My family and I used Uhauls movers for our recent move and dang do these guys know how to do their job RIGHT! Dominique, Adam and (Im sooo sorry I forgot her name!!) A female mover packed up the truck SO FAST and Tetrised the heck out of our gear. It made our move so much less stressful and it wasnt very expensive at all for the work we got. I had never used movers before but I am giving these guys number to everyone from here on out!

Horrible experience. I rent a 20 truck 3 weeks in advace to the moving day. The location and times were confirmed. Then I entered in a loop of changes and upates to my reservation. So far it has been changed 4 times. Still havent get a confirmation that I will have a truck to move. I have spent enlessles hours tracking emails, speaking with people and being transfer from person to person. I decided to file a claim after the 3rd change to my confirmed reservation. Havent heard back from Management yet. They overbook their trucks and just keep playing with peoples time, health and pacient. HORRIBLE

Top 5 U Haul sites EVER! Drove a 16 truck with my car in tow to Ontario CA from Texas. arrived in a new city on a rainy night..... SO frazzled trying to follow my GPS directions during a deluge. Reduced to tears by the time i arrived. Needed to uncouple my tow dolly and leave my car at this site overnight. Sara greeted me and her attitude was so calming. She picked that tow dolly right off the back of the truck. Next day, returned but could not find my lock for the storage unit. Sara was there again the next morning.....lent me a lock and keys with a smile until i could find mine. EVERY single time i have been to this site, which was daily during the first 2 weeks, EVERY employee was respectful, attentive and helpful. These guys are WAY off the chart relative to the majority of U Haul sites..... they work as a team and customer service is truly customer service here

Was lied to, and it cost me a lot of extra money. The manager didnt attempt to help satisfy me as a customer. They had lots of inventory at least.

I always have a good experience with the staff. Theyre helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The sad thing is that theyre understaffed- I go there for propane and will not anymore because I end up spending 15+ minutes in line waiting to pay for it. I understand a line, but while signing contracts, vehicle inspections etc. that takes place should also have an express style option that allows the casual propane or box shopper to pay and get out.

Customer service is beyond horrible. Just left and the guy who brought out the dolly was extremely rude. My boyfriend said hello he didnt respond he also said thank you and he didnt respond. We had a few concerns about some damage done to the truck my boyfriend had started his question and the dude just turned around ignored him and continued his conversation with another customer. While they have quite a few trucks save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.Update: the mileage on the truck was incorrect at checkout as well. Make sure you double check the miles and avoid headaches afterward.

Ive used this U-Haul location several times in the past. Yesterday I picked up an auto transport trailer drove to pick up the car, when we started to load the car on the trailer I realized the tire strap end was cut off & I could not safely tow the car. I had to take the trailer back to U=Haul and get another trailer. Wasting two and a half hours of my time. This is the second time Ive had a problem within the last month renting an auto transport. Last time the strap was frayed, but I was able to use it. I doubt they are inspecting their equipment prior to renting them out.

This is the worst U-Haul place ever. 👎👎

The manager (a.m.) is a real piece of work. The first guy walked around and told me I was good to go. Granted the truck was dirty, but no new damage. Then a.m. seeing that I didnt have my contract decided he would go and FIND some new damage. To begin with, the truck was dirty when they gave it to me. Secondly, every truck in their lot has damage that isnt indicated with the x sticker. Go see for yourself!! Save yourself the headache and avoid this branch at all costs!!

Quick to take your deposit money. Two days later, the amount to be reimbused is still not in my account. Telling me three to five days and blaming my bank for the lack of effort of their part..

My first experience with uhaul was a complete disaster. I was promised a truck at 730am show up to the spot to find out that it opens at 9am. I call customer service they all seem to be half asleep and have no means to resolve the issue. Eventually they tell me to download the app so I can figure it out myself. I proceed to do that which doesnt resolve much I get another phone number to the General manager Abel Hernandez. I give him a call and get all my calls sent to voice mail forcing me to wait for hour and a half just to my truck that I was already promised.

Made reservation online for a 20-foot truck when I arrived at the U-Haul was happy with there service and paperwork was quick and my truck was ready to go great employees doing a great job thank you

This place was excellent, extremely fast and courteous. They got me out of there in less than 10 minutes. When I return the truck I was out in less than five minutes. Absolutely fantastic work these guys do.

