You’re stores are just the greatest never a bad experience ever you’re employees are always so helpful. I’ve been to at least 25 different states and made it a point to stop at least one in each state. I’m from northern Michigan and lived off the grid for about 10 years it was always a good day and looked forward to going to your store down by Marquette Michigan. My dad started shopping with you back in the 30 s I started about 45 years ago your store here in middleburg is one of the best. Sorry for the long text but you all deserve it thank you

Working on setting up a duck pond, Brian and Hailey were a huge help. They took the time to help me figure out the different parts I needed. Probably the best customer service I have gotten at a Tractor Supply.

DRIVERS. Had a 5am delivery and struggled with getting into the dock. The team was GREAT, Robert was patient and assisted me until we got the truck in the Bay.You have to enter on King Fisher road, get to your far left on King Fisher, enter the ramp and stay to your left until you hit the point of the turn. Cut hard right towards the light post. Your tractor noise should be on the line at the light post and your trailer tires should be angled at the curb on the right side fence line. Cut hard left and reverse, once your trailer starts rolling back, get your tractor under the trailer and pull up and back in. I make it sound easy but we were at it until we figured out the formula. I always have a great experience when coming to the Middleburg location. Everyone is very helpful & makes sure you leave with a smile. Im a very petite woman & things are hard to reach and carry. Barry & Kendrick are always very helpful.

Love this place for all my animal supplies and more! Got this ratchet set for under 5 bucks! Tractor Supply makes everyone, from the two leg to four leg, happy campers.

Excellent staff, great prices, great selection of items, great quality. Low propane prices. 4 ⭐️ because the parking lot situation is HORRIBLE! A store like this has to expect majority of customers drive trucks...this lot is difficult to traverse in a compact car...to make things worse, they park a semi-trailer in the lot rather than back behind the store. Just go stand by it for 5 minutes and watch the chaos it creates when cars/trucks enter/exit

Excellent store but they sell out of chicks fast and even admit that they die in the post office. I haven’t gotten chicks yet and don’t think we ever will from this location 😢but nice store👍🏼

Don’t buy anything Ingersoll rand from this place after about 3 months of operation it’ll quit then tractor supply will reference u to call ingersoll who then gives u the run around next thing u know it’s out of all warranty so now I’m out 1200$

This store is consistently out of supplies, old broken carts, and mold in corn or birdseed because the store it outside under a tarp. Back to Ace Hardware or Amazon I go.

My favorite place to get my goat and chicken feed! The cashier Kim (thats ALWAYS there) is the best! She is super nice and friendly. I can always go to her for my goat questions. 😁 Everyone in there is always super helpful and greets me every time.

UPDATE: The manager who checked me out forgot to remove the security sensor. Last night, wearing the heavier coat purchased at TSC, I set off the security alarm at LOWEs in Hamilton OH.I tried to change my TSC rating to a negative 5-star. Really ???******Carts and buggies were blocking the aisles effectively denying access to entire departments within the store.Only one checkout working with a store full of people.One young man had been waiting 30-mins for a single bale of alfalfa to be brought to the front of the store. The young man had already paid for his hay.Work gloves were all mixed up and not clearly priced.Either understaffed or poorly staffed, hard to tell.

Tractor Supply is a good place to shop, but Cody is worthless. My husband goes after 21 bags of lime. Has to load 3/4 by his self bc this young man stood there and watched my husband load. He needs to get his young, lazy body in gear and help the older shoppers.

Had trouble trying to order a set of new, heavy duty cattle gates at the Middleburg store on Blanding Blvd. Darin took it upon himself to try getting me what I wanted, spending considerable time and effort, and keeping me informed of his progress. I just dont get customer service like that anymore, and it was so nice, I was blown away by him. All the other staff were just as nice as well, answering any concerns I had with other items. Ive been a years long customer, and this is one of the best reasons.

The store was set up nicely with everything I needed. I have two dogs and I get enough food for the month so I dont have to worry about going out every week. The price is cheaper than most big stores. My dog Mac loves going shopping with me and they are very pet friendly. I love my Tractor Supply!

Best place to get quality pet food, best wide selection of healthy brands. Also a full line of treats, toys, cat food and litter as well as larger farm animal needs. Cute home decor, boots, Jeans and tees. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Its the ONE place we always stock up on or dogs grain free food.

I had been all over Jacksonville looking for a lawnmower blade. Ace,Lowes,Home depot, and found the correct blade here.

Friendly people here. I wish they had a bigger location and candy aisle like Blaines Farm and wet back in the Midwest, but honestly I was surprised to even find one down here. Always go for our animal supplies. Got some work boots and some Carhartt items as well.

I shop here for Diamond Dog food for my 4 legged family member. I also by deer corn and my husband gets parts for lawnmower. Busy store, wish the parking lot was designed better. I recommend parking across the street on the weekends so you can get out easier because its so busy.

This place is pretty awesome. Needed a cattle gate, and they had everything I needed, including the wheel and latch. Prices were much cheaper than I expected. Employees are all super friendly and helped me grab everything I needed. Even got same day delivery!

Tractor Supply Co. in Middleburg has always been a clean, well stocked, helpful store. Employees are quick to help if needed and always smiling. Prices can be high on some things, but they have good sales. I like their selection on footwear, home decor, toys, and tools.

Like all the different products at tractor supply but took o e star away due to their prices, it seems they have increased astronomically on a lot of the cheaper items and in some cases trippled.

People working there are always friendly and nice.

Ordered a out door table picked it up with curb side service it was a nice time for things to go right

It has about everything you need for a farm!! Usuallybthe employees are very knowledgable on what you need.

Its actually a great Farm Store but I bought the traps to catch raccoons and squirrels and neither one of them worked at all. The only way I got them to trip was to tie a string to it and pull it when the raccoon went in the trip. I tried to return them because they didnt work and the salesperson refused but Im going to try again.

This place hosts a great amount of goods from farming to vehicle accessories to clothing. The staff is extremely friendly at this location and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty good considering its somewhat of a specialty store for farming.

Quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered in my life. I had a young kid tell me to come out for a wheel lock for a trailer. I drove almost 20 miles from riverside to the Orange Park store and another kid tells me they dont carry wheel locks. Then he simply walked away without showing me any other alternatives leaving me confused and lost. No one else helped me and the store was full of accessories for trailers. Ill seek another store for my trailer needs. That stores staff needs a serious crash course in customer service. Ill never waste my time coming here again. Can I give it a one tenth star? Went to harbor freight instead

I ended up speaking with Ray.Ray went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience and was treated well. Tractor Supply is a great store for just about anything you could need on a small farm, but this particular Tractor Supply in Orange Park has a serious parking problem. You would think they would have planned better since many of the things they sell require pick up in very large vehicles!
