I have been buying all my furniture here since I discovered this place. I love that you can customize almost everything here. I went on a hunt for couches and after much disappointment, I ended up here and bought my set completely customized now I’m just waiting for them to be delivered. I still love the bedroom set I got over a year ago and my wood sliding curtain I got to get away from vertical blinds for my pocket doors. Their prices are unbeatable and I just love Cindy.

We give this company a 2 star review for the poor communication and lack of respect shown to us by the owners. The day we left The Furniture Gallery we felt confident in the company, as Cindy was very knowledgeable about products and custom orders.. We were given an estimated date of when our custom ordered furniture would be done, which was about 6-8 weeks. That was reasonable. However, 6 and 8 weeks came and gone without even one update from the owners at The Furniture Gallery. After contacting them, she told me it would an ADDITIONAL 5 WEEKS because they didnt have enough fabrics for both loveseat and couch. At this point I was a bit upset due to the fact I put a large deposit down and was not recieving any kind of information as to when I would be recieving my $4000 worth of furniture. After many calls to The Furniture Gallery, I finally recieved an estimated.. My delivery date came TWICE and was cancelled by The Funiture Gallery. I cleared my living room of all furniture anticipating the delivery of my new furniture and Cindy called me to tell me that one of her helpers injured his knee and therefore they unable to deliver my furniture because who can deliver furniture on crutches as Cindy sarcastically stated to me. She was rude to me as if I was a pain in her you know what when in reality I was more than patient with her. My furniture was finally delivered LATE the next day during the middle my daughters birthday party. We are highly satisfied with our new furniture, HOWEVER, we would NOT be returning as customers and we would NOT recommend The Furniture Gallery to anyone in future as the customer service and communication were very poor!
