I just want to say that Mike and his crew were the most professional and personable people we have had at our house doing work. Their work ethic is of the highest I have seen. Maybe higher than mine. The time that Mike took to explain a few things I asked about was very appreciated. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable. I wish all the other crews from the pool company had been like Mike’s crew. I would highly recommend them for any job that needs to be done. Thank you for letting them install our screen room. The experience was the most pleasant we have had. Again, Mike and his Crew are top notch in my book and I have dealt with quite a few crews over the last 6 months. I wish my after sales experience was as good as the sales people. Sales was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately my troubles started after I gave them money. They told me that the project would take 3 months to start because st johns county permitting is behind. I called them 2 months after we signed the contract to get an update. I was supposed to get plans. They told me that they can still deliver and that permitting is now only 2 weeks behind. 2 days before the contractual start date I call again because I noticed that they never filed a permit with the city. They told me that my project is in drawing and that we are technically still on track. When I started pushing to find out why drawing(a super straight forward project according the the owners claim) is so late and how it is even possible to start anything they said that somebody will call me.The next day i got a call telling me that they cant do it for the price we agreed 3 months ago because of covid. It took 3 months of holding my HUGE deposit to realize that. I asked for my money back 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get the deposit back.

It all started with screening in a back porch area, we were very pleased with the results and soon after we realized that in order to bring our home back to life, we needed to look into replacing our siding. We went back to Better Home Improvement and contracted them to do our siding. While the work wasnt cheap, it was surprisingly affordable and they work with local banks to establish pretty good loan rates to make it even more affordable. Additionally, we decided to do our windows after our siding because the siding looked so good and based on our two other experiences with Better Home Improvement, we decided to go with them for a third time as our past experiences had been very favorable. In total, we trusted Better Home Improvement with well over $30K worth of total work to our home which for your average person is quite a bit of money. We found their workers all to be very professional on each project with a big emphasis on customer service. We have no buyers regret after our experience with Better Home Improvement which isnt always the case when dealing with contractors. They showed up each time, gave us everything we paid for and did it in a way that all our work is under warranty and done very professionally. Once you decide to make the investment on your home and to spend a large part of your savings to do it, you really cant ask for more than what Better Home Improvement delivered. After almost 7 months of projects, I would have to say that we have 100% faith in our choice of contractors and would not have changed a thing in our decision to invest in our home with this company. I highly recommend Better Home Improvements whether you have one job or many to accomplish, it makes good sense to go with a company like them that has a great track record and imprint in the local contracting scene in Jacksonville. I have called and called and waited for months for someone to come out and fix the door Better Home Improvement installed and change the rusty nails on the trim Better Home Improvement used. There is little to no communication. They do not return my calls. Worst service imaginable. When I say I have called them a dozen times over several months, it is not an exaggeration. Each time I call I am promised someone will return my call to set up an appointment. Never once has there been a return call. These folks do not honor their written guarantee.

The BHI team was very helpful and they did what they promised. Being in the military living all over I have seen some bad contractors and I always worry about getting through the job. With BHI I had no issues, they were great! Getting permits from the county was a crazy process but they helped me through it. They did get great work. Larry is a master at building screen enclosures. Their prices came in better and they did the job faster. I added a screen door to the porch and Larry got it done in less than a day and it is great. I highly recommend them.

GREAT JOB.... Last week I wrote a review of a job that was going at my home I have since deleted that review because it was not fair to the company. One of the owners, came to my home and he explained to me how long it takes to properly install hardie siding and I was satisfied with that. We are very happy with the overall job, all the workers were professionals and they take pride in their work. My wife and I are very happy with new look of our home and it is beautiful. I am considering having sunroom added BHI will be number one on my list.

I used Better Home Improvement to put in a back patio and cover as well as changing out my sliding glass door for French doors. They do great work and we now eat outside every day and spend quite a bit of time outside enjoying the patio. Eventually we will be remodeling our master bathroom and we will use this company again for that.

The salesman, Steve went through the whole process and Maya was great with coordinating the dumpster and materials so they would not interfere with our driveway and cause damage to our yard. This company was awesome! We replaced old cedar siding with hardiplank and had gutters installed and after doing a different remodel in the past with contractors that never showed up for the various phases we were apprehensive but BHI was nothing less than true professionals and priced right. The crews showed up on time and were good about keeping everything clean during the whole process cleaning up as they progressed and each day at the end of the day! The demo, new siding, painting, and gutters crews were all excellent! I recommend them without any reservation.

