Advertised a wine special and didnt have the advertised tote. I brought this to their attention and they said they havent had those since 2020. When I informed a manager maybe they should cross it off the sign then since its not really an option and hasnt been for a year + he said we arent crossing it out So fair warning! Their advertised specials arent as advertised nor will they correct it! I will shop elsewhere!

Considerably more expensive than Walmart if you buy only one item, not two. Must use BOGO to come away there to break even

Store is great but the only problem I have, and its every time I go, is that they never have enough registers open to get people out sooner. No matter what you stand in line and usually with a couple of items but wait for the person with 2 shopping carts full of groceries before you can get checked out. On the rare occasions that the express line is open its backed up with people that have more than the allowed items or it is only open because the line is to the back of the store and so when it gets opened the people that have been waiting in the first place just make it backed up because its already backed up before it opens

Generally good parking and a functional pharmacy. Good meat prices can be had on sale, but corporate frequently doesnt send this location enough supply. This can lead to some frustration. Friendly staff.

Love Winn Dixie have been buying groceries there since I married in 1966. Yesterday the young male cashier was neither friendly or helpful with my groceries.

Store was in good shape. Employees were having problems bad day I guess good clean store good help is getting hard to find .

Each item was fresh and enjoy my shopping experience and the store staff was great 👍

This grocery store was amazing. Super clean and well stocked, also close to my home. Its on par if not better than Publix, now thats saying something. Also had good deals and saving. This is a nice grocery store that has nice quality foods. The Winn Dixie points add up and you get a meaningful discount on gas. It adds up and makes a difference. The meat is good and the sales are good because it is basically buy one get one free. A nice neighborhood store. The service is nice and helpful and friendly. We recommend.

Always good meats. Customer service always willing to go extra mile for customers. Cashiers always friendly and helpful. Deli is pretty good here. Sometimes wings are left out a little too long, but overall they do well. Workers always asking if you are finding everything okay. One of the better Winn Dixies I know of.

Poor professional attitude

Winn-Dixie a southern tradition. Nice home town grocery store. Very clean, friendly staff, and good prices. Fresh fruit and vegetables selection to impress. Large verity of hot food and cold salads in the deli. The meat selection is one of the best in town with beautiful ribeye steaks.

Went to Wal-Mart and everyone was so rude. Went to Winn Dixie in Opelika and it was so clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They had plenty to choose from as well.

I shop Winn Dixie often. Today the young man (Drew) that helped me out with my groceries was Very helpful and nice to talk to. He had manners and replied to me Yes Mam and No Mam. Was a nice change from dealing with some of the teenagers that we see when out shopping.

I love their meats and their sales especially the bogos. Also it is a very clean and well maintain store. Their employees are helpful and pleasant.

They have smiling faces!! That goes a long way. I really enjoy shopping here. We have lived in the area for two months. I have never had a bad experience here. I would say I frequent this store about 3 times a week. Also, I liked the sample of coffee I got to grab on my way in or out! For a mom of two, (under the age of 5 ) its the little things that truly brighten my day! So, thank you everyone!

Entirely too high! The only reason I will shop there is because I used to service it as a Retail Sales Representative. I think its a Dump! Publix is the best grocery store. I dont know how this store is still open.

I only visit for their pharmacy because of the Pharmacists and Pharm techs that work there. They are all super friendly and helpful! Ill buy their store brand of extra hot, hot sauce for one of the mild hot sauces that I use.
