After 2 weeks of going from car dealership to car dealership we finally found CarMax. Found our car and the most pleasant experience. Thanks to the great service we received from Carl Chaperon. No high pressure. We were shown exactly what we were looking for in a car. We have already recommended to friends and family. If and when we are ever looking again we wont need two weeks, we now know exactly where to go for a car. Who knew buying a car could be a non stressful experience? Not us. Truly awful experience! I will not recommend Carmax. I would have gone elsewhere but you offered the most to buy my vehicle. Process was fine until I attempted to redeem your offer with the business office. I went there 4 different days just to find the business office had closed the line by 6pm. Finally on the 4 day I complained and the manager was nice enough to make an exception, but then they left me sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours until I inquired what was going to happen in 15 minutes when they closed. Supposedly they called me AND left a message 5 minutes after I signed in to say they needed my keys. Well, that wasnt true. I literally sat there for 3 hours waiting for nothing. Thankfully I asked right before closing and they rushed everything through. HORRIBLE! The kid that processed my check was extremely friendly and helpful but what a waste of my time!
Made an appointment for 5 pm online and called to verify what I needed to sell my car and they said my appointment wasnt in the system. Made another appointment for 6:30 and when I got there they said I see your here to sell. You know were no going to buy your car tonight right? When we said we had an appointment they weve reached out quota and the business side has closed. We drove over an hour to come here just for them to basically tell us we wasted our time. The front desk guy was miserable to deal with constantly saying I cant help you I just work here rather than just escalating the problem to someone who could help. Finally a manager came over and said hed try to squeeze us in and started the appraisal process. Despite them saying the car was in better condition and had fewer miles than was on the online appraisal, we still got the same quote. In the end, we waited almost 2.5 hours but we were able to successfully sell the car for what we were quoted online.Terrible customer service!!!Side note, I wouldnt use their bathrooms even if it meant pissing myself in the middle of the lobby as that would still be more hygienic.
This essentially was the fastest and easiest dealership I’ve ever bought the car from. From test drive to financing it was very easy and stress free. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful.
So i didn’t buy a car here or a service but my car started running really hot and i panicked and headed here to see if they could check my coolant. Phil was happy to help me and even put some in for me. I genuinely appreciate him for being so quick to help and it meant a lot. I’d definitely would recommend this place for people just based of hospitality.Thank you.
Bought my last car from Carmax in Sanford and I have to say the experience was much much easier than Orlando. Had all my documents uploaded with the exception of the insurance binder before I went to the store. When I got there I found out that I had to start basically all over. The interest-rate they offered me was higher than the one that my lender had agreed to already. They kept telling me there were problems with my income which turned out not to even be true.They finally honored the original interest rate. They did not allow me to test drive the vehicle but told me I could step outside and take a quick look at it. I found that to be very very unusual. The whole thing took over five hours and while our sales person was very nice and even bought us lunch he was very frustrated by the disorganization and a long wait times for us to get this done. Step up your game Orlando. I would’ve bought this car in Sanford except that they said it was only available through Orlando. Be prepared to spend at least half a day there and to run into one complication after another. lol When I got the truck home I found there was no key to the tailgate. I called them and they told me to try the one for the ignition which of course was completely different. They said they would try to get me another one but I have never heard from them again, so I’m assuming that’s not happening and I’m on my own. You guys could do a much better job. Let your customers test drive the vehicle.
I was set up for a curbside pickup and signed all the paperwork on-line. When I arrived, they could not find the paperwork and the car was not ready. My curbside appointment took 1.5 hours.I even called the night prior to ensure they had everything they needed.The biggest challenge was that the Orlando business office does not pick up the phone. I call multiple times over several weeks to have the phone ring for 45 minutes before someone would eventually pick up.I understand the challenges of staffing - but if your not ready for me, please reschedule for when you are ready. It will save you time and will save me time.This is my 4th car from Carmax and by far the worst experience.

I had a specific car in mind. My experience at Carmax was better than the dealership. I received a much better deal on my trade and Carmax shipped my car from Chicago giving exactly what I wanted.
I walked in and was helped within 2 minutes. I sat down to wait for an appraiser. That took about 5 minutes. It took them about 25 minutes to appraise my car. So easy and simple. I love how effortless this process is!
Would still recommend the overall process and my related experience but knocking one Star off due to the following: Thirty days later when I was supposed to receive my registration -- which was paid for up-front as part of their documentation fee -- I still hadnt received my registration and when I called was told that it was being reviewed (huh?) and would be sent out the next day via FedEx overnight. 30 day temp tag has expired by now. Why did you wait 30 days and I had to call to follow up?? Also, car is listed on Florida DMV site as having a lien which it doesnt as I paid cash. So, couple of issues here that Im not pleased about, but overall would still recommend from a buyers perspective. I consider the above just par for the course of living in Florida where no one wants to do their job correctly.