Had ad in Jacksonville Mint magazine. Window replacement. Works with Simonton windows. Told wouldn’t even come out to evaluate/unless 6 windows minimum. I have 12 that open with screens and one large pane of glass that doesn’t open. The SCHEDULER HUNG UP ON ME— because I couldn’t — specifically state that I would guarantee 6 windows — for them to come to my home. But. She repeatedly said she was “just the scheduler” and didn’t know anything about windows or the manufacturer partner. So don’t advertise your A+ BBB rating when a homeowner is answering the questions as best they can and your receptionist tells the “potential buyer (me)” that I am rude and then hangs up the phone.

I contracted with BHI to construct/install a covered screened porch and paver patio at the back of my new house. The staff were responsive and easy to work with. BHI took care of permitting and worked with HOA to get approval. Both the porch and patio materials are of high quality and the workers were professional with quality workmanship. I am very pleased with the results (and my neighbors are jealous). I highly recommend BHI!

No idea why its not listed as one of the services they perform, but they put new siding on our house, after removing the old wood siding. After that installation they painted the whole house.Rather than bring in a crew of actual painters, as the contract had implied, they put paint brushes in the hands of their carpenters who attempted to repaint the house. They did not do a good job. They left many areas where I had to touch-up, and they never did put on a second coat, which was part of the contract. I was a commercial/residential painter before I retired, and all I can say is that I could put a paintbrush in my grandmothers hand, but that would not make her a house painter.They painted over literally every vent screen in the soffit all around the house. Think for a second what that means, and what that did to our heating/Air Conditioning system and electric bill. Essentially, they sealed the entire upper level of our home, removing all circulation and ventilation.But what was much more vexing is that we also contracted them to replace the chimney top, the part that extends from the roof, before they put on the new siding on that part, because some of the wood needed to be replaced.As they were doing the work, I noticed that they were not rebuilding it high enough to draft correctly, so I got the attention of their foreman/salesman Steve Pray, and pointed out to him that what they were doing was not up to Code, which states that the top of a chimney must be at least as high as the nearest part of the roof, within 10 feet.Rather than have them correct the issue before it was too late, he told me not to worry about it, and if in the future it presented a problem, just call him and they would come out and make it right.Of course, inevitably, it became a problem, the first time we tried to have a fire in the fireplace when the weather finally was cold enough to want one. As I had told him would be the case, the chimney was not high enough to draft correctly and smoke quickly began to fill the house. I had to pour water on it to put it out and stop it.So I called Steve Pray and told him what happened. He didnt have time to talk about it and told me to talk to the general manager. I did, and extensively described the problem and reminded him of the promise Mr. Pray had made when I first pointed out the potential problem.Never heard from anyone in the company again. Tried calling numerous times subsequently, but no messages were returned, so I gave up on them ever keeping their word.The problem remains to this day. We have a fireplace that we cant use.Below you may see the response from the owner. He says it was 2 and a half years after the job that I called about the problem. That is because the subsequent winters here were quite warm, and it never got cold enough to want a fire inside. I guess I could have tried it at that time, but not many people in Florida want to have a fire in their fireplace when summer has arrived. Apparently my biggest mistake was taking Steve Pray at his word and counting on them fixing it when the problem was confirmed.As far as the paint job goes: as I said, I used to be a Professional painter, so my review is not just blowing off steam.If the owner wants to make it right, they need to: 1)actually call me and speak to me. 2) put on the second coat of paint which was never done. 3)remove and replace every single painted-over soffit screen. 4) Fix the chimney, according to CODE, which is what I rightly assumed they Knew, and were going to do, when they stated the additional amount it would cost to fix the chimney, and especially after I brought it to their attention, as the work was being done, and had not yet been finished.

