In a time where I was stressed with anxiety about moving across the state, I had the most positive experience with Public Storage Ontario thanks to the superb customer service skills of Raymond! Raymond was extremely patient with me, very thorough about explaining rates and procedure for renting a unit. He was always available when I called or stopped by the office and always willing to hear any concern I had and immediately address it. He also was a man of his word, when he said he would do something - he immediately went into action and the email was in my inbox or the deed was done. I appreciate Raymond making my experience a positive one as moving can be a daunting and exhausting time. If I ever need storage needs again in the area, I will certainly be a return customer.

Came in today to inquire a unit and Raymond was so helpful and knowledgeable, he showed me where the unit was located in multiple sizes to help me find my best fit for my belongings. Very polite and friendly 😊

Worst customer service ever, I called just to ask a simple question about the facility and the person who answered demanded I give her my information before answering any questions. Why do you need my info just to answer a question? Im not even sure without the question being answered that Im going to purchase a unit there so why you need my information is beyond me and then when I asked her just that, she starts telling me of I keep telling at her shes going to hang up on me, anyways get someone else to answer your facilities calls, now Ill definitely not be purchasing a unit here. Maybe invest in some customer service training for your employees. Such a shame.

Normally the same as all, young man was nice on Grove, on my public storage app stated one month free but he didnt honor that offer for that reason without an explanation 3...

Had an overall excellent experience with public storage in Ontario. Raymond the clerk was extremely helpful in helping us find a storage unit last minute. He made the process fast and easy which we appreciated, especially after a long stressful day.

Today I called into the office to try to figure out were the balance was coming from. The call was answered by Raymond, he had the most friendliness greeting. Not only was he able to answer my question but went out of his was to find me a less expensive unit to save me money. Thank you Raymond you are a huge asset to your facility.

Customer Service at this location was great! We walked in not knowing what to expect as it was a first time experience in renting a storage space. RAYMOND was polite, very informative and friendly. He definitely made this part of our move go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The spaces are clean and there is a handy elevator for those on the second floor that makes life a whole lot easier!

Raymond was really helpful with my unit from the moment I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who gave me the best advice and offered storage supplies that would best suit my needs. He walked me to my unit and showed me the location and how to open the unit as its my first time. I feel taken care of, especially with safety measures that were explained to me. Definitely 5 stars for him!!

BIG WARNING DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE. READ THE REVIEWS. My unit got broken into. Today I read the reviews because it seemed suspicious that a place that is secured with cameras can allow something like this to happen. Then i see that numerous people have gotten broken into in the past 3-4 months. I purchased my lock from them which raises more concern. Do not trust this place. They are allowing the units to be targeted. Theres cars parked inside the storage which tells me that certain people are probably staying inside storage units and also camping out in there cars after hours. OH YEAH DONT TRUST RAYMOND OR THERE DM JUSTIN from what I heard.

As soon as we got the storage, we park our car in reverse inside the unit to unload heavy items and the lady came yelling why are you parked like that? People dont park like that, what are you doing? Very noisy. Very bad experience!

This is my first time EVER getting a storage unit. I needed the extra space to hold a few belongings. I was there less than two weeks and my stuff was stolen. It was mostly all electronics. 7 laptops (I home school) 60 inch Flat Screen Samsung Smart TV curve, a VR, playstation, camping equipment, MK purses, kitchenware etc. I was so distraught. I couldnt believe that i was going through that. Raymond was very helpful at the begining but asking alot of questions for example why do you need a storage, how long will you need a storage for. I didnt think anything of it at first. So anywho back to my items being stold both Raymond and The DM didnt do anything but move into a different unit and it was smaller and 5 dollars cheaper. No waiving fees or any kind of concern. The DM didnt even ask me any questions, like are you okay, what items were missing, he didnt even say hello. I believe his name is Jason or something with a J. So i decided to move my stuff to a new unit it was smaller and I had to move the items myself. I took pictures of how i left it this time. So everytime i went there i can know if someone or if something was moved. Sure enough a week later my storage unit was broken into again. The only way a person can get in there is if they have a key. I lost it after that. Again I felt violated. I didnt report it this time. Stay away from here. I finally moved my stuff iut September and I will never rent a storage unit again.

Moved in on a Saturday morning, by Monday at 8am our unit had been broken into with every thing of the tiniest bit of value gone. We walked around and found about 10 other interior units pried open as well. Warning: no cameras inside. Go find another location please. Dont lose your belongings like we did.

I came to public storage when I was going through a tumultuous divorce, out of fear of my estranged wife destroying my personal property, I needed a storage unit fast! Lauren helped me make the best decision I could at the moment, she helped me pick the right size unit for my needs as well as helped me pick out the correct packing equipment. She was patient even though I was on the verge of a breakdown.

Great place to store my property, Louise, the manager has been a great help to me. I’ve been renting different units over the last 6 to 7 years since she has been managing the property it has been safe and clean. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Louise picks up the phone and knows my voice. She even literally remembers my storage unit number and helps me with every problem i have. She is one of the main reasons i enjoy using this facility. I really liked Cassandra when I went there she was very helpful. Gave me details about the awesome security system. But most I liked was her great attitude and very politeness. I think this is crazy having to do this which took my 15 mins trying to get into this site which a stranger had to send the open app to me.
