The people who work here are so brilliantly sweet! And it is so nice to have a conversation with the couple who runs this business, they are so sweet to each other and their costumers, strange units are very nice, and there are elevators and stairs to help you get around, and they have multiple units and will do everything they can to keep you happy and your stuff safe! 😊 ABSOLUTELY recommend!

Management is overbearing. The first time we went into our unit the office manager followed us up there to make sure we wouldnt scratch her floors. Also she calls on the day the payment is due to request payment. I know what day my rent is due and you will get your money but dont harass me. If I (a responsible bill paying adult) choose not to make my payment on the day it is due then that is my choice to accrue a late fee. I am considering moving my property to a less invasive facility.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience here! We moved cross-country from AZ right after the hurricane hit. Because so many local people were needing storage of their belongings after damage to their homes, we had a really hard time finding a place that we could store all of our stuff while looking for a home. This specific Atlantic Self Storage still had space, and we are so happy to have found them.The Management team is so kind and really engaging with their space renters. We were always addressed by name, and we loved that the management was always looking out for us and making sure that we were happy.After moving here, my husband was traveling for work and had his credit card stolen. When payment was due management called to tell us the card was declined (it had been cancelled), and were nothing but nice on the phone retrieving another payment. Oooops!We loved the reminder calls we got after that when our payments were due, because, honestly, we had so much going on with selling a house, moving cross-country, and buying a new house, that this was an area we dropped the ball in.We only have nice things to say about our experience and the management. If I ever have to store anything again I would definitely use this location. Highly recommend.

The facility is nice, with the exception of having to do a u-turn with your trailer or large truck to get in when coming from the north on Blanding.The management here are complete stalkers and though it is a reasonably nice facility, you will find yourself literally being followed around and being lectured about people leaving exterior doors slightly ajar, how you better not have creepy crawlies in your stuff, dont scratch the floors, put the carts exactly where you found them, $1000 fine to use the dumpster and on and on and on. Notes all over the place, dont do this, dont do that. They seem to forget that IT IS JUST AN OVERPRICED WAREHOUSE!Look as customers, we just want in and out as fast and as conveniently as possible. If that is too much to ask, which it obviously is, we are not your customers. For the $1500 a year we pay to rent it, it would be nice to be treated as a customer.I do not need to be stalked when busting my chops moving heavy items. I had intended to keep the unit indefinitely for our business, not now.

Just loved how neat and clean the premises are kept makes me feel good about storing my family treasures knowing that if the place is kept up this well i shouldnt have problems with bugs or rodents getting into anything and that is extremely important to me. The roads around the storage units are clean and free of debris and there are no signs of ants, termites or any other bugs anywhere. The landscaping is very well maintained and healthy another good sign there are no pests around. This made me feel very confident my things would be safe from harm.The gate codes are long enough i doubt anyone could break in easy and once in you must enter a code to leave to. I love the fact they have an entrance gate and a separate exit gate no more traffic jams while trying to get in. The inside of the storage was very clean and so offensive odors or high humidity and with the monsoon like rain weve been having that is very very good. Im sure if you check them out youll be as impressed as i was and very happy knowing your things will be safe from damage by the weather or critters. Conveniently located on Blanding Blvd just south of College Drive it shouldnt be too out of the way for you to check them out Im sure youll be impressed as i was.