BHI has been excellent. We hired them to complete our Lanai Sunroom. From the time I met the Sales Representative Steve until completion of the job, we were very impressed by their workmanship, dedication, professionalism, and perfection. The installers Bob and Patsy, a happy couple, were just amazing !! BHI is very lucky to have them in their install team. Both of them completed the job absolutely perfectly and patiently, a very rare sight in the construction industry. Very nice attitude and helpful. They love what they do and you can see the passion in them when they are working together. They even perfectly fixed some issues post installation. Customer service from BHI is overall good as they are responsive to every call you make, you would rarely get voice mail. Billy their construction manager, Steve from Sales, Josh from footer install, Bob/Patsy from main install, Maya/David/Taylor from office staff were all very helpful in getting this project completed to our satisfaction. We however have one constructive suggestion to BHI: We would have felt much better if they had taken the lead in communicating with us in every step of the process. We had to keep following up so many times. Steve was very helpful in updating us whenever we reached out to him. We have enjoyed working with Steve. Based on our experience with BHI, we highly recommend hiring them for your Sunroom/Screen Room, etc. needs. You wont be disappointed.

They repaired rotten T111 siding then put New Hardy Board Siding on entire House ... Very Satisfied !!!!!!

After obtaining three quotes to enclose our lanai in with glass, we choose Better Home Improvement and this was the correct choice. They were very easy to work and the final result was perfect. The construction staff was very courteous and were interested in making you satisfied with the product.

We first contacted BHI back in November 2018 to get an idea of the cost of building a screen enclosure for our severely neglected back yard. Steve gave us some very good information. In April, we signed a contract for a 15x14 foot enclosure and couldn’t be happier! Billy did a fantastic job designing the enclosure to our specifications. Bob and Patsy did an impeccable job with the construction, and couldn’t have been nicer! Maya was always available to coordinate the next step of the project and had everything running like clockwork! Mike did a great job installing the ceiling fan we purchased so we could enjoy the room during the hot summer months! We highly recommend this company for home improvement projects. They’re the best in the business!

Better Home Improvement is an excellent company. Ive used them for two roofing jobs and am completely satisfied. They showed up on time, went straight to work, and were very polite. They kept me informed of all phases. The entire roof was completed in just 7 hours including the 1/2 hr. lunch break. I had concerns that my pea fowl may eat nails so they took special precaution by placing tarps for clean up. This company takes great pride in quality work and will not do a job if it cannot be done right. Few take pride in workmanship tese days.

BHI did a total home make over for us. We had our roof, siding, screened patio and windows done. Everyone was great who came out to work on my home. Although, I wouldnt suggest such a large project at once while living in your home, everything turned out great. The screened patio is awesome! We had two ceiling fans added along with doors on both ends for easy access from either side. in addition, we had our chimney removed. Yes, we had it leveled to the roof, which you cant even tell there was once one on the home. I was told that there would be a significant change in my electric bill due to the the shingles and windows. Wow, was I surprised. I once had bills over $200.00, my last bill was $129.00 the lowest has been $99.00. All of the workers who came out were very knowledgeable and explained step by step the process that would be taken. The project took a little more than I thought, but that was expected with the amount of work that was done. Kevin was in constant contact with us during the entire project. My home being on the corner really has been the talk of the neighborhood!

Better Home Improvement did an excellent job installing a new roof for my elderly parents home. Chris came in with a very thorough presentation and answered all their questions. The install was done in record time with no problems. The installers were on the roof two days and there were no issues. A guy named Chris came over for an estimate. He told us he will have it in a couple of days.. seemed confident and the sky was the limit. Four weeks later and multiple phone calls.. no answer on his cell...no estimate even after calling the main office multiple times and promised to get to the end of it. How is the service if this is them trying to bring in costumers lol.

BRUCE was our contact and brought samples with him. We made our selections pretty quick. They gave us advanced notice because we do have a dog. The siding guys were quick and did an excellent job. The painters were amazing, once they were done they insisted my wife walk around the home with them to point out any problems she may felt needed attention . Once the soffits and fascia were done our home looked fantastic . This was not the first time we used better home improvement, they also did our windows several years ago and that was a good experience which is why we used them again. I would recommend them.

My neighbor had Better Home Improvement replace his screened enclosure with a fully insulated glassed enclosure. I am a retired engineer and former developer/builder. I watched his installation carefully and inspected the materials used. I was impressed with the structural components which were all manufactured with a thermal break to minimize heat transfer to the outside. This is something that the other companies do not provide. The installation was performed by a highly skilled and meticulous craftsman. I was so pleased with the neighbors enclosure, I proceeded to hire Better Home Improvement to replace my old glass enclosure with their product.I am delighted with the enclosure and the high quality installation, roofing, electrical and structure. Im admittedly tough to please, but I am pleased.

