Alec and Brenden were absolutely AMAZING. It was Alecs 1st day on his own and he had fantastic customer service. He was extremely polite and professional. Brenden was there eager to help Alec when alec had questions. They took their time to explain things to me and made sure I had the best deal. They were the dynamic duo!! Brittany the store representative was very helpful at the AT&T store in Orland Park.! She got us a good deal on the monthly service and gave a good trade in on my old phone! I bought an iPhone 12. Brittany did an excellent job of transferring all my contacts and apps! She was very pleasant and made it a great experience!

Worst customer service I ever had, sales representative are not knowledgeable enough, missed up my phone order twice, promised me to get my service the next day and when I went the next day the sales representative was off and no was was able to resolve my issues. Orland Park AT&T store has very good customer service. Jose is the best employee there. Our family has found that dealing with Jose is much better than dealing with the manager. The manager is more about getting them numbers type of attitude, while Jose has more of a customer-centered approach. He gets exactly what the customer wants with no sneak deals (phone insurance, AT&T Next).Again, only downside is that Jose is not the manager of this store.

I went in to upgrade my phone yesterday. The guy I was working with stated the wireless plan included AT&T TV. I told him 3 times that I didnt need AT&T TV because my roommate paid for our internet and streaming services at home. He made it sound like it was included in the package at no extra cost. That even if I dont use it, hey its there! Well thank goodness I checked my account today because it just sounded too good to be true. And sure enough, May 20th I was going to be charged $69.99 for AT&T TV. I cant believe this guy had the balls to add a completely new service onto my account under the guise of it being included in my wireless plan, especially after I told him three times I didnt need it! Yeah, its included for a 2 week trial period, then youre gonna get charged $69.99 a month. So shady and unethical. BEWARE.

The Mexican female manager and the Black male with the terrible haircut both racially profiled my cousin for over an hour because they did not believe she was who she was. The entire staff is terrible. I’d not suggest any Black person visit this location if they do not wish to be harassed and irritated for 90 minutes because the managers think people have time to make up false identities for a discount. Not worth the time or energy to be racially profiled especially during these times. This experience is why T-Mobile may be getting a new customer because I refuse to pay anyone to treat me or my family like we are thieves.

I came to Att store having questions about my uVerse. I spoke with Jose Lopez last Sunday. I was concerned about my bill being so high. He gave me some options then he introduced Att Tv to me . I told him that I was going to come back during the week. He gave me his business card and told me when he would be available. I was excited that I came back the following Saturday to purchase it. Jose Lopez was extremely helpful . He helped set up the service and the boxes. I am so happy with the services he provided. I give a huge shout out to Jamie in the Orland Park AT&T on LaGrange in Orland Park Illinois. I called AT&T to be a new customer the online service was deceiving and horrible. I went to the store pretty upset but then I sat down with Jamie. She works so hard! She sat with me I swear for about 2 hours and got everything worked out and explained everything and we got our phones and 2 watches. Since then I have gone into the store since the initial visit with questions and she was was there for me again to help me. She is a great asset to AT&T.

This was by far my best experience ever at or dealing with a At&t associate or store . Jose was very knowledgeable about all the services I needed . Even Going as far as reducing my bill. Wont be going back. First of all the representative was HORRIBLE. Like talking to a wall. She could not even do simple math...She kept telling me I owed way more than I did.. Her name her is Kianna (spelling?). Finally, I was able to deal with the manager Sandy who thankfully can do simple math thank God so I paid the correct amount. However, when I had a question on the operation on the phone she said they dont help you with that. Also, they dont tell you to after you pay they charge a $55 restocking fee if you exchange the phone. Just a heads up. Go to another corporate store or deal with AT&T directly. This store does not know the meaning of customer service.

My favorite AT&T store. Since they moved from their location close to the mall to their current location at the corner of Lagrange and 159th, the employees are much nicer.Att clearly cleaned house when they moved because the previously grumpy and rude employees from the old location arent present at the new one.The store is well laid out and you dont wait long to be helped. However they dont seem to get newly released phones quickly.

11/12/19 visit @ 7 pm - I added someone (Hannah) to my line who visited the store. I ordered online initially for the $700 trade in and $300 visa gift card. The delivery got delayed for port problems as she was transferring her number. I reached out to a rep on 11/12/19 they advised that she could pick up her phone in store. She goes to the store to pick it up and was greeted with AWFUL customer service. Man behind counter was completely useless and unfriendly. Then encountered a manager who stated that she could not get the phone since the order was placed online. Okay that’s fine, with her being in the store she asked if there was a way to pick up the phone that day. They said yes they would have to cancel the order and then re-do the order in store. They proceeded to cancel the order then AFTER it’s canceled she says they aren’t able to offer the online deal of the $700 trade in + $300 visa. Why wouldn’t they say that before cancelling? Then they provide her a phone number to cancel her port to proceed with the new online order. Rep who is a manager gives the wrong number and is literally a number for spam. Completely awful in store experience and would not recommend to anyone. The reps are completely useless and have minimal knowledge regarding AT&T and their products/offers apparently. Avoid this store at all cost if you can they’re awful and rude.

I have been a customer of AT&T and their predecessors for about 30 years. This is a corporate store and I find the employees to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Cody to help me resolve a sensitive issue with my account. He was very understanding, very professional, and we arrived at a very good outcome.

Sim card was corrupted and was replaced for no charge.

Jose Lopez was very helpful and informative.Although he explained that he’s new, his knowledge of services and devices were on point. He worked with my family to purchase a new device and explain the First Net opportunity for first responders.The staff and managers were also friendly!

At&T is no longer the business it used to be. They just dont care for their customers. I left then after 20 years of faithfulness. Verizon is happy and they are treating me as I once WAS treated by AT&T.

I have been with AT&T for a while now and I have went to the Orland park location. There was an associate by the name of Zaid he was very polite and understanding. He definitely helped me through a great experience of customer satisfaction and put forth his best efforts to help me. I left the store satisfied and hope to work with him again great associate.

You want great service? Go in and personally ask for Antoine or Victoria. I walked in a was greeted by Victoria, she listened carefully to all of my issues, and was super nice about everything. She grabbed her Manager Antoine for assistance who was super professional and nice, and they worked together efficiently and in a timely matter to address all my issues, and most importantly fix them. This was way better then my first Experience. Just when i was about to drop my service with AT&T those two alone have changed my opinion about AT&T and i will be staying. Most importantly I will be going back to work with them if i need anything else ! Great Job Guys!
