This was my first time here. They did not have my appointment in. So I drove 60 miles just to be turn away.The manager came out and apologized for the inconvenience. He took my car and provided the service.Not sure why the desk clerk was not as acomandating as the manager thus the three stars.The service only took 15 minutes. I suppose that your experience may be better. So try them you may find a great experience.

Their customer service is horrible. I had a 10:30 am appointment and was told it would be a 2 hr job after they figured out the problem. I dropped the car off thinking Ill come back in 2 hrs. I called back in 3 1/2 hrs still not done. Called back at 4pm and still not done. Now they telling me 6pm. I was livid. I had to be at work at 5pm. Finally after fussing at the people miraculously the car is fixed in 5 mins. Now its 4:30pm and Im an hr away from work. I took the early appointment thinking itll be ready in way enough time to get to work on time. They have no consideration for your time. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

As always sales staff is professional and not pushy. They try hard to find the best match for meet the cudtomets needs.

If anyone read my prior post about Superior Kia, here is an update. They tried contacting me a few times. When I had spoken to customer service on the phone they were very nice. I was able to get my oil change today 1/4/20.Again in person they were very nice. Thank you.Here we go again, feeling ignored.I received a few notices for a recall, I thought I would wait till I bring my suv in for oil change. I called, they gave me a date was about 2 weeks later. They did oil change and rotate tires, went well. They said they have to order the part for the recall. I went on line to see what the recall was for, its because of a possible engine fire. That makes me worry. Its a month since the oil change. Ive sent them 2 messages, no response from them. Because of a recall why they dont have parts in stock? How long does it take to get parts? I saw on site, it said not to park in a garage.

Scam artists is what youll get whenever you walk into their doors!!! I received a letter saying if I came to the dealership to possibly trade my car in I would receive a gift card valued at minimum of $300 a flat screen tv or $2500 cash. Well after sitting around being ignored by my salesman I was passed to a different sales man delaying the process even further. After hours I was given a $5 gift card.

It may take awhile to get your car back but the technician was dedicated in his work and explained everything he did. I think he saved me money on unnecessary expenses.

Went here due to an issue with my mirror. Fixed in 5 minutes, so I decided to go ahead and have oil change. Fast service and friendly, knowledgeable employees. Ill be bringing my kia here for service from now on.

Every time I call for a service I have to wait 2 weeks before they can get to my car. Like who waits two weeks to get something repaired on their car. Im not happy about this at all. What good is having a warranty

Had an oil change and for some odd reason, the oil dries out.

October Surpise: The radiator is leaking, so now we have to replace this.Update: Weve had to do more work on this car. Had to replace idle tensioner and belt and now the bearings in the water pump are going out, so we have to replace this, next.They sold my brother a lemon. He hasnt had the car a month and he has already had to take it back because the door latches didnt work, which they made him pay half the repair costx and, now, weve got to waste this Saturday replacing the rear hub assemblies.

Recently purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition from Superior Kia. The sales staff was great to deal with on this purchase. I had Miss Sue as my sales consultant and she made this a very pleasant experience. Sue was great in that she did not pressure me into buying like I was used to from other lots. I am not sure how they work there ...But i had to have my 2015 Kia Sorento worked on due to the fact that another Car dealership Stokes Kia Goosecreek SC messed it up. Not happy with them there. 😞😞would not recommend them to anyone...How ever Superior Kia in Orangeburg SC Service Mr. TomI owe my gratitude of thank you. For getting us back on track. Great selection of cars

Bought a used car from this place. I have had it 7 months. It is currently sitting on the side of the road because the battery and alternator have died. Already have to replace the window motor. Door lock. Had to buy 4 new tires. A fuel filter. The mount thing that the rotor goes on has a ball bearing going out. It has a major oil leak that wasnt disclosed when I bought it. The two things they said they would fix before I paid in full for it have already broken again. It needs a new pcv valve and boots on the vacuum lines. When I bought it i literally had to go down the street and buy bulbs to put in the tail lights. That should have been a clue. Especially when the salesman said I just drove this thing and those lights worked fine. the bright light switch they claimed they fixed came out that very night when I flipped my bright lights on. It took me a week to get my lights back to low beams. If this were the last car dealership in S.C., I would rather tame a wild horse and use it as my means of transportation than buy as much as a lug nut from this place. Seriously! A Jerusalem donkey before this place. You will get absolutely the best junk your money can buy. And then you will be stranded on the side of the road. Just like me

I would recommend a visit from other out of town areas go by and pay them a visit after hearing all the hype on TV from nearby towns and cities. Its a more professional experience at Superior.

“The customer service received during my purchase was very unsatisfactory. During the initial process, the salesman did not appear knowledgeable or well versed on the features of the vehicle. I felt as if my time was not valued as there was no real sense of urgency or efficiency. I was sent home with a “make-shift” key that was taped together; apparently it was considered satisfactory for me to proceed with this make-shift to operate the vehicle. Post review, I still have not received the correct key for the vehicle. Tires were also negotiated during the deal and those were retracted as well. I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience and will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this dealer until the issues I have experienced are rectified.

The sales rep Daniel is lacking communication skills. I was told they needed more time and would get a call back the next day. Well after no phone call by late afternoon the following day i called and was told by Daniel he didnt have time to work on my case due to a Kia inspection and would be called back again later. Needless to say after several more hours no phone call and I once again called back just to be told by another rep that Daniel said he cant do anything unless my circumstances changed. The frustrating part was that Daniel knew all the exact circumstances that day I saw him and promised to call either way. Definitely wouldnt recommend them.