I am pleased with the work so far. Had entire townhouse done in hardie board and painted. I was never called about arrivals or scheduling. I am to have gutters replaced too. I am currently waiting for the third day in a row to discuss this procedure. When I ask Chris for a definite time, if takes a few calls and texts before I get an answer. I cancelled several dr appointments because the workers were schedule to show but didn’t. Not a very professional way to conduct business. Not customer friendly. They left screens off three windows and told me they weren’t my screens. They even left one screen on the roof. Wonder how someone else’s screen got on my roof. Cable wires and phone lines were left dangling. Expected the job to include restoring the property as found.

The results are wonderful. We got new siding, paint, windows, slider and screening for our porch. Our house looks brand new and it is 27 years old. Everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you!!

I had a difficult issue with my insurance company over Hurricane Irma damage and Steve Pray at BHI worked with my insurance company to get the claim paid and get my lanaii rebuilt. His suggestions and recommendations were wonderful. He got me on the schedule quickly once we got the insurance payment. I had constant contact with the main contractor who got everyone there as soon as possible and the work was done quickly and beautifully. Most importantly, exactly how I wanted it done! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!I hired BHI to tear off and replace my flat roof. The service was horrible and the end result not much better. They claimed to have replaced 11 sheets of rotten wood but the dumpster only revealed 4 and I provided 3 for them. So I wonder where the extra wood went? The roof still has 3 puddles that hold water about 2 inches deep. This is not acceptable. The contractors did not speak to me when I asked questions and the salesman was clueless. I can tell you more horror stories about my experience if you want to continue...The crew put the wrong shingles on the attached roof and did not even nail them down. They also took my tarp and did not return it. So I am out $85 for a tarp.This service and workmanship was far below standard.I would call any other company before I call them!!!STAY AWAY!!!issue resolved

As a single mom you expect people to try and rip you off. When dealing with Billy and Kevin I felt safe doing business with them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about what my roof needed. They were also upfront about any additional charges I could face if the wood under my roof was rotted and needed replacing. The process was so fast and dealing with the office staff with financing was a dream come true. For a local, family owned business It was a pleasure and I would recommend them to everyone. I will be having the siding and windows replaced on my house next year. There is only one company I will use, Better Home Improvement!!!

We had a new roof, new siding and new windows installed at our house. After bundling these jobs together the overall prices were reasonable and competitive. The factory sent a wrong sized window so the overall time to completion was extended a few days beyond the original plan. We also had more extensive wood rot that required repair, but throughout the process all of the subcontractors were professional, flexible and accommodating. Our house has gone from drab to fab - and neighbors are rubber necking each time they drive past us. We are very happy with the final results and the were not done until youre happy attitude from BHI.

I cannot speak more highly of Better Home Improvement. They recently added a porch to my home. First day they came out and installed the forms. Second day they laid the concrete - it rained after they finished and the concrete was messed up. Before I could even call them to see what could be done, there were out and repairing it. All of their employees were respectful and they went out of their way to be helpful.

Filled out an online form for estimate to convert our screened in porch to a sunroom. After no contact 24 hrs later, I called and someone took my information. I was told someone would call me back to schedule... 2 1/2 days later I’m still waiting to SCHEDULE an estimate

I caution you in doing business with this company. As a new homeowner my husband and I were very trusting with this company. Better Home Improvement damaged our brand new roof, damaged electrical wiring, and did not complete our sun-room. We paid this company over $5000 and they took our money and walked away, without finishing the project. Do not be fooled by their initial kindness, they have proven to be an unethical company, and you will regret the day that you did business with them....I do.

Total miscommunication! Wasted my time and theirs stating they would repair siding. Had inspection contract on house to get repair cost and now Ive lost money not being able to prove cost to seller for repairs!

Buyer Beware: While this business was prompt and professional through the sales and installation process, they refuse to provide documentation of completion or confirmation of warranty of the product and installation. I purchased and paid a premium for lifetime warranty of the materials and labor and now they refuse to provide a paid Bill of Sale after being fully paid. I have asked repeatedly for a complete Bill of Sale that indicates a lifetime warranty and even spoke with the business Principle, but to no avail. So now I am left without suitable documentation to substantiate a lifetime warranty. Too bad.

We are very pleased with our Sun Room BHI built for us. From the start everyone from Kevin, Steve, Bill and the office staff were very professional and eager to please. The men doing the actual construction are 10+ on the rating scale. We had some issues but they were handled rapidly and without complaint. We highly recommend BHI for your home improvement.

