I switched my phone and service from Verizon and Android to T-mobile and iPhone and Julio and Jing at this store went ABOVE and BEYOND the expectations of good customer service. They were professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were so service-oriented that they made my whole experience and resulting impression of T-Mobile EXCELLENT!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Metro!!! Ive been a metro customer since 2015 and I finally need an upgrade.After visiting OR City store, i am told NOTHING will be done to retain my business. If i want an upgrade and stay with metro, i will need to pay OVER $100 for a 5G phone. First-time customers are treated better than old-time customers: they get free phones!metro, this is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RETENTION!!! I used to be an escalations supervisor with Boost so i know about customer retention... Well, AT&T is advertising that they treat long-term customers as good as new customers so......NOW i need to go to a NEW carrier to get NEW customer service that INCLUDES a NEW FREE phone... VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!GOOD BYE METRO!
Wonderful wonderful wonderful customer service. The gentleman that helped me was super nice and friendly. I went in expecting to spend way more time in there but ended up in and out even with other customers in the store. It was quick and the best part it was painless for my wallet. He even transferred my data over for me in minutes! Its no wonder he is manager there. Another gal was there and he did his ABSOLUTE best for her as well and even went to extent to find her what she wanted even if it wasnt at his location he still reached out and gave her options. Knows his stuff for sure. Made an impact for sure and will definitely go back
Went into this location for new phones for the wife and I. The employee Kyle was so helpful, switched all the info from one phone to another and made the whole transition smooth. He also put on our liquid screen protector for us. We will definitely use this location again.
5 stars for sure!I was very pleased with how fast he was able to get us in and taken care of. Ran into no issues getting all set up, he was very polite and made sure to answer all the questions I had without getting upset! Its hard to find good customer service these days but Kyle definitely showed us there is still good hearted people that actually care how their customers leave!Thanks Kyle for being awesome!
Went in for new phones today and couldnt be more pleased with how we left!Kyle was super sweet and very professional! Took his time to explain everything and answer each and everyone of our questions even though it was a bit busy when we showed up. I am glad that we chose that location and are happy to be new customers!Also thanks for sharing your Taco bell secret Kyle! You rock!
Kyle was very friendly and competent. I am 76 years old and he patiently explained everything to me while transferring my old phone to a different Metro phone.I would highly recommend this store. Before I found this location, I was dealing with another location and it is like night and day. I did stop by after the fact just to Thank Kyle.

I went in to add a line for my 75 year old mother. She cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons. Kyle essentially got in her face, raised his voice and told her she must go outside (like a dog). He was incredibly unprofessional, profoundly rude, and outright bullied my elderly mother. I will never step foot in this location again. Milwaukie location is way better.
Extremely poor service in the store the manager wouldnt process a refund when devices didnt work within Oregon citys city limits.Im filling a complaint will all business license agencies beings as it was under a 48 hour period.
He was very helpful even though the store was busy.
