The staff at the 1900 MCLOUGHLIN BOULEVARD store have always been the most helpful of any store I have been in. They are efficient, knowledgeable, ethical, and friendly. This time around was no exception.You may think it works to walk into any AT&T store but that is simply not the case! I have had extremely different experiences in different stores. My son, in fact, had a very negative experience just last week at the Wilsonville authorized AT&T dealer. My advice would be to steer very clear of that location in particular.This location, however, these people, are amazing!! If you are anywhere in the Portland area, make the drive! You won’t regret it.

On Monday, 3/1 Andrew helped my Mom and I set up our new Iphones. Andrew was very professional, helpful and friendly. The process went quickly and we appreciated his service and taking the time to transfer all our info over. I would recommend working with Andrew.

After 4 year used them!!! We DONE!!! The bill is ripe off our money, All promotion or deal is BIG LIES!!! and this store never help full except you want to pay off bill or phone!!! After that they CANT help you at all. Thanks god! NO MORE WITH THEM. Moved to T-mobile and the bill is LESS then 3 time plus we get more free line and free Netflix and deal we got is real not just lies like AT&T!!!!!

When we first got there, we thought it would take a while for us to get someone to help us because the place was really busy, but it only took maybe 5 minutes max.Our sales representative, Lorenzo, had a really good personality, and didn’t seem to be talking off a script. He likes his job, as well as making sure the customer has a good experience in the store.20/10, would recommend. I kinda want to upgrade my phone, so I have an excuse to come back.

Went to this AT&T store today and work with the gentleman named Andrew who helped me get a device for me and my daughter excellent customer service got got everything set up and out of there in 15 minutes I highly recommend the store to anybody that is looking for a phone and I definitely would be coming back again to deal with Andrew if I have any issues with my devices in which I I use for my business thank you Andrew

Yesterday my husband and I went into at&t and was promptly greeted by an agent. Her name was Jessica Ward. She was not only helpful but extremely professional and kind! We have been customers for over 14 years and yesterday we were about to cancel our service. Jessica helped us in every way she could and went above and beyond with customer service. This woman single handily kept us as customers. It’s representatives like her that keep us sticking with at&t! This woman needs a raise!!! AMAZING!!!!!

I came in today trying to purchase an ipad, Only one worker on floor and you could hear atleast three people in the back chatting and one employee left to get coffee while people are waiting 2 be helped. anyways i did a bit of research before going in and found that you can turn in your old ipad for down payment or payment towards your purchase. I came in and told the employee and he had no work mentality and shut me down and said we could not take the ipad sense it did not have cellular service only wifi then continues to not give me any options and continue service with another person. With no people helped i went 2 a different AT&T store and immediately helped me out and told me i could put my ipad down as a down payment and was confused when i told them what the previous employee had said. TAKE YOURE SERVICE 2 ANY OTHER STORE!

This is a good store and the reps are great. The manager should and will be fired. I’ve been with AT&T for 7 years about and he had the nerve to tell me I was not a valued customer. I almost punched him in his face right in the store. He is rude and if I see him out of the store I will. Of course he is the only one that can give the number out but won’t give me the regional managers phone number because he knows it will cost him his job. The assistant manager is great at this location. Overall I’m happy to go in there except when that guy is there.

We are just entering into retirement and went to the store to get 1st hand service so we would be set up correctly. The service was prompt and attentive to our needs. Ive had two excellent experiences at this store recently - both with Jessica. She is friendly, professional, and helpful.A couple of months ago, a friend and I visited to resolve an issue with removing a user from her plan. Due to various circumstances, this was a complex process, and shed been told over the phone and at other AT&T locations that what she needed wasnt possible. We went into the store ready to fight, beg, or do whatever was necessary to get this taken care of. Jessica listened to our issue and the extenuating circumstances and came up with an alternate solution. She coordinated communication with the person who was being removed from the plan and helped in every way possible. She really went above and beyond to help.I visited the store again today to replace a lost sim card and received quick, courteous, and friendly help from Jessica. The process was seamless.Its personal service and creative solutions like she provided that make me feel like a valued customer. Huge kudos and thanks to Jessica and the whole team at AT&T.

I came in with a broken screen, hoping to either repair or replace my phone, which barely worked. At the time I had a limited budget and had few options. After a 30+ minute wait, someone was finally able to assist me. This individual could care less about me and my problems. He was less than helpful. He wasnt willing or able to replace my phone and he was quick to tell me that they didnt offer repairs. He couldnt tell me any place that offers repairs either. I wasted an hour of my time and have nothing to show for it.

Service depends on who helps you. It will either be a person who wants to make a good sell, or another person who could care less of you even came in. Luckily, the person who helped me stepped in my original salesperson spot and helped me get the phone i was wanting. The original person seemed bothered by me even asking about the deals.

Incredibly slow service. If you show up expect to wait an hour for service. Their employees seem to do everything slow and dont mind making people wait. We just needsd a new SIM card and waited for over an hour.Jeremy the Manager didnt seem to take his job seriously. Was pretty casual about making his customers wait for him.

Frustrating experience from no one greeting us to put us in the cue when we first walked in to waiting 45 minutes to be helped, just to have them tell us we had to go to the Apple Store to get our issue resolved. We watched multiple people walk in and out of the back room and out the door but only two employees were helping customers. The saving grace was the friendliness of the employee who finally did help us.

After going to a few other AT&T stores and getting bad results my mother and I went to this one on the advice of a friend to go see about upgrading all three of our family phones. The floor was busy when we walked in but we where soon added to the waiting list and found a spot to sit. Within 10 minutes Adam came over to help us, he was extremely friendly and helpful. Quickly pulling up all of our information. Rather than trying to push us into buying a new phone or spending more money on ones that we already had he looked at our situation and gave us good options. We decided to wait until the new model of our iPhone comes out in about a month, as well as lowering the data plan we have to something more reasonable looking at our current data uses. We left happy and well as informed and intend to make Adam and this AT&T store our go-to place for phone support.

