We went in looking for a bedroom suite. Abe was so kind and patient with us. He was very knowledgeable about a lot of the furniture. Very pleasant to work with. I will recommend him to all my family/friends. He explained how a lot of furniture has been back ordered. We went to Ashley’s looking there. Sales people there are very pushy. I don’t deal well with pushy people so I left and went back to Rooms To Go and ordered what we liked. The staff members are very kind and pleasant.

After purchasing a couch last year and waiting months for it to be delivered when it finally was I found that it was defective. I then was told that that couch was discontinued and I needed to pick out another one. A few months later the new couch was supposed to be delivered but the delivery people used the wrong phone number the day of the service so the delivery never happened. My couch was sent back to inventory now with a new delivery date another 4 months away. No one from rooms to go will call you back, and no one cares that even though it was rooms to go’s fault that there is any problem with scheduling my delivery a few more months down the road. Completely unacceptable! Incompetence is not a business model! I will never shop there again.

Waste of time. Salesman ordered sectional ends wrong, first delivery team was great and showed us mistake. Redelivery driver no call no shows. Says county dirt road is unsafe however first crew has no problem, school bus has no issue 4 times a day. Dump trucks and equipment trailers daily no issues rain or shine. Appears they will make any excuse to skip a delivery on Friday.

Dont pay for the the extended warranty. Me and my husband purchased a sectional a little over a year ago. The recliner that my husband sits in started making a noise like wood was breaking. So I call to make the claim, some one comes out and looks at it. I called to check for an update cause no one ever got to me. They tell me it was denied due to a stain on the chair and damage. What was the point in paying for the extended warranty if they dont fix the problems we didnt cause!?

Limited selection, lower quality furniture. Didnt have a dresser we were looking for. Salesperson jumped on us the minute we walked in the door. Went to nearby Havertys and had a much better experience. If youre looking for solid wood furniture try Annie Oakleys or Woodchuck first.

Justin took care of us. He has an excellent way of giving a lot of info and then getting out of your way. He swings around to see if you need anything and if youre cool he goes about his business. So I saw furniture at another store that I wanted but when I walked in no one greeted me. I walked around the entire store still no one greeted me so I decided to go back to Patricia @ ROOMS TO GO & I’m glad I did. She was very helpful not pushy and got me what I wanted. I was very clear with my sales person about my needs….I wanted all of my furniture at one time….the 1st time the drivers came out they didn’t have all of my bed pieces, I asked him not to leave, he left anyway, regardless of what I said….he said let the next person handle it….I waited about 8 days for them to pick that item up and they brought another bed in which was scratched up….I had to wait another week for them to pick up….when they picked the bed up, 3rd trip at this time….they left long screws and wood pieces all over the floor….I had to clean up….I had to wait approximately a week in a half to get a refund….being that the delivery drivers are a outside company….RTG only offer and apology….I suggest, get your own pickup person if you can….there delivery people are very unprofessional….they damage RTG furniture and your property also….the Manager Tyler is very helpful and professional..

Just shopped the Memorial Day sale at this store for the latest and greatest bed the Purple king Level 3 on Blanding!This store is fantastic customer service . We asked for Jimmy - he has to be the hardest working guy there. He didn’t rest until we were completely satisfied . He wrestled all the deals and extras and really took care of us! We drove there from the Beach because of the care and attention we receive every time . I definitely recommend this location and ask for Jimmy . Tell them Elaine sent ya. Great experience.

She also has a great eye for style! Every time I come to this location, the costumer service is amazing.

I was very excited to purchase a beautiful dining room set from Rooms to Go equaling over $1,000. I was very excited for it to be delivered on 5/06/21. This was going to be a beautiful mothers day present. Upon placing the order and getting all of my tracking information I was anticipating this delivery between 2 and 6pm. Unfortunately I had an unexpected emergency and needed to leave the house, I was afraid I wasnt going to get back in time and of course that fear came true. At 3:40pm the dining room set arrived. I had door delivery, they were supposed to drop it off, I checked all of my emails and information provided and I didnt see anything about it saying Signature required I spoke to the employee that was delivering my set. I explained to him that I was on my way home but I had to leave due to an emergency. The employee told me that there was nothing he could, I had to give a signature, and that he needed to move on. He complimented my DOG through my front windows and then left. I figured alright, hes doing his job no big deal I can reschedule. I attempted to contact customer service multiple different times, each time I sat on hold for over 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and try again later. I left my call back number and never received anything. I tried to reschedule using the OrderStatus option on their website. The order page would not load after entering in my information. My frustration at this point is mounting. I contacted customer service through their online chat, I was informed that my order was locked and there was nothing they could do about it on their end, I would need to call back in 48 hours to reschedule my delivery. Why would my order need to be locked if it wasnt delivered, why would I need to wait 48 hours to reschedule my delivery, why are their staff unable to access anything on their end? I asked if it would be possible to simply have it delivered to a store location and picked up from there. I was told they were not allowing in store pickups. I contacted the following day just to see if there was any possibility that the lock was lifted, and was told again that I would have to wait 48 hours, but 24 hours ago I was told 48 hours At this point Im tired of dealing with their customer service and their horrible service in general so I contact their main sales team number to discuss canceling and refunding my order. Im told again theres nothing they can do until the lock is lifted in 48 hours - which is when I can reschedule anyway - and told that if I wanted to cancel and get my money refunded I would still have to pay a restocking fee of $200. Well at that point why would I even bother, might as well just reschedule my stuff an entire week out. When purchasing these items as well I was given multiple early date options, I tried to pick one and even agreed to pay the extra shipping but every time I attempted to select the date it reset my date back to the farthest one out, I can only imagine I will have to wait until next Friday to get it redelivered, and will need to absolutely make sure Im sitting around my house between what ever 4 hour time frame they decide to give me just twiddling my thumbs in the meantime.Due to this incredibly frustrating and emotionally exhausting process I will never purchase another furniture item from Rooms to Go - I made the mistake of getting a credit card with them as well thinking that I would use it multiple times since we recently moved into a new house as well. I will be canceling this card as soon as my total is paid off and never returning to this store again. I will also be letting friends and family know of this terrible customer service process so they can also avoid this horrendous experience.

I was upset because a lot of the furniture pieces I am looking for are back ordered, but he took the extra mile to check inventory for dates no matter what. He was extremely patient and courteous from the time we met him until the time we left. The day my little family went in there we could not find anything we wanted in the time we needed to do so. Justin still provided me with his card and the payment options I would have when I decided. He also helped me with my application to get approved for credit, so I could decide what I wanted eventually. We walked out that day and returned today, and were able to purchase a dining room table with no problem. I still received the same great customer service and couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. Justin is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, just all around great. He’s awesome!

Love our furniture this time not big on the Orange Park store. Customer service is not great at this store we went there again since it is closer to our home. We bought an Eric Church soda 2 years ago and it was discontinued due to bad parts but they never let us know, so when we found our selves needing another sofa 2 years later that is when we found out about the discontinued sofa. Now we were having to spend more money, to soon on a sofa they should have at least gave us some credit for but they simply did not care. We also bought a mattress there last year which we had to exchange once then had to take our business to mattress firm after they would not make the second mistake right. Always go to mattress firm much better mattresses and service.We bought another sofa here because the no interest for five years which helps us since this is the 2nd sofa in 2 years we are paying for. I hope some one high up there reads this and at least cares enough to offer some compensation for all we have been through and would like to keep a long time customer of 30 years, if we dont here from them I will up date the review. If we here from them and they make it right we will update as well. Keep you posted.
