I experienced friendly and courteous service during recent visit at Nissan of Orangeburg. Waiting area is immaculately kept as well surrounding abutments visible to the eye. Refreshments were available for waiting customers I was provided status of services being completed. My vehicle was washed-something I did not expect and I was thoroughly impressed with its appearance. Service staff provided detailed information on services completed at checkout. I am a stickler for good customer service and Nissan of Orangeburg nailed a perfect score.

I ordered some genuine Nissan accessories that needed to be installed on my vehicle. Norman and the service team was informative and thorough and made sure all the details were taken care of. They even cleaned my vehicle’s exterior after finishing the work! Awesome !!!

Unfortunately they sold us a vehicle that has a damaged stereo and never said anything about it. Honestly worst customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was traveling in my 2017 Titan. The check engine light came on and I was a long way from home. Found a local garage near Estill SC that was good enough to hook it up and diagnose. They did not have the right part, but I found this dealership as the closest to my location. They worked me in and my issue was a warranty issue. They didn’t have the coil pack I needed either, but gave me a loaner vehicle and repaired mine the following day. I was there quite a while for them to diagnose and give me the loaner. The sales people and the service folks were both very nice and I would use them if I lived closer for service and when I would be ready to replace my current truck. If you reside in the area and need service or if you’re thinking of buying a Nissan. I would talk with them.

Sales staff was able to work with my budget. However, after purchasing my vehicle, the quality of work dropped off significantly. The staff did not enter my address correctly on all of my paperwork (after I went back to the dealership in person, they corrected it), they could not give me a straight answer for questions regarding the supposed lifetime powertrain warranty (they dont have any information but wont tell you that directly), and they registered my vehicle in the wrong county, despite my attempts to correct them when I was there in person (and now I cant get in touch with anyone at the dealership to get it fixed). Unfortunately, because of this experience after purchasing my vehicle, I would not recommend this dealership. Save yourself from wasting your time and find a dealership with a better process for paperwork.

Went to purchase a blue 2013 Honda Accord EX today for $16,000. I already had my finance through my bank. First it was that I needed to finance through them because they just couldn’t hold the car. When we were about to leave, they changed it. They went from $16000 to almost $20000 in BS fees. 2500 prep fee bs then added $525 document fee which their own website says it’s already included. Trusted as they say on their website it bs. Don’t you dare trust them. I can only imagine how many people are getting swindled by these folks. All we go through as a people and y’all going to try to hurt people like that. This is outrageous. If you’re not paying the listed price plus tax and tag you’re getting swindled. Don’t buy from them.

Well you can’t get no answer in the service department so I schedule on line..They told me Nissan would be in touch..well guess what??Still have not received a phone call..Very poor dealership

I drove two hours to this particular dealership to buy a used car for my son. Both my sales person and my finance guy did a great job. Early on in the process, I also met store Manager Antonio Grant. My experience was not a good one! I wasnt satisfied at all. No returned phone calls or even an email or text to let me know if they could help me or not. I wasted my time driving there twice which is 50 minutes from where I live. I am still looking at purchasing another vehicle, just not through you guys. NO! I would NOT recommend anyone to come here.

Purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima in June of 2019 from Nissan of Orangeburg with a little over 16,000 miles on it at the time of purchase. I have had the vehicle in the service department 6 times for the same problem beginning 2 weeks after purchase. I was told that my frustration is understood and they would work to fix the problem. I have been waiting over 3 weeks to here from someone. Everytime I have had any dealings with this dealership, I have had to contact them because no one ever calls back or reply to text messages. Very disappointed with this dealerships customer service and the way that I have been treated.

12-28-20 was not a good day for service. I had an appointment for just an oil change wait time was almost 3 solid hours. I understand that things happen however when you have those times the department head needs to acknowledge that and give the customer an option to reschedule, let them know how much of a delay it will be. Especially so during a time of Covid-19. Very inconsiderate of their patrons and dangerous as well. I personally was able to stand outside for quite a bit during my wait time. I also noted some staff with their masks below their noses. I hope it was only for a brief mask break as its a precarious time in which we live. What hurt most is they werent very apologetic..... without us there is no need for you!
