Needed an oil change, made an appointment online around 6 that morning for 8:30. Was out the door and on the road by 9:20, friendly and super fast service. If I’m in town and need my car serviced, I’ll definitely go to Mr. Tire.

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Customer Service! We lost tire pressure on our way home from vacation. They quickly diagnosed the problem (cracked rim), replaced the damage tire with our spare, stored our damaged tire in the spare compartment and we were on our way. If all that wasn’t enough, I went inside to pay and no charge! They could have taken advantage of my situation but no. Top notch professional people and operation!

I went in for an Oil change and the customer service was impeccable! Bryan was awesome and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and he even explained the best way to keep up with maintenance and service. I would highly recommend this shop and I will be a life long customer.

They got my Tiguan in very fast for an oil change and did not come back with a list of stuff that needed to be done. Only what I already knew had to be done. I will be going back for the brake work and the next oil change.

We were traveling from Florida when we developed a bad vibration. It was late Saturday afternoon and didnt have much hope of finding a open mechanic shop. We were on our way to Wal-Mart tire center and saw Mr Tire. Decided to pull in. To be honest I was expecting to be ripped off, being from out of town and in a desperate situation. The manager was not only very friendly, but also didnt try to sell a bunch of stuff we didnt need. We got a fair price on a new tire and was back on the road in no time. If i lived in the area Mr Tire would be my new tire shop. Its nice to know there are still honest businesses out there. Thanks for saving our vacation

Oh man. We had a brake emergency late Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. We drove over to Mr.Tire Auto Service Center, and they got us in right away even though they were getting slammed with business. We went across the street and ate dinner at Applebees while they replaced out entire brakes system that had been completely burned out by our towing system. If they hadnt come to our rescue, we would have had to rent a car over the Memorial Day weekend which would have cost us several hundred dollars. And even better, our new brakes are guaranteed for the life of the car. Wen really lucked out when, by random circumstance, we ended up at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center next to Applebees.

Honest reviews aren’t being posted. I wasn’t thrilled with my last visit. It wasn’t the cost or the atmosphere, but rather the fact that the diagnostic and work I needed wasn’t done. I wasn’t charged or anything. It just went undone. I have to take my vehicle to someone else before I can drive it. Thankfully, it’s a 2nd car.

These guys stopped everything...and they were super busy...and changed my tire in the middle of the parking lot...thanks be to God and those wonderful tire ppl...

I am reposting since my original post wasn’t showing. I am willing to give Mr. Tire a solid 4.0 stars for oil changes.Expense receives a 3.5 rating since they’re less than Firestone, but higher than others.So why the 3-star rating?I was there for an oil change, a minor replacement, and a diagnostic. When I asked about the diagnostic, the service rep shrugged. I’m guessing the service ppl didn’t have time? The rep never said. I still need to have my vehicle looked at before I can drive it with confidence, but the oil change was fine.

Corrupt business. I asked them to change my FRONT brake pads, which were VERY bad. Plus I bought my own pads to be installed. Instead they changed the BACK brake pads....to collect more money by selling me their pads and labor cost!

This ia my first encounter in Mr. Tire. I’m looking for a good place to do a maintenance check up and a change oil for my car and Mr. Tire didn’t disappoint me. They are hospitable and listening to your concerns. With the help of Mr. Bryan, this place becomes much better due to his commitment on his job. Very professional and good price on oil change.

8/2/21 my vehicle shut down due to a blown fuel pump, I delivered my car that same day and was told it would be back and ready that afternoon, I called at 5pm to get an update but no answer, the following day same result not until Wednesday I had to call them and I was told the fuel pump is replaced but another issue occurred that’s electrical and that they can’t fix I would have to pay another tow and get it done at “ Don’s Electrical “ the major problem is my car didn’t have an electrical issue when I brought it in, it was just the fuel pump so they cause an issue and never told me until I called them Wednesday and said there’s nothing they can do about it, now I’m left with a damaged car and another service bill do to Mr. tires.

Wasnt happy they did fix what I paid for but broke my lift handle, heating control, and had cords hanging out where they wasnt before. They called their selves fixing minor issues that had nothing to do with what I had brought it there for! And to all make it seem like my truck came in that way! Not happy with the way my truck was handled!!

These people are great people. If anyone is looking for a great auto shop look no further. Rich is a great guy, he is honest, has awesome people skills. I got four tires from them. One week later I hit a pot hole and blew the tire. I brought it to Rich and because he took care of me and set me up with the road hazard coverage. When all was said and done I hardly paid anything for my new tire. I was extremely pleased with how great these guys are. Definitely got me out of a pinch. Five stars is not enough for Monro auto service. Ask for Rich

Monroe is my favorite shop to get work done on my car! I always leave happy and the staff is great! If your vehicle has any additional issues that you aren’t aware of, they let you know, but they don’t try to pressure you into anything like they try to do at other shops! Nice, quiet, clean atmosphere...... I love it!

This is by far the BEST automobile servicing center. They keep their appointment times and the customer service is phenomenal. Bryant is a really nice and professional guy. Hes very transparent which we greatly appreciate. This is our forever automobile maintenance shop.

When i first called to see if i can bring my car earlier than my appointment time . Bryan answer the phone with so much energy. When i actually met him in person he made my just by the tone of his voice and his warm welcome. He educated me so much on my car and everything that’s going on with it. They are very clear about what needs done, and are happy to explain the details of it to make sure you understand. They give accurate estimates, work quickly, and do it well. Ive been there several times, and always had a good experience!

I love Monro. Ive been going about 4 years now. I trust them with my cars. They are the cheapest in town for a regular oil change and they give your car an inspection free with the oil change. The information is kept in their system but they provide you with a printout as well. They guys are friendly and professional. Appointments are great but there have been times when I didnt have one and still didnt have to wait all day to get services.

Superb customer service! Richard was super friendly and helpful. I was on the way back from Charleston and heard some weird noise in my car, so I decided to stop here and have someone check it. Everyone was great and helped me quickly and responsibly.

I went in today to get a air leak in my tire fixed. They took the car back before my appointment and were super fast! Bryan is just the best!

My car broke down in the middle of no where. Luckily I had cell service to call a tow truck. The tow truck brought me here and I was beyond happy with my experience. The crew there knew cars very well. They were able to comfort and inform me on what was wrong with my car. They fixed me up and I was on my way home. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.This company doesnt care about the community or people in it. My family (6 yr old, husband, wife and dog) got stranded in front of this location we spent 2 nights sleeping in a uhaul and a broken down car. All that is wrong was the starter. We asked for help after spending a day getting the starter most of the way out and it would have taken maybe 1 hr to fix. The manager said it wasnt worth his time and said it would be $300 just for labor.

I have been coming here for years and have always had good service and prices are competitive and fair. The guys there always have the knowledge to answer questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I went in yesterday to get the bulbs replaced in my cars headlights. I was seen as soon as I walked in and the headlights were replaced in record time. They provided great service and were pleasant and accommodating. The disposition of Mr. Richard and his staff was impeccable.

These guys only put half the amount of oil in my truck never told me about the leak but want me to pay 1000 for some tires. I didnt want tires just an oil change i get your a tire shop but if you not going to do the oil change right dont do oil changes and just sell tires