Went in to ask about an upgrade and the customer service representative didnt seem to want to help me. I asked about an older model phone and was told I have to search for those online myself. She did not even offer to show me anything that they currently carried in store or offer alternatives. If she doesnt care to make the company money or care to help customers, she should find another job. Horrible service from this individual. I will not visit this store again.

I went in to get some information on the new plan my mother switched to (my mother and I are on the same plan). Since I am not a beneficiary on the plan I had to call my mom and have her add me (which wasnt a big deal and totally understandable). The whole time the lady stood there with a rude look on her face and finally said,It will take about 15 minutes until it goes through and we close in 30, I knew this was a lie as it goes through instantaneously but decided to leave because most at&t employees work off of commission and she definitely didnt deserve to be paid for the service she gave me. I told her,Well Ill be sure when I decide to come back that Ill go to a different store, Unfortunately enough this is the closest store to my home, but Id rather make the further drive to Clackamas then be treated like my service doesnt matter.

I went in to this location many times before now with my mom as she has an account with AT&T. When I went to go open a new account on my own the manager was incredibly rude, he insisted that I couldnt make any purchases in store and insinuated I was committing fraud. What a joke, he had no people skills and was obviously not wanting to make any sales that night. Will not be recommending this location or the manager that works there.

The worst company and store. They can never help you with anything. I purchased my phone and screen protectors on them. And they told me just walk in a d we will change it. But they won’t because I didn’t register it. But the screen protector doesn’t need to be registered per the website. And hey shrug their shoulder and say screw you because we robbed you of your money and won’t help even though we promise lifetime free replacement.

Terrible Service, I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone I care about - Not only did they convince me out of getting the phone I wanted, they sold me a phone they didnt even shelf and wont even keep stock in the store - The phone barely works, has terrible battery life, and wont even display a screen after making a call therefor making me unable to ever hang up the phone...To make it even worse they gave me a phone with a 50 dollar re- shelving fee so they can resell a phone they dont even have displayed.. When you sell a customer a phone that doesnt work and expect them to pay 50 dollars just to return it is ridiculous

You known how you lose customers? You have uninformed staff making promises that your company is unable to keep. I went in to see about upgrading my phone from a 4S to a 6. The place had people in it but wasnt packed but I still had to wait 10 minutes before anyone saw me. A big thing for me in deciding on whether to upgrade the phone then and there or just wait was the availability of the phone. I repeatedly asked the sales person if it would be available the 19th of September or whether I would have to wait. I wanted to take advantage of the trade in but didnt want to be left without a phone. He repeatedly assured me that my phone would arrive the 19th, so I make the upgrade. Needless to say I was a bit surprised when I get home and receive a email stating that my phone would be arriving the 13th of October. Now if I was just told that date ahead of time I would have been just fine but would have reconsidered making the purchase then and there. I dont know if the sales rep was just misinformed or outright lying but the arrival date of any product should be something that a company and its sales reps should know before assuring customers who plan their purchases around when a product may arrive. When I went back to complain and see what could be done their system had crashed and were fumbling to answer basic questions. I dont appreciate being sold expensive products by uninformed incompetents so I will not be continuing my business with At&t.

Got a new phone a couple months ago and when purchasing it I was sold a screen protector and told if I register it and if I broke it bring it in and theyd replace it under warranty. Well went in just to find out they had lied about them replacing the protector under warranty. I wouldnt have purchased that protector if Id known they were lying to me

Awful customer service and extremely long wait times. Ordered a phone online at AT&T for an in store pickup. It took this store over an hour just to talk to me, it wasnt busy. This store is one of the worst retail stores I have bee to in recent years. Itll save you time and stress to find another AT&T store, even if its a 30 mile drive. This store gives AT&T a bad name. Absolutely awful!

If I could give them no stars I would. My girlfriend went in this store around 10:15 am an met with Kyle. He tried to send her to Vancouver for the phone she wanted because he said they didnt have one in stock. Which was a lie, because they had one in thier inventory they just hadnt bothered to check it in yet. She had dropped her phone the night before and broke it. We had insurance and an upgrade on our account. However we own a business in Oregon City where we do advertising all over the United States, so we couldnt leave the office for that long. Because we as owners of our business prefer to be there for our employees. So when she got back to the office she called Kyle at the store and asked when their inventory came in. Thats when he told her it was there, they were just shorthanded and couldnt check the inventory in. She asked if he knew about what time they would get to it and he said probably not tonight. She then had one of our employees call an speak to a manager whose name was Ryan. He told her he would call as soon as the inventory was checked in if they had a samsung s7 edge, an he would hold it till closing tonight. This was about 3:15 pm. My girlfriend then called back about 6:40pm an some girl who was very rude answered the phone. My girlfriend asked if the inventory had been checked in, my girl got excited an then cried, because this girl said they had gotten one in an already sold it. She said that Kyle told her there were ones in Vancouver and again my girl explained thats a road trip away from Oregon City and then the girl said we couldnt hold a phone for someone. Please AT&T Corporate Evaluate this lack of customer service store especially when I pay over 1300 dollars in phone bills in 2 months. No one should be treated with such disrespect especially when they are a valued customer.Thank you,Jamie Beagle &Denena Reamy

I had made an appointment for today so I didnt have a long wait. When I got there my name was on the board but was told the system had been down for hours. They mentioned it had been down the previous day also. If the system is down why do they let you make and appointment knowing they wont be able to help you.
