They are helpful. They have nice employeesn, as for when it comes to the payments I think 🤔 it should be a little bit more different like if someone gets paid 3 after there payment is due it shouldnt matter if it is the 1st payment or the 15 payment it should able to extend a account with a late fee at the time you make the payment. We have been renting from this company for almost 2 yrs now. the customer service is great .they had some ups and downs but they have everything fixed. they will bend over backwards for you to get what you need and if they dont have it you can go online and order it and it will come to the store and they will deliver it to you I cannot complain. one of the best stores around and plan on getting a few more thing in the coming weeks.

Ince signing my rent to own agreement for a bed set I have had nothing but good, positive, vibes from Own It Home Furnishings. Not only are the professional, customer friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Never had issues with payments or delivery.

I believe in mom and pop stores and I think there should be many more of them where the vision is a mom and pop store and they have helped me out more than I could say as a single mother of 4 and they have gone out of their way to do as much as they can to help me they are an awesome company and they dont forget that were people and were human and we have things that happened in life and they are so committed to help us get back on our feet its just an awesome company you guys really need to use it more

They are the only rent to own company who offers true 6 months same as cash. You can choose your own payment schedual. If they dont have what you want in stock they will do all they can to get you what your looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free delivery and setup as well as most maintenance on all your rent to own items. Great family owned business!

Brad District Manager & owner Shawn Martin are very deceitful. I wouldnt do business with this rent to own company. I filed a complaint with the BBB! Updated below..Rentavision is now under the name of On It Home Furnishings at 2 of their locations. The Orange Park store is one of the locations with the same crooked owner Shawn Martin. If you remember my previous review he lied & ripped me off in the amount of $362. I did file a report with the BBB & his company never responded. **They can change the name but not the image as crooks!

Although I got used furniture the customer service was great.

I received a recliner due to me having foot surgery the recliner was used and falling apart I complained the entire time I had it .The manager had one of the workers come out to screw in the screws that constantly fell out I stillComplained about chair being loud sounding like it was going to fall apart no issue resolved but wanting to get me a new recliner more money I said no then the chair started tilting to left like it was broke I complained to some other manger then I was told a furniture man would come fix nothing for 3 weeks then I was told I could get a new one and all money payed on old one would go to new recliner well nothing then Saturday got a text and a call about payment and the end result is they picked raggedy chair up I’m very dissatisfied with mike the manager would not recommend this place to no one !!!!! I had recliner since feb

THIS STORE HERE IS A JOKE I WAS 2 DAYS LATE ON MY PAYMENT MOSTLY DUE TO THEM CLOSING BEFORE I GOT THERE TO MAKE A PAYMENT THEN INSTEAD OF CALLING MY BUSINESS NUMBER THEY STALKED MY FACEBOOK PAGE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE ON HOW I WAS LATE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THIS TO GO INTO SOMEONES PERSONAL PAGE TO REACH THEM AND THE OWNER THOUGHT I WAS OVER REACTING BECAUSE I GOT UPSET I AM SURPRISED HE DIDNT COME IN MY HOUSE WHEN I WAS OUT TO LEAVE A NOTE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The staff at RentAVision makes you feel like family when you walk in the door.

They were friendly and it was really easy to get what I needed (washer and dryer) and they delivered and installed it next day and when I got my own they were very prompt to pick up theirs. I would recommend them very much!

We have rented from them for at least 3 years. Never had any issues and the manager would help assist with locating merchandise we needed.

They will literally send a big box truck to your house everyday that your late beyond a week charging you for it all the while, along with BLOWING UP your references & the manager Hal, I think it is, will use scare tactics to get you to pay. If you get a product thats faulty, rather than fixing it per contract they will upsell you something else. (Ex. A tv that i purchased had faulty sound they upsold me a sound bar - which didnt work with the old tv - so THEN they just upsold me their 2nd most expensive tv.) This business is VERY shady, do NOT trust them!

Seems to be good quality items but over priced in my opinion.

We paid off and we’re done!!! Never ever again!!! Run!!!