I have used this location twice. The first time went without issue. The second time I rented a pickup truck and a motorcycle trailer, drove 12 miles and returned them within a few hours. Their yard personnel unhooked the trailer and parked the truck when I dropped them off. I was charged for 100 miles and never received the receipt through my email. I called the next morning and was told they showed the vehicles were still out and not returned. They had no idea their own staff had checked in the vehicles and the vehicles were on the lot and were just going to keep charging me! How can you run a business and not know whats going on with it!After calling the toll free # and the location, my overcharge was returned about a week later.

I came there with a reservation in the morning for pick up at 7:30. and they Only have one person working. I have 2 people in front of Me and it takes around half an hour for him to help Me. I dont know if the efficiency should be like this or uhaul stuff doing poorly. Im super unhappy about this.

Friendly staff. I forgot my drivers license here. They took care of it until I was able to go pick it up & they notified me that they had it.

This place was pretty organized and they had lots of hitches and trailers to rent. It was easy to rent and also return the vehicles.

Sometime they take along time to help you but they always have great customer service.

Not the best. Employees need to understand customer service. Bearded guy didnt have name tag visible and didnt care to even try and help. Asked to ushis restroom to wash up after completing my move and first looked at me from feet up and guess i was too dirty looking that he gave the old.. Its out of order bs. When i told him i was a customer he just said thats cool...

The assistance that I got for all the guys at Uhaul was Great! I use to rent in Ontario, CA and was referred by my storage company to use them. They were quick, easy, and affordable. Glad we went with Uhaul for our move!

I had a reservation for 5pm I DID call them and told them I was going to be late ... But b4 7pm... I got there at 6:05 and my truck was gone anyway!! Claiming that they will rent it out if you dont pick it up within an hour of your reservation!!! No one ever told me that AND didnt read it on the website OR anywhere and when I called them to tell them I was going to be late (That was a waste of time because it didnt show up on the computer that I called Even though I thought I was calling that shop directly!) nobody told me that there either !!! Like moving isnt stressful enough ⁉️‼️that just really messed my (OUR) weekend up!!! .... I said, well ... I called ‼️‼️‼️ and they only have one, 26 footER ( but I c 55? Other (SAMALLER) trucks ..... ) Wake up people, Americans are pack rats!!! Me included. UHAUL Upsize your upgrade THE TRUCK INVENTORY.... dammit and start doing digital inventory your trucks!!!! Just a suggestion from somebody that has used them way too much the past couple years!!!Because I dont have my own damn truck!!! 😩😩😩😩😩.Besides that, the cab of the truck ... DIRTY ... dirty! popcorn, soda pop and whatever it looks like a movie theater with the lights on.

I reserved a trailer to haul my stock 1993 toyota land cruiser. I never said it was 4x4 but they put that in the contact. I picked up the trailer that they choose and i drove 2 hours to pick up the land cruiser and once i had the land cruiser on i went to put the hold down on the front tires that came with the trailer they chose and the actual strap that goes inside the piece to rachet on both sides werent long enough so i wasnt going to risk hauling it home with just the chain around the front axle and the one on the back axle especially since i had my 2 little girls with me. So i had to find a trailer out where i was at that would work. I towed it home on the other trailer. The guy up front juan had told me it was reserved for me from 9am till 3:30pm, but i had till 6pm to turn it back in. so i had told him as long as everything goes as planned i should have it neck before 6pm. He left me s voice mail at 5:30, then he called my wife to see where the trailer was. I called him and told him what had happened once he asked me if i was almost to the uhaul because another customer was waiting for it. I told him it wasnt going to be today but tomorrow, so he said thats not going to work cause the other customer is there waiting for the trailer so he was going to charge me a late fee and i told him hey i told you the make of the car i was going to tow and you guys gave me one that the straps were short and werent even and i could tell they had torn before so thats why the straps didnt work and he told me that the tires had to be over 33 in and thats why the straps were short so i told him to let me speak to a manager and he said there wasnt one there, but he would let the people working on Sunday about the short straps and about the trailer being delivered on Sunday. He also told me that in my paperwork it should state something about the tire size and i told him well i told you the make and model of the car i was towing and you guys have me the trailer that had the the straps short because they had been torn before but never replaced.... bad customer service!

Limited parking, employees park in front of door so customera have park way in the back or on the street, theres never enough staff available for propane refills, Ive had to wait up 25 minutes, while one guy does it all.

Great experience getting trailer hitch, and filling propane.
