Ive been noticing ever time I go to get an oil change, the price is always slightly different. Today I called before I went in to get a quote, I was told it would be 79.99 before tax, I went in and seen that you guys had a promotional offer going on where if I left a five-star review I would receive $20 off of my oil change. Mr Greg was back and that was AWESOME, and he happily gave me my total which, after the $20 off, was like $63 and some change, including tax. He then went to lunch. The man I spoke to on the phone prior to coming in, was who took care of me when I was checking out. The price I ended up paying was $69.97. thats about a $6 difference, that I did not realize until I got home. Very very disappointed.The only thing 5 stars about my visit was that Greg was there to help.

Mr. Daniel Stapler helped me out so much. Made sure I got the right tires I needed, and went out his way to make sure I had the best Midas experience. I appreciate employees like him that makes my day better. I will continuously go back to Midas because of his amazing Customer Service!!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE from the first phone call for an appointment to the end when I picked up my BMW!!! Daniel and his team are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable, and have great prices!They do everything possible to make you feel like YOU MATTER! I was VERY dissappointed with TWO Firestones so Midas in Orange Park is my new go-to service shop from now on!!! Kudos to Daniel for taking such great care of me at such short notice!!!!

Charged me 1500$ for parts and labor that they didnt do but said they did. 3 weeks later car is broke down again for the same problem.. Refuse to honor warranty. I have been going back and forth with corporate over this mess with no resolution.. stay far away from this location. This is the Orange Park location.

Midas replaced my battery in my Honda Civic. The whole process was super easy and they had me in and out! My car cranked up like she was brand new.

They Stripped my oil pan bolt. So I took it to the dealership who confirmed they stripped it. I am not letting midas ever touch my car again. Says they doubt theyd strip it because their guys been working on cars for 10 years. But asked me to take it from BMW dealer so they can look at the oil pan and bolt themselves. Because dealerships try and sell you stuff you dont need! Lol..yeah a dealership is going to lie about the oil pan bolt being stripped when I drive in leaking oil profusely. Dont get your oil changed here.

Its been a while since I went but I needed an oil change and a new battery, they were quick to squeeze me in and they didnt try to fix anything extra. They give you the cost and everything upfront and go over the price and work they have to do with you. I like this place, Ill probably make the extra trip just to have them work on my car again in the future.

I was getting a message on my car to check the pressure tires and I stopped here at Midas and I was assisted immediately by Daniel, at the end Greg got everything sorted out and covered, he was very friendly and helpful I would recommend this location and company to anyone !

Oh, where do I start? I set up an appointment to get my exhaust leak diagnosed and repaired on a Saturday morning. I showed up a minutes early for my appointment and was checked in. I enjoyed a couple of cups of coffee and relaxed for a while, waiting for my truck to be taken into the garage. After about 45 minutes I asked the young man at the desk when my vehicle would be taken back and he said I was next. After another 40 minutes I asked again and he said it would be brought into the garage soon. After about 2 hours he said the man that does exhaust was just getting back from lunch and it would only be a couple of more minutes. 10 minutes later I asked for my keys back and left. Over 2 hours of my day off and my vehicle was not even looked at. Imagine a muffler shop with only 1 exhaust guy

This place has done an excellent job at fixing my oil leak and giving me knowledge about the problem. I’d most definitely take my car back and recommend people to get their cars fixed there!!

OverpricedYou take a vehicle in for an estimate and by the time you come out the bill is twice as much!That’s from the customer before me! The gentleman was calm and everything but assured he will not be back to the manager. Then turns to me and says “ If I didn’t check my car in to not do so! Wow!Then as far as my experience went, I took my car in with the factory part for my vehicle that I purchased. He told me that he would have to use their parts and blah blah blah, otherwise I would have no warranty.So I asked to get the diagnostic test.I gave them my spare key” witch is my fault I forgot it don’t start the car it only unlocks doors” and it would not start!They couldn’t for the life of them figure it out! They wanted to change this and that and that was going to cost me an address $225+ just to put it in the bay. All the while as I’m sitting there for over an hour. I go and give em my real key and asked why they didn’t just come tell me in the first place?? Jeez..So in the end my bill was going to cost more than what I paid for it. $1500 for car bill!! For an air compressor!!! That only cost $150!! I’m no mechanic but holy cow!!!Anyways found someone else got it done for $300. So I would not recommend it.. Just too pricey!! And the fact that they couldn’t even figure out how to start the car.

Good work. Overly priced for the repairs. A battery replacement cost me over 225 dollars. Had another small repairs done also. Part cost around 40 bucks total for that repair over 240 dollars. Took 25 minutes to replace.

