Great customer service and support, and the manager, or salesperson did the upmost of finding, and giving me the best package deal.

I had a great experience getting 2 tires and a sensor replaced. The appointment was quick, and the staff were extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. I will definitely come back for any of my cars needs.

Called them at 6:19pm spoke with a worker he said I had 10mins to get there to get my tire plugged I immediately left home, I made it there at 6:28 and they said they just turn the machine off! One of the workers also said “it’s 6:28, it’ll take at least 20mins to plug it come back at 8am in morning” They had no intention on plugging my tire I should’ve been told that on the phone instead of my time being there wasted I could have tried another tire shop before they closed!! I wish I could give no stars at all! They’re both were inconsiderate at it’s best!

If I ever get a flat I will literally carry it to the next exit and will not use the shop due to the technician who was one rude & did not speak to me and 2 when I got back in my car my check engine light was on and he did not reset my tire pressure, like I said I’d rather carry my car to the next exit on my back until the whites of my joints show, terrible customer service from the heavy set white male tech.

Upon leaving work, I discovered a nail in my tire. The employees were close to closing for the evening, but they were compassionate and allowed me to bring in my SUV. They took care of the problem quickly, courteously, and professionally.

My mom lives about a hour away from me and had a problem with her car. She had a dead battery and needed 2 tires. I saw that they were close to her and had great reviews. Joe was very helpful and took care of her quickly and professionally. As I couldnt be there to help, I appreciate that he understood and handled everything for me. Shell be back in the future for her next oil change and any other issue if it arises. Glad to know there is someplace that I know will take care of her. Thanks again Joe for the help

On our way down to Florida, we got a flat tire. Luckily, Tire Choice was open on Sunday! I called, they said they could get us in right away. We arrived 30 minutes later. They patched up our tire right away! It was the smoothest process I’ve ever had with a car issue. The employees were all so nice and friendly. Thank you Tire choice!!

I didnt like the BRAND of the tire that was on my car

I got very lucky when a coil got stuck in my tire close to this Tread Quarters. I was in the first leg of a three-hour trip with tickets to a game that was not going to wait for a flat tire. Tread Quarters had my tire in stock and changed out in less than 30 minutes. We still had time to stop and eat breakfast! Unbelievably great service, on a national holiday no less. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

A nail somehow got in my tire, and I had to continue to put air in it in order to get off the interstate. Luckily, I was able to get to Tire Choice to get it fixed! There was little wait time, and they got my tire patched up in less than 20 minutes! I appreciate them working quickly and together. Everyone was very friendly and worked together to get things done!!!

I came to them knowing I had an issue and a light out. Left with a light out which they charged me $20 for and the same issue just $285 less in my pocket. Got bent over. They didnt do the job I asked them for and when I went back they didnt stand behind their work!

I went to Walmart for a tire and the customer service was questionable. I have never had any service at Tire Choice but took a chance because its across the street. Jerome is a great person to have front and center and Eric and Nathan were great also. Very pleasant experience.

I work long hours and really appreciate it when I call and they are able to squeeze me in. Keith and his staff even stayed late to do a little extra work my aging car needed. I never expect to be in and out in 20 minutes, (I work for a doctor, and its the same with us), especially at the end of the day, but the staff is always pleasant and the waiting room comfortable. I get caught up on emails or wander over to Lowes while Im waiting. Great location and quality service!

I had a very good automotive experience today at The Tire Choice in Orangeburg, thanks to Keith. I purchased a hard to find tire, at an excellent price and had it installed in less than hour. Having received prompt service meant that I could go home a little faster ....... after spending a long day at work. Also Keith was very knowledgeable about the tires he sells. He even explained how my Honda Accord has a Tire pressure monitoring system which was not attached to the tire stem. I will be back given this type of service, sincerely Anthony Baker.

I really like the Tread Quarters Discount Tire shop. The prices are fair. Waiting lobby is clean and large in space. All of the employees are really nice. Keith, the Service Manager provides wonderful consumer services and advocates for all consumers. I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Came in tonight at (past) closing time with tire light on and losing air, 10 hrs into a 12 hr drive home. Bryan was gracious enough to look at my tire and found a large screw. He spent his own time to repair my tire and get this mom and kids home safely! I am beyond grateful and highly recommend going to see him. His actions tonight speak volumes to the type of person and employee he is. Incredibly thankful we found him!

I was WAY OVER CHARGED for the service I received. I was told that they had to run a diagnostic test before they would be able to fix the problem. I wanted to find out what was happening with my AC.If the test told them the problem then I wouldnt be charge anything but the charge for fixing what the test showed. The test told nothing.Their AC guy looked at it and reconnected a wire and zip tied it to keep it from getting loose again.For this I was charged $82.00The longer I thought about it the angrier I got. I am 69, my husband is 75, our truck is a 1997 Ram Truck.This customer service is so lacking that I would never use them again

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. No one was trying to find problems with my car to make me overspend. I will definitely service my car here from now on instead of the Toyota dealership! I recommend everyone going here.

They display FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, they say their oil change is $19.99 but will actually charge you $50 . This company are also SCAMMERS ! They put one of their nails in my tire and tried to get me to buy a tire from them for $100. My tire came out of their hands inflated, my tires were completely fine before I came there. Don’t give them business, they are SCAMMERS!

I had an amazing experience here! I came in last minute with a couple repairs they were able to fix everything that needed to be fixed, and I even asked if Bryan who’s at the front desk to show me how to put on windshield wipers so I can do them myself next time. He even stayed later than everyone else to check my fuses for my break light! His customer service is amazing. While in the waiting room I saw him express great customer service to other customers. He is amazing! If you ever go talk to Bryan he will make sure everything is taken care of even on busy days!

I had a great experience at treadquarters today. Had an object in my tire. Service was fast and great. Keith and the staff did a wonderful job getting me back on the road.

Typical old school mechanic shop. Was quoted one price on the phone then A higher price on the invoice. I pointed this out and was not so politely told I was wrong. The work was already done and if I didn’t pay, I didn’t get my car.Then 6 months later 2 tires fail (I purchased the road hazard) and only 1/2 credit and the shop said it needed another alignment. (I never hit anything during that 6 months) and, oh yeah, if you don’t pay, you don’t get your car....Last time ever going to these shops. Go to discount tire, they have taken great care of me for the last 15 years. (I have no affiliation with discount tire)

I was very happy when I visited the store in Orangeburg SC Keith was very helpful and explained what was wrong with my car and what I needed to do to fix it. I have recommended 2 of my friends to go see Keith. He gave me a fair price and a discount.

They told me it would take an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I went in at 9am they didnt finish my oil change untill 4pm! It was only an oil change and they werent even that busy. Never going there ever again and im telling everyone i know to never go there either.
