Morgan was an absolute rock star today, helping me get a new phone after I lost it today, and then HE FOUND MY PHONE in Chicago where I had lost it at the airport!!! He answered all my questions and was so patient and sweet, helping me set up my phone and advising me on my accessories. He is the epitome of excellent customer service, which unfortunately can be rare these days. As a nurse practitioner, I rely heavily on my phone and Morgan ensured that I left with a brand new one and am back in business. I couldn’t be happier with Morgan and my experience today. He is THE BEST!!!!

We were basically all getting new phones and picking plans (coming over from some other provider, rhymes with pay fees ran free). She was fielding all our questions with expertise while getting things set up and making great recommendations - all with a ton of patience and kindness. Id give her more stars if I could. Solid 5 stars, would highly recommend!
When we first came in to switch to Verizon and get new phones, Olivia was amazing and patient with the whole family! When I came back to do my moms phone Janelle was very helpful, then when my phone arrived Morgan was also great (switching from apple to android proved to be a challenge) and I came back to a busy store the next day but they were again patient and helpful. Definitely great customer service here! Thanks guys!
Stole my phone. I only upgraded to a Pixel 5, because I was told I could trade in my Pixel 3 for device credit. Here it is a year later and I still havent received device credit. If the device wasnt up to standard or anything it should have been mailed back and I would have probably sold it for more than I traded it in for. At the bare minimum some sort of notice should have been provided. I might as well have been pickpocketed in downtown Portland. This is absolutely unacceptable. Shop somewhere else.

Stopped in today to look at getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max for me and my wife and Olivia was there and she was the only rep in the store and was an absolute rock star she not only helped us out she was helping customers as they walked in as well one other customer who had a issue of a broken phone and trying to back it up!!! She was a true ROCK STAR not only did we get amazing up grade on the phones she was able to get us a killer deal on new Watch 7 watch !!! What an absolute rock star you are!!!!

Mason took very good care of us. We were there to get the new iPhone 13. He alerted us to get a discount on iPads. My spouse had an old one and I didn’t have one. We were given a great discount as well as trading our iPhones for the new one. He explained everything very well.Helped set up my new iPad as well as my iPhone. Went over setting up for face recognition, downloading my Verizon Cloud to my iPad. Let us erase our old phones ourselves. Which is a great idea as it assures people that their personal information was erased. Mason put the screen covers on our phones, explained about registering the screen covers in case of damage. Mason was calm, friendly, didn’t hurry through information, took time to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new equipment. We never felt hurried/rushed. I never felt that answering my questions was bothersome or treated like I wasn’t very smart because I needed the help and explanations. Mason was very informative! He has vast knowledge regarding the products he sells. He would make an excellent manager! But keep him in Oregon City! We don’t want to lose this great guy!
Morgan (our family now calls him the Wizard because he is so amazing) was incredibly helpful! He was able to help get my son’s phone traded in through Verizon and got a better trade in value than what we originally thought it would be. My son’s phone was basically broken and the screen worked very intermittently, but Morgan was able to use his Wizard magic to get the info he needed off of it and turn off the “find my iPhone” feature so it could be traded in. He even did an account analysis and found us ways to save money on our monthly bill. I will definitely return to this authorized dealer in the future instead of going back to a corporate store.
Justin was amazing. We went in to get new phones this last Saturday 2/20/21 and he was the only person on duty due to unknown circumstances. There were a couple who he got to help before us, and about 8-10 people that came in after he start helping us. He was kind and helpful while trying to multi task and help multiple people besides us.(and able to do it pretty well). Thank you for the great service. If I could I would give him a 10 star rating. We have had good experiences every time we have came in. Keep up the good work :)

I have gone to this store on many occasions for technical help and receive good service, however I went in the store to buy a phone and they had no phones to show. I asked if they still sold phones here and they said yes but theyre all in boxes, I left, I found Verizon phones on display at Costco and was able to purchase one easily. If you are looking to buy a phone go to Costco.

