I was in Penske service many times, this is the best for now. I had a tight schedule and supervisor Anthony solved my issue very fast. Customer service exceeded my expectations!

Started with strange entryway. Service assistance jumped me for coming in the wrong way. Two other trucks, did the same. They need signs...entry etc. They couldnt match a mud flap, had to insist change both or get the right part. No point trashing trucks appearance. Mechanics were nice, just following orders.

This Penske jumped all over my truck when I arrived. Everyone Ive interacted with have been top drawer all the way. Rather impressive considering some of my previous experiences have been less than stellar with 24-7. In this case I was able to call directly 2Ontario. Great job.

Rent a truck this morning and loaded with furniture, didnt even cross the gate when truck breakdown.Spend half of the day at the service and was told the truck cant be repaired.Wow!!

He was great! Very gentlemanly played some really great music for me. I recommend him for anyone I am 52 and he made me feel very comfortable.

I have always considered Ryder as the worst leasing company, but congratulations Penske, you have the worst customer service!

Two employees at front desk took 45mins looking for the person on the lot with the truck key, ended up waiting longer for them to make a new contract because they couldn’t find the guy that works on the lot with the keys to our original rental.They failed to mention ANYWHERE that there is no 24hr drop off area OR parking.No signage, not explained at dispatch, no notification, nothing listed on the contract about NOT PARKING YOUR CAR ON THE LOT BECAUSE THEY WILL LOCK IT INSIDE BEHIND AN ELECTRIC GATE. Waited two hours to get my car back & return the truck.Called 24/7 hotline, male customer service repIn NEBRASKA told me, “there is nothing I can do to help you, I’m in NEBRASKA”Called hotline again, female customer service rep got a local tow truck company to open the gate for us in less then 30mins.Penske, out of five employees. Only one got the job done & she did it all over the phone.

Kind and courteous kept social distance at a must show this inside and outside of truck and how they operate very clean Ive always known Penske to be on top of their game

They do the repairs on my semi I have to be honest whenever I take it out something worse is wrong with it just heads up mechanics in there try to do the right thing but they really don’t so sorry to say to get a one star

Company leases a truck from them they offer a truck Wash twice a month waited in the bay 45 minutes and then the guy scrubbed the front end sprayed it off and said we were done I ended up scrubbing the rest and left, the staff there are on there own time schedule

Customer service was better st Ryder, truck delivered dirty and every single boll I received was wrong and while they acknowledge that, the manager wouldnt talk with me about that until I told them that I would just call the district manager. Billing was fixed at that point but by then I was returning the vehicle. I suspect that my situation was probably an unique case, but nevertheless, Ive switched to Ryder.

First truck broke down 3 hours into our cross country trip. Penske made everything right. The general manager at the truck repair center outside of Los Angles was amazing.They checked on us once we were on the road to see how we were doing!Despite the craziness of breaking down at 3 am on a busy California highway will definitely rent from them again !

I accidentally scheduled a rental for later than I wanted. Customer service directed me here for an immediate truck, only had a 12 ft though. Discounted my mileage. Girl at this location had a 16 ft due for service on Monday, she let us rent it. Used our truck mistake was made on mileage out. On check in they fixed it. Everybody was very polite and the truck was great. Will use everytime and reccomend to the company I work for as well.

Doors locked at 1 p.m., which was weird. Waited. But then when ot reopened, employee was courteous and helpful.

Well.. Well.. This place is big, important but full of mediocres mechanics.. 3 no one, no 2..(3 three) mechanics including a elder person. Lied to me... In my face without any kind sense of responsibility for the customers and penske mmodus operandi... The headlights of my truck needed to be adjusted.. I could adjust it myself, but is a lease vehicle and I dont wanna avoid any warranty or protection by me trying to fix anything. Anyway... This phenomenon, elements, fetus of mother nature... Told me that I need to buy, replace the all light fixture and it would take average 3 days for the arrival of the headlights. . I had to drive out of that place with my broken heart.. Knowing they lied to me because I love California from the top to the bottom.. People like them are the people who are helping the Great State of California looks worse. Shame on this place. I wonder what they do with the parts that are no good? Including.. A engine? Transmission or DEF system..this wasnt a mistake. .Its scamming and stealing from penske and from customers.. If they need more money ? Just ask for a increase rate..By the way.. I took the truck to penske in White Horse Greenville, SC and they adjusted the headlights! GOD BLESS US, BLESS AMERICA.. but we have to help this country ourselves, acting and performing the honest way.

Stop for PM and Power Inverter problem, I left the truck for ⚠️2 days and they do not even fill up washer fluid ⚠️ need more time❎❌❎

Good truck rentals, but is a little over priced. I was double charged for my rental as well, but was told I will be getting a refund in 3 days, hopefully I do...

Knowable staff but very limited on trucks. Had issue with my rental and they didnt have ANY!! Spare trucks in all of LA county and San Diego either which I found odd.