They charged $1500 for work they did not perform we had to file a police report for theft of sevices. They gave us parts back that did not even goto our càr. They are lying thieves. We gave them a chance to make it right but they refused. You did not miss anything. Your manager Daniel flat out lied. Your area manager was supposed to look at the video and call us back saturday and we never heard a word back. They gave us a waterpump from a completely different çar and tried to say it was ours. We filed a police report for Fraud and theft of services. I would like to speak with the owner. You can clearly see the work was never done.

Coordination of the installation was a slow process but the overall result I am very pleased with.

Amazing experience. The people servicing my car pointed out where something had gone wrong and shown me what it looked like so I would know if it needed attention again. They were very fast and very courteous. They also recommended what need to be fixed soon and answered any questions I had with clear answers so I understood them. I will be going back many times when my cars need serviced.

Great place to get your car fixed

Everyone has that fear of dirty mechanics that mess with your vehicle and charge you an arm and a leg for something you could pick up at Walmart with a 20 dollar bill, but this place is the best place to take your vehicle and by far the friendliest place there is. The man running the desk was the nicest and most attentive mechanic ever who helps you find the cheapest way possible to fix your motor vehicle. Now, I havent been to any other Midass because I myself have just recently gotten my first car, but if they are all as good and trustworthy as this one then it is one fine company.

Midas found my muffler noise within minutes, 3 different dealerships couldn’t figure it out. Midas price was 3 times less to install. SERIOUSLY... 3 times less. Staff was fast and easy to work with and got me in and out quickly.

Went to get an estimate for a brake job. Quick and easy; prices a little lower than the dealer. Friendly service!

I have been using them for 9 years now for oil changes. We used them because they were always honest with my wife. Except now they told her the car needed front and rear brakes. When I removed my front brakes they were still brand NEW! They told her their was only 3mms on the brakes. They obviously did not inspect the brake pads, and tried to swindled my wife out of $160. We will never use them again!

I asked if I could get these two loose bolts welded. Literally would take 5 minutes. I was told he could not do it on a quick manor and that Id have to drop them off and he doesnt know when he could finish it. I had money in my hand for a 5 minute job.

Fast friendly service

I had been trying to get in to have an exhaust leak inspected for nearly two weeks, as I work six days a week, and I finally got the free time during my Saturday lunch break to come in for inspection. I set my appointment for 12:30 p.m., and was there on time, but was told that it would be 45 minutes before they could even get me in. When I made my appointment earlier that week, there were only two appointments that Saturday. They somehow managed to overbook themselves to the point that they pushed me out of the lineup. Now, whatever company has better time management skills will be getting my business.

These people lied to me about diagnosing the cats on my Explorer. After I had it towed to them based on the pricing they provided, they quoted me $1500 to change all of the cats. They never inspected the vehicle as they said they would.I will never give this place a penny of my money and I will make sure my friends and family never do either.

Thank You for the new shocks and brakes on my chevy. The crew was very friendly, quick and honest about what I do and do not need. They saved me $170 when the tech told me I did not need rear brake shoes. Thank you again. Great prices!!

Idk if they do a great job, but they don’t price match and the man that answered the phone at 3:02pm on 04/14/20 was extremely rude and unconcerned about any of my questions and concerns. It’s employees like him that give this location a very unpleasant vibe.

I love bringing my vehicle to this Midas! The guys are great, theyre pretty quick, and they dont screw with you. The prices are about standard for the service. They have a TV in their lobby, and Ive seen them put on cartoons for kids (very helpful for keeping them distracted). Plus they have coffee available!

I thought it was my muffler. They checked my car and said No, its the transmission and sent me to the Clay Transmission on 103rd. I will be back to have my car seviced at Midas. They dont sell you, What you dont need!!!

I have the most amazing experience with this Midas! They are great and I have become a regular customer and refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else. They will not give you a run for your money and they will take great care of you - i have not always had the best of luck with cars but I know when I leave there, I know Im gonna be safe in my vehicle. Both my father and I have had some terrible experiences with tire kingdom, ranging from not following directions and doing more than asked to run up a bill, to actually intentionally cutting wires to make us return. Midas is the exact opposite. I know we will get good service with reasonable prices. Because of Midas, I am able to take very good care of my car. I highly recommend them to ALL!!!!

Had a simple exhaust leak. Told me exhaust was wrecked and oxygen sensor was stripped got estimate of $2,100 for repair. Took it to MECHANIC down the street exhaust was fine had minor scratches on it and tightened my oxygen sensor. (Wasent stripped) billed me $20.00 and i was good to go!! They are quick to finance ANYONE on there over priced WORK AND PARTS I called part store down the street for prices on parts they gave me estimate on there marking parts up almost 200%!! AND if your check engine light is on its $100 diagnosis fee at any part store its FREE! WATCH OUT!!