Apparently this location has a history of providing the worst customer service on the planet I have been in sthis store on several occasions and each time I had to leave without any resolution How this store remains in business is beyond me. However, this store had their chance to make things right one last time. Each time I visit the seem to be disinterested in helping me and today was the straw that broke the camels back. While I was on the phone with customer care. It was suggested that I go to the nearest Verizon Store to change out my SIM card. I asked the rep if I could go to any one even though it was authorized retailer. She said yes. Up on arriving I informed the clerk that I was on line with customer care and needed a SIM card replacement. The clerk said no. Thought about it for a second and then said he was out of SIM cards. How can this be? This is a Verizon Sore for gods sake. Since their attitude is not helping people they should close permanently. I do not recommend this location.
We went into switch phone carriers the other night and was told by a curly haired guy that he wasn’t able to do it. When I politely asked why he said he had exceeded his “goal” for the day and continued to talk on his phone and ignored us. Very rude and I will not be recommending to friends.

I had the awful experience working with Zach. After ordering a new phone for curb side pick up, I checked in and waiting 15mins while I watched Zach play on his phone. I called and let him know I was waiting outside for a curb side pick up and he lied and said he was with a customer, when I could clearly see he wasn’t. He told me to wait 5mins and he would be out. 45mins later, 2 more phone calls and nothing. I guess he’s not into curb side picks. I ended up canceling the order and purchase from the west linn location. Much better experience!

They are the best ever.I had my phone stolen the other day.I went in to get a new phone and Ryan was SO amazing helping me get a new phone and getting everything transferred over and making sure I was all set up! He was super prompt and handled it all.It’s already very stressful when something happens to your phone, so it just took a little more off my plate having the best help.I use my phone for my personal work, so as a fellow local business owner, I appreciate having the best customer service possible. Jacob rocks! This is the only Verizon store I go to now! Consistently happy with the services they provide.Yesterday I went in to decide whether to upgrade my phone or add a line for a tablet. Jacob was the one helping me and he was phenomenal! He answered all my questions, double checked that everything was accurate, made sure I was getting the most affordable plan, everything. I didnt feel like I was just being upsold and ripped off like other places Ive been to. Jacob helped make sure I was getting what I came in for and that I left with what I wanted, not anything extra I had to be strong-armed into which I very much appreciate. Love my new phone too!
I arrived 5 minutes before they opened with one lady ahead of me. So my wait time was 30 minutes as she purchased a new phone. I also needed a new phone and was out of there 30 minutes later. The young gal was by herself and rocked.

He helped me understand things that are sometimes over my head in this tech world. Hes patient, funny and efficient. He is easy to work with and took time to make sure I understood things. I went in to the OC store on 2/7/2020 to find out if I was eligible for an upgrade and if I was to possibly purchase a new phone. The store was extremely clean and very different from the last time I went in (about 2yrs ago). The updates to the inside, in my opinion was a very nice change and inviting to customers. I was helped my Morgan, who I believe went above and beyond to get me into a new phone. I intended on going with a later model of iPhone but he pointed out that the monthly payments were nearly the same and the phone he suggested was only a year old. After deciding to go with the newer phone, he made sure I was completely set up before leaving the store. He was very knowledgeable about the phones as well as loading all my information from my old phone to my new one. He was nice and I appreciate a sales person that can joke around with customers and vise versa. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone or just questions in general about phones or service to ask for Morgan!

I went in today for help with my map app on my samsung that was a couple years old and Jacob helped me get a new Note 10 and transferred everything from my old phone. He was the most genuine person Ive ever worked with at Verizon. If you need a new phone, go to this store and ask for him. You wont be disappointed.

Earlier today, my parents (80-somethings) were lucky enough to be helped by Molly -- to purchase their first smartphone / plan. Molly listened thoroughly to their needs, offered a couple options, set up their phone (including large text and icons for their convenience), and patiently answered their questions. What a delightful experience.

I’ve bought a few phones from these guys and they are typically quick and friendly and this time was no different. The only reason not 5 stars is I hate the fact not only do I get charged the $30 activation fee which is common I know but these guys charge additional $20 to set it up at the store. The thing that every other place does for free and is usually part of activation. I feel like I’m getting double charged.Otherwise great customer service.

