I am done working with T-Mobile after my experience tonight. I went in because my phone is having problems with roaming, probably a simple fix in settings, but something I havent been able to figure out. First off, the sign on their door says they are following the mask ORDINANCE (which it is not). I cant wear a mask, so OK, I ask if they would be willing to take a look at my phone outside. They werent willing to even look at it. This was discrimination, clear and simple.

The customer service here has been great the few times I’ve been in, however, the cell service IN THE MIDDLE of Oregon City is marginal. We need another tower in Oregon City! Average score: 3 stars

Update:. Another reason to leave T-Mobile. I received a response to my review and was encouraged communicate via email. How convenient that the email address is bogus. It will bounce back. :(Terrible had a problem with a device. Customer service sent me to this store for a replacement when the manager got involved things went south. I indicated I needed the device that day. They said the didnt have the equipment. I had to ask them to check inventory at other stores much to his resistance he did. When he called them they confirmed that they had the device but was not available for warranty replacement. But did suggest I could buy one if I needed right then. Then suddenly while I was giving my rebuttal to his suggestion the manager abruptly walked away accusing me of not allowing him to speak. I told him I wasnt finished talking. This man was rude and should be in a customer service setting at all. So much for TMobils team of experts. I do not recommend going to this store.

The store was super busy! They definitely need more staff and computers to handle the number of people. But I had a very good experience with Benjamin who helped me with my issue where T-mobile had canceled the wrong line on my account. He was pleasant and very helpful and was able to help me as quickly as possible.

Galo and Kyle went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND what they had to do. I was AMAZED & FLOORED by the level of EXPERT & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I received from both of these two gentlemen! Whatever theyre paying these guys, its not enough! I have been around the world & been treated to 5 star service, and believe me when I tell you, these 2 are WORLD-CLASS 5-STAR PROFESSIONALS! If you want THE BEST FROM THE BEST, do yourself & your family a favor and put your phone/device trust in their hands! You wont be disappointed. Guaranteed! Thanks again, fellas, for doing what others couldnt (wouldnt?). Youre the BEST of the BEST!

I have been in there a handful of times to buy phones get network help and that sort of stuff and, every time the employees there are so helpful! Never have walked away dissatisfied!

I too want to leave a VERY POSITIVE review, not only for T-Mobile, but someone who works there, named JULIO, at the Oregon City location. Now, Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 6 years, as it is the best phone plan for me. BUT, the people make the company. Ive worked with Julio, several times and he has always welcomed my questions with a smile and has always helped me, even with the simplest things. Management should take notice and thank folks like JULIO. I know I do! Bob

Andres, the manager, was extremely helpful. He did everything in his power to get our issue resolved. Which included being on the phone and explaining himself again and again for two hours with customer care would highly reccomend this store.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for the past decade and I love the company and service, but this location needs to work on there customer relations. From the moment I walked into the store 1 hour before they were closing the look on there face was as if I been there for hours, they were already annoyed that I was there and seemed like they truly did not care and wanted to get off work. They gave me wrong information and made me wait a week for my new phone. After coming back the following week I called customer service from tmobile and my phone insurance company both stating I was ready for my upgrade and to pick out my new phone and turn my old phone in, inside the store. Only to be treated by the same people from the first week annoyed as hell not wanting to do anything and giving me the boot once again. I will never go back to that location, terrible. Not one smile.

Absolutely fantastic

Every time I go into the OC T-Mobile I get excellent service. Whenever I go to a different location, I always wish I would have gone to the OC store! The staff go out of their way to solve my problem and make sure Im satisfied. I know I can be kind of a difficult customer sometimes but they are always friendly!

The people who work here are all helpful and considerate of a persons personal needs. Thanks Beavercreek T Mobile employees.

It seems people get stressed out when you have a lot of questions and dont get it.i really think one or two of there employees could use some customer service skills training.i probly would have got my phone there today instead of going over to Sprint..
