I love this UPS store yes store thanks to Sarah she was so helpful And yet had the time to be so sweet And still explained everything about my package thank you Sarah you were amazing I hope the higher up see this cause they deserve employees like you
My Courier This is with regards to the shipment sent from USA under article no CJ461986150US. As per ur bill u told it will be shipped within 6 to 15 days but it is in custom hold since 2 months we visited the post office so they told u have to pay extra for detainig but it was not told during the billing period and if we dont get the package so will we get our insurance back or the pacakge will be deliverd
I went into the store they were very helpful everytime Ive been in there friendly and its seem like its not a long wait at all convenient location easy to find and lots of products to chose from and I would like to say that the day I was in UPS Cortney and Kyle get a Five Star for there services and plesent attitude God Bless all who reads this post ☝☝☝☝☝🙏🙏😃😊

Walked into the Store; the cashier was standing at desk closest to the door. She just stared at me.I said Hello. She just looks at me.... No hello or any type of greeting... at the very minimum I expected how may I help you.. but nope nothing.So I said I need to do an Amazon return.Her response isI ll l take you here.She ask did I have an email with QR code. I said yes. She said for that theres a fee and youll have to email to the store. I said sure may I have the emaill address. She slides a small sheet in front of me.Very poor customer service skills so I ask for her name she says Allison. At that point she softens...I accidentally knocked the cards over, I apologize and she said oh its okay. A lot nicer than her earlier tone...Ive used this store several times never experienced such poor customer service skills.
Use for business purposes. Always quick and polite female employees.
We relocated here from Texas a year ago Feb. When I got my Google review to do! I was completely shocked to see a 2.8 star rating.Only bc Im retired as an Officer and Husband is retired Navy, and we know all about Customer Service. Never once have I been in there and from the Manager down to employees and never had one bad visit. Trust me we ship all over bc of our Non Profit Business.This is a great place, workers are on point and professional. I would rather go here than the Post Office.Local Reviewer gives this place 5 Stars and a Kudos for a GREAT JOB on customer Service. I have never met the owner until today (Mike) and I caught him jumping in helping without his knowledge.I even got a Frequent Shipper card today. Incentive🌞
The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was distressed to see one employee, a blonde lady, not wearing a mask. I doubt I will go back to this location.

I went in on 01/22/20 & got exceptional service from an older lady (she has short blonde hair, very pretty), she was so nice and helped me with printing the 80 pages I had to copy. Today 01/24/20 I made an online order, which the website stated it would be about 6 before it would be finished & after I pay it says it can take 3-5 business days for them to do complete & its only 3 pages(thats bad on corporate). I gave them a call & talked with Sky (could be spelled wrong). She was kind & told me she would have them ready in about 15 minutes. This locations employees had made printing all these court documents so much easier when I am under enough stress.
Sarah was fast and efficient. Both she and Kyle were friendly to deal with. First time in that particular UPS store.
Customer service was great, but $2 to print one sheet of paper is too expensive.
The only thing keeping this from being a one star review is the counter person is really nice. Took in a package to ship, lady started working on the package, then her manager comes in, takes over and a half hour later, Im still not checked out. Owners dont let the employees run the AC so its hot, stuffy, and starting to smell as a backup of six other serary people have also been waiting forever. To put it in perspective, it made me actually want to go to the Post office next time. Ridiculously slow.
Courtney (spelling could be wrong) was the whole reason for this bad rating. I made an order online, and called about it and spoke with a nice man. They couldn’t find it but said they could print it no problem from their computer. When I got there she was mocking me, saying I picked the wrong store, I didn’t call this store, what time did I call... all doesn’t matter when I just needed help printing on piece of paper. She was cutting me off and trying to move me along, instead of helping me. She had an attitude, was not helpful, and made the whole experience the worst I’ve ever had with any postal company.! I am manager at a different company and I would never allow such a person to work for me, with such a lack of basic people skills and inadequate customer service.
Awesome place to receive mail and to mail out packages, etc. I receive all my mail here and I love the personalized service! Unfortunately I cannot receive mail to my home address as I dont trust the mail delivery here as theres been too many issues. Kudos to all the employees at the UPS Store.I really dont understand why others are unhappy with this UPS Store. I have never had a bad experience at any of the UPS Stores in Florida or in the state of Washington. Dont get me start with the US Post Office! Boy do I have complaints about their employees. lol
I had visited this UPS Store and made a business transaction that didnt go well. When I arrived home. I received a alert message from my Bank indicating two Bank transaction from this UPS Store that was charged to my account. I Called the Ups store and spoke with sale representative that had made the transaction while I was at the store. She was very rude with me over the phone. She stated, the only way that she could help me, I need to come into the store and she could correct the problem. When I arrived to the store, I spoke with another sale representative. I was explaining to her Colleague the transactions error, I was being intentionally disrupted by the the same representative who made the transaction error at the store early and the same person I spoke with over the phone.She said I cant help you, only the manager deal with this type of transaction. I said to her you should have told me that over the phone to save me a trip to come over here this evening. The sale personnel interrupted me again, I told her to stop being a smart eleck.Her misconduct is Unbecoming of a good salesperson. I am Suggesting she learns to be courtesy to customers in a proper way. Her behavior is bad for a business. Im not saying that this Behavior reflects the overal business attitude. I was able to get the information to contact the store supervisor from Colleague who was very nice and polite to me.
Be careful.. i requested ups shipping with tracking, the customer care representative shipped used usps instead. My package and delivery were still waiting pick up after 4 days, it has now been over 20 days since i sent the package so perhaps perhaps i just over paid when i request 3-5 day expedited delivery. But ince again be cause they will send you package usps not ups...!!
I mailed a package from here and tried to call because I lost the tracking number....they NEVER answer the phone ....are you serious??? No phone .....what business does have a phone???? Awful....will never do business here agian ....train your employees they are rude....and dont answer the phone....iresponsiable employees
This review is not based on the employees or their customer service ... this aspect is excellent every visit! However, I just popped in there for 5 minutes today, to print something and the heat inside this store was almost unbearable! It was cooler outside in Florida in late Spring than it was inside the store! Their employees should not have to work in an environment that can cause actual physical sickness! I almost felt as if I was going to pass out. The AC was on according to the employees but set very high by ownership.
Ugh....Have been trying to reach them for DAYS now and keep getting voicemail!May come give a different review once I can actually get a person to talk to me. I know they have one by my mothers house that does what I need done but if I can avoid having to cross the state to do it would be devine :-/

Needed to ship a package UPS 3 day. Went online at home and got a price quote directly from the UPS web site. UPS store charged me roughly twice the UPS listed rate, and expected delivery was in six days. So in a nutshell my complaint is I was charged roughly twice for three day delivery which they themselves told me would take 6 days.
Apparently new owners, very unprofessional, unhelpful, and very unbusiness like, more concerned with putting things away in their new store then assisting customers, was in there 15 minutes for a simple fax, and they were still unable to do it, wont be returning to that one...