I went in to get my new phone activated. The person “helping” us was abrupt and rude. Asked if I bought my phone at Verizon, I said “no, I bought it through Best Buy”. He responded “There’s going to be a $29.99 charge to move my contacts, pictures, etc.” I didn’t go in to have anything moved, I needed the phone activated. Clearly listening isn’t a strong point. He swapped out my SIM card and sent us on our way. Thinking I just needed to restart my new phone, we walked out disgusted and dissatisfied. Low and behold, swapping the SIM card was not the answer and my new phone is still not activated. Please, save yourself time and DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Sounds like a serious overhaul of employees is needed. I’m sure there are some good ones, our experience left us doubtful.
Girl who worked there wont speak to you unless your face mask is on precisely the way she wants, ie the rude mask police. So I cancelled my service, and also because they abruptly stopped serving the outlying areas like Mulino without notice.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I do not recommend the store to anyone! I walked into the store and was not greeted by the 2 employees that were working. They were too busy with their heads down in their iPads. Finally I walked up to one and she was so incredibly rude and wouldn’t help me with anything! She wanted to charge me $29 before helping me... I will never go back to this store again!
Reviewed this location last month but obviously it was removed. I was being helped by a very helpful young lady, when her Male assistant told me to remove my Make America Great cap for no reason other than to harass me. This conduct has no place in a civilized society let alone in a place of business. These children employees should be kept in the warehouse. I have been a Verizon user for over 10 years.
Molly and Ryan were absolutely both TERRIFIC and explained everything!!! I will recommend them to everyone that I know who needs a new phone. I give them 6 stars, not 5. They are excellent employees, and should be recognized for all of their hard work and efforts.

I went into this store, one agent inside helping another couple. I was not greeted at all, waited about 15 minutes when another customer walked in and was greeted promptly. I left immediately. Don’t go here, visit the Milwaukee branch instead. TCC Verizon is the worrrrrrrst!
My old IPhone 5s went out so I needed a new phone, I went into this store because it’s the closest to my house. Ryan helped me out right when i walked in the door. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. He never pushed me to buy anything that I didn’t need (for example I didn’t know if I wanted an IPhone 8 or IPhone X, and he talked me out of the X and suggested I get the 8 based on what I need it for). I’ve gone to other Verizon stores and never left feeling so good. I’ve had to deal with DMV and USPS on an ongoing issue for the last 6 months, so this experience was a breath of fresh air.On the other hand, they only had the black IPhone 8... which is what I wanted, but I think they could benefit from more in-stock options.Thank you Ryan for great customer service!!
Ive read all the reviews and sometimes you have to experience it yourself to judge for yourself. Ive been going there from the beginning and those guys there are absolutely awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable about everything they sell and very friendly. Got a concern or question, theyll answer it, if they dont know, theyre on the phone with the higher ups to find out the answer. Got another issue? Theyll do whatever it takes to fix it. Got questions about your device, they got that covered. As a business owner, I love that they give great customer service. I truly appreciate that and coming from a sales background, the guys there are top notch. Ryan and the crew couldnt be better. Will continue to give them my business.
Sadly we went to a different Verizon store to get my husbands new Samsung S8 phone. No assistance was given as to tips on using this phone and only a few contacts had been transferred to the new phone. We should have gone to the Oregon City store in the first place, even though further away theyve always been very helpful in the past. Alex at the Oregon City store transferred the contacts and answered all our questions and showed us different ways to do things. He is an excellent employee and very knowledgeable and very nice. Im sorry we didnt go there in the first place, but will be back to see Alex when I change phones. Thanks so much.Sandy
So, I was helped by a man named Ryan when I went into the Oregon City location near Fred Meyer. I was there just to pay a bill but ended up with a new tablet and a resolution to a long lasting issue that I had. He was polite hand patient with me. Even though they did not carry the replacement for the charger I needed I still am happy with my experience.