My opinion of BHI is mixed. I hired them to replace and modernize an existing screen enclosure. The demolition person showed up three weeks earlier than expected, but with no advance notice at all, and let himself into my backyard and tore out the existing enclosure. The shipment of new enclosure materials that was delivered was the wrong color, and the contacts at BHI said I was mistaken until I texted a photo of the signed contract. The materials were eventually replaced a few days later by a delivery before 7am. The work was completed within one day, and I am pleased and satisfied with the new enclosure. However, the contract also said that electrical wiring would be relocated (power to an overhead light as well as a nearby outdoor floodlight), but the electrical sub-contractor cut the wires with pliers and removed them entirely and wants paid as a separate job to rewire them, despite BHI saying they already paid for the work. Bottom line - The sales brochures are nice, the finished product looks good, and the price seems reasonable. However, BHI as a company seems disorganized and wants to minimize communication with customers, so do your research and shop around.

Believe the horror stories about this company noted below. I called to schedule an estimate and spoke with someone named Dave. He was so rude. I attempted to inform why I was calling, and he impatiently stated Hold on, hold on, give me your name and address. He gave me his first name, when I asked, but when I asked for his last, he asked What do you need my last name for. Why would I do business with a company that treats you so rude on the initial call. Can you imagine what the service would be like. Spend your money elsewhere

The guys at BHI were great to deal with, the work was done very quickly after signing the contract. all my concerns were addressed prior to work being done and all expectations were met.

Better Home Improvement is the way to go. From the very start when we met the Salesmen he was very informative about all the products they had to offer. We had vinyl siding, new windows and a new patio done . The whole process took the time they said it would and the workers on site where very polite and respectful. The owner would always stop by our home to make sure that everything was going the way we wanted it to and always making things happen to please us. We are so thankful we chose BHI.. All our neighbors are very impressed with our band new home as so are we. Thanks BHI. I would highly recommend.

I just had a large sunroom with a brick knee wall and it turned out beautiful. I have to mention the Clint and Shawn were the most professional and polite guys they were here early every morning and ready to work and all my questions were answered accordingly through the office.thanka guys for my beautiful room.

Highest quote I’ve gotten from any roofing company in Jax. $17,000 for a 2850 sq ft reroof with 500-600 ft of that to be a torch down....piss poor pricing!

We had some windows replaced by BHI, the exterior siding replaced with Hardy Board and had the exterior painted. The results were very good. Minor issues were addressed immediately. The folks at BHI were friendly and easy to work with. We have already recommended them to friends who saw the results of the work at our house.

Chris came to our home for an estimate on siding and a complete reroof. We were already aware of structural issues that may impact the reroof which is why we called them as a general contracting company. Chris told me he would get back to the office, run the information by the roofing guy and let me know about my estimate. 2 days later I called since I hadnt heard back. I was told he would call me back, and he did not. I called the next day and he said he would try to come out that day - or as soon as possible with the roofer so he could look at it as well. 4 more days came and went with no contact. I finally called again for him to say they would meet me at my house at a set time the same day - Chris showed up, but couldnt get the roofer out. Why did he come back to do the SAME thing he did 8 days ago? He did, however, give me a written estimate this time which could have been done over a week ago - without me having to track him down to give my business. I wont know if the work is good because the follow-up is so poor, I doubt we will give them a chance on the 20k+ job. Very inconvenient. Responding to company reply: I appreciate the reply, but youre missing the point. We knew there were underlying issues and you confirmed your company - as a general contracting co. - could handle those problems. My complaint is that it took 3 phone calls, and 2 visits over 8 days to get a qoute that seems could have been provided on day 1.

We were planning to sell our house because of the lack of room to entertain and lack of playroom in our house. We had played with the idea of building a sunroom and contacted BHI. They exceeded our expectations. Their service was phenomenal and the results were beyond our expectations. The only gripe I have is that we spend too much time in our sunroom lol. Thank you BHI for making us stay in our home and falling in love with it all over again!

The building of the sun room was beautiful, but we are having issue with leaks and when contacting this company we get the run around. Customer Service cant find their personnel and the owner is rude. I will never recommend them to anyone in the State of Florida and I plan on reporting them to the BBB.

