My husbands car broke down and Mark was able to talk my husband through what to do over the phone to get the car going so we could get it to the shop. He ordered the part needed and had it installed by the end of the very next day. Great service, terrific mechanic work, and very reasonably priced.

I was visiting family in Orange Park and Jacksonville when my check engine light came on and my D (drive light) started to flash. This had me pretty freaked out as I didnt know what was going on and didnt live there.A friend recommended Mark at Auto-Metric to me. I have an 07 Honda Pilot and was told he was the guy to go to. They couldnt have been more right!Mark was easy to work with, great with my screaming kids and was able to assess the problem quickly. He was SUPER flexible with my busy schedule and was able to squeeze me in when it was convenient for me.The problem was a simple fix (Thank goodness!) and I couldnt have been more pleased with the price or the service. I will definitely go back to Mark if I have car problems the next time Im in FL.Thanks for the awesome service!

Took my Honda Odyssey in for A/C work. Mark was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. Was also having a battery issue and he had a battery in stock and I was on my way within 45 minutes. I only own Hondas and Mark has been our mechanic for every one of them. He has replaced A/Cs in more of my cars than I care to admit. {If you own a Honda you know, the A/C always goes out!} Alternator, batteries, brakes, oil changes, transmission, timing belts, he has done it all on my 4 Hondas. He has worked on my Civic, CR-V, Acura RL {technically a Honda}, Odyssey and he worked on my Toyota Sequoia when I had one of those. He is honest, fair in his pricing, dependable and provides realistic time tables. If you have an import this is the shop and mechanic for you!
