily showed me 2 larger ones. She was very courteous and very helpful. I moved in my items the next day without any troubles. I appreciate great customer service and believe they should be recognized for that. Clean and secured place to store your stuff

They could adjust for us to have at least 1 or 2 more hours added to hours they are opened.... but over all a very good place to store your things

Let me tell you the truth about these con artist. The insurance that you are paying for is an illegal and bogus fee. If you rent or own a home you already have insurance and that also covers your storage unit. All you need to do is show them a proof of it. Instead this place wants to charge you for something that all along you have cover for it. I suggest you call your insurance for more information on this matter before giving a single dollar to these criminals. You figure with this whole pandemic situation and people losing jobs these folks would be a bit more honest with their clients but instead they rather look the other way and steal money from you. I hope this information helps a small part of your finances during this time when every dollar counts. Please share this with other tenants and be safe.

I have rented spaces from their locations in walnut and Ontario. One time it was for 3 months and this last time for about 6. I like how they treat me. I like that they withdraw money from my account so I dont have to deal with that.If I ever need another parking space or a place to store some of my business equipment, I will call them up again.Also, they dont make you feel bad about leaving. They just appreciate that the payment always went through. =0)

Once I arrived, the staff at this place (especially Adriana) went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and did so in a professional and friendly way. Making the reservation from out-of-state was easy enough, but after that I got a bunch of automated reminders and calls that didnt seem to have anything to do with the facts our reservation. It all got sorted out well in the end. Nice, clean spaces. Good prices.

Service was great; friendly and helpful staff (Tammy and Diana); competitive pricing (just look for the sales); they require CS-670 2-3/4 Disc Lock $15 at the storage place; bring your Home Owners insurance otherwise you’ll have to purchase their insurance! I got their 10X10 unit for $102/mon all ground level (month to month pricing); hours are 6:00am-10:00pm for storage —after 10:00pm you will be ‘stuck/locked out’: I just read another comment where you will also be ‘stuck’ at around 1:00pm lol;

I have had a motorhome space for the last several years. Yesterday, Dianna called to check in because she had not seen our motorhome for several days. I thanked her for calling and emphasized, never hesitate to check in. I also went into the office and thanked both Tammy and Dianna in person. Keep up the good work. I came to this storage facility based off the reviews, BUT BEWARE !! I had my belongings here for close to two years. I went to move everything out to find all my stuff filled with termites, rodents & Water damage to my belongings. Such a sad thanksgiving weekend. I lost everything & when I brought it to the on site managers attention all she did was give me the insurance pamphlet but had nothing more to say. Because she didn’t know anything about the insurance but made sure to tell me she doesn’t know what it covers.No concern what so ever. And the insurance I paid for doesn’t cover anything only partial water damage.. I have reached out to get a paper trail of all my receipts for the two years I paid for and she would not give me it. She states she has to ask the District manager Tod Haynes for permission, which is wrong because as a customer I should be able to receive copy’s of my own receipts. When a customer chooses a storage it’s so that they know they have a safe place to hold they’re life belongings. This is not the place to do it especially for a long period of time. You WILL be very let down.

I rented here for 12 years never had a problem no issues with break ins and i thought i was relatively safe, however i was so wrong its not even funny please if your at this location and havent been to your unit in awhile i urge u to go, mine was broken into after not being there for 2 months and i had one of those fancy disk locks, i lost everything my life is gone.

I had a really good experience with Adriana when I came down to sign the paperwork for my unit. She helped me to find the best unit possible and was very polite. I recommend reserving your unit online before going to the office, I did and got a really good discount.

I visited the Ontario location today and I was not disappointed. After going to several other storage facilities, I was about to give up. I thought Id have to get rid of or sell all of my stuff with the prices I was bring given. But Robert and Edward at Cubesmart were able to help me out by showing me around, offering me some awesome deals to get me within my budget, explaining everything to me so there werent any hidden fees or surprises later on down the line and offering me great advise. This location has awesome customer service and fair prices. I highly recommend the Ontario Cubesmart storage to anyone looking to store their belongings short or long term. Tho the issue i had at this storage isnt directly with or towards the business I felt it should be spoken on because it took place on thier property.I recently helped a friend move some items to this storage and i was shocked to see that there was a man mid 60s id say hugging and kissing a young girl approx 15 or 16. When they seen that I witnessed the activity i was almost frozen in shock. Before i could even open my mouth the man let her go and she proceeded to look at me angry. I felt as if i messed things up for her. From that moment on they both kind of hurried along and got into a van. The van was labeled S & L PARTY SUPPLIES OR RENTALS . My point to this is to try and alert others as to the morals of this company and hopefully prevent anyone from doing business with this unlisted party rentals. The van is an older chevy astro van with red faded paint and logos on doors . I coukdnt find a number or listing online so this is the best i can do for now ........