We hired BHI in October 2017 after being scammed by another roofing company (Carlson Enterprises). BHI installed a new roof in November 2017 and the new screen room in December 2017. They even pushed our projects ahead since we were needing a roof desperately and we were in the middle of a high risk pregnancy. They were able to answer any questions we had along the way...from Billy, our point of contact, to Maya in the office. There were about 3 different crews that came out to complete the various projects and ALL of these crew members were very professional, no complaints from me. We would recommend them and have recommended them to our neighbors. One of our neighbors also used BHI after our recommendation. We truly appreciate their professionalism, the urgency on getting our projects done, and their patience and compassion when in came to our high risk pregnancy which resulted in a month long hospital stay that ended with our baby being born 4 weeks early. Maya was truly invested in finding out how I/we were doing in and out of the hospital with calls and texts to check in on us and not project related. I would absolutely use BHI again for any of our other future projects.

BHI recently completed adding a screen room to our house. Once completed we had a couple of issues of which I talked to their representative. All of our issues were handled in a very timely manner and to our satisfaction. The professionals who completed their part of the project were friendly and insured any mess was cleaned up before leaving for the day. I would highly recommend BHI to anyone thinking of using their service for any work. I know if any issues come out in the future, I can call upon them for correction. Finally, they were very helpful in arranging financing, as well.

We had our whole house resided along with all new windows and a complete remodel of our lanai as well as some minor roof repairs. The workmanship by the sub-contractors was really good, all the different crews we encountered were efficient and did a nice job. Overall were really satisfied with the end results and we receive a lot of compliments from the neighbors. The downside to the whole experience was the disconcerting lack in communication from BHI to us, BHI to sub-contractors, sub-contractors to sub-contractors. The excuse we heard was that they were all wrapped up in preparing for the Home & Patio show but the show didnt last the entire length of our project, so....If you choose BHI for your project be sure youre up to the task of being your own project manager - that you ask lots of questions, and that you know all the stages of your project and the crews involved.

Unlike other companies I’ve delt with they did what they said they would do. Had good communication and did excellent work in a timely manner.

BHI added a screened patio to our home. The process was very pleasant from begging to end. The staff and workers were very friendly, patient and understanding. All issues during the construction process were handled promptly. I would recommend BHI to anyone. Thanks BHI for a job well done.

Better Home Improvement (BHI) removed an old screened porch and replaced it with a new glass-windowed Sunroom. They handled all aspects of the project from design to finish and took the headaches out of dealing with the HOA and the Clay County Inspectors. All work (concreate, electrical, construction) was done as promised and workers cleaned up when leaving. This is a professional and competent group and I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Did work for family and it was atrocious!

BHI of Orange Park, FL completed a major renovation of 3 of our 4 exterior walls. Also, renovated my shed. All was done with HardieBoard.Our exterior walls had previous termite damage and required quite a lot of work. BHI did an outstanding job of repairing and then putting on the HardieBoard, painting, and sealing. BHI also replaced the bathroom window and one other window that had been hard to open. Our granddaughter can now exit the house in case of emergency without the window falling on her.The siding crew led by Dewey was very professional and worked relentlessly to complete the job. Painting and sealing was done well, too.The only negative I have (and why I didnt rate them 5 stars) is there was no final inspection to catch the little things that needed to be worked on before final payment. But, that only took one day and was done in a workmanlike manner.All in all, a wonderful experience. Recommend!

And yes, this company didn’t disappoint us. The finished product is terrific.The entire experience was a very favorable one. The quality of the materials used is excellent. The low-E Simonton glasses door and windows look beautiful and durable. All teams that worked at my home were very hard-working and very neat. They cleaned up after their work done. I recently had BHI add new siding to my house and am VERY satisfied. They removed damaged wood where necessary, replaced it with new OSB, and installed new Certainteed Fiber cement siding ( like Hardiboard ) on all sides of the house. Additionally they replaced a damage gutter and installed a light set while doing the work. They painted the house and did everything well within the time frame outlined before the contract was signed. All of the work was done on time and at the best price of the 3 companies I interviewed.I would not hesitate to use them again for work I may need in the future and would recommend including them for consideration for anyone needing siding for a home or building.

Great work! BHI gave our house a facelift. Siding, windows, & a new roof were installed almost simultaneously. It was pretty amazing the way they coordinated everything together so that it was all finished within a few days. Our house went from crappy to happy in a week. All the people that came were very nice and all worked together as a team. This is something you dont see everyday. Just want to say thanks again to BHI for making my house pretty again.