I had a great car buying experience with CarMax. Applied online, made an appointment to test drive the car, signed my documents and was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Car was extremely cleaned and detailed. Matt at the Semoran location in Orlando Florida was awesome and answering my questions. If you want a great car with no pushy sales person and fast service, visit your local CarMax. I love my Chevy Volt!
Our experience started off a little rocky, until Huthukel Moreno saved the day and made our purchase possible! Ill be honest, we were waiting almost 2 hours for a representative to see us even though we had a reservation. After 2 hours we got tired of waiting and walked out the door. At which point I started writing my one star review... About 5 minutes later Huthukel called me and insisted he could help us right away and we agreed to return, thats when our experience greatly improved. And I deleted my review to give them another chance. Huthukel was amazingly attentive, patient and professional. He even helped us in the process of obtaining the best possible interest rate with an amazing lender! We are obsessed with our new Telsa and will only come back to see him for our next car! My advise is to call them and make an appointment with Huthukel so that youre not waiting on the next available person. Sometimes they get super busy so you may have to wait. Financing and closing the deal also went great with the staff. Glad we went back!

Dealing with this location has been a horrendous experience. Staff showed zero respect for my time. I did a test drive, and had an appointment scheduled for the next day to purchase. When I walked in, I checked in for my appointment and was told to wait for a manager to come over with the paperwork. Every 20 minutes, I checked in with a staff member to see when a manager would be with me. Everyone said they would be with me shortly. One hour later, and not a single manager came over. Never got a chance to speak with one before I walked out. Absolute waste of time.
This review is in regards to the business office which is the “office” that’s buys your car. They have no consistency with what they say! They waste your time and don’t explain anything to the full extent! They don’t honor appointments in which just wastes your time! HORRIBLE customer service the worst!
Not a good experience at all. That place is a nightmare. Nowhere to park. It took me around 10 minutes to find a parking spot. Finally, when I got to the front desk to get some information about the vehicle I was looking for, I was told that they didnt have it available at that time. It was a complete waste of time and gas. Dont go there.
Only rating so high because my salesman, Tariq, was great. However, my whole experience was less than 🙄 I had a car transferred from Tampa and it was involved in an accident upon arrival. Instead of being told what happened, I was strung along every time I called the dealership and told they couldnt locate the title instead. Finally I was informed that the entire door needed to be replaced and chose to order another car from the Georgia location instead of taking a car that had been involved in an accident. From there on the process was easy, the deception involving the damage made my experience less than great though.
Individual members of the staff are quite good. Friendly, efficient, good. But overall this location is slow, apathetic and generally frustrating. Ive bought two cars here in the last two months, sold a car here 2 years ago and my experience has been the same every time. Overall I give it a meh.

Best place to buy a car. They have a 7 day trade in guarantee if you end up not liking the vehicle as well as up to 30 days warranty if anything goes wrong after you buy the vehicle. Would recommend to buy a car here over other dealerships because of customer satisfaction and helpfulness when things go wrong.
Service is just bad. Warranty is a joke. They will fix with cheap, used, or refurbished parts and give you a 12 month warranty on the repair. When it fails short of the 12 months it will be just another inconvenience for you. I am driving a car with a driver door window that wont go up after being repaired 9 months ago and have to drive it like that for 2 weeks because they are backed up.
Had to sell a car, court ordered from a guardianship. Story for another day. They were understanding and extremely helpful. They did not need to be, but were great. Thank you Andrew.
Less than one star. Tried to go in and buy a car, after going through all the steps and right as we were about to sign the title, they realize they were selling me a car they dont have the title for. We waited around for hours before they actually told us. Strung me along all the next day over the phone only to tell me there is nothing they can do and the car is unsellable because they have no way of acquiring the title for this car... HOW??
Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and understanding with my situation/reason I had to sell my vehicle. They made it a lot less stressful that it could have been. And they offered me the best price as well. I greatly appreciate it!
I had my car in for service in Dec. it was supposed to take 2 days it took two weeks. My full coverage warranty covered the repairs but only 1 week of car rental. I had to pay for the extra week myself. Service department was in no hurry to get my car back to me. Well exact same problem caused my car to return to shop Thursday. I had an appointment arrived on time was told give them an hour to check out what problem is, hour and a half later I asked if they had discovered what problem was, told me problem (exactly what I told them was wrong and exact same problemas last Dec) they were going to turn it in to warranty to see if it covered the work. Asked if they had planned to let me know, no answer. Anyway, yes it is covered by warranty and they would get me a rental. Enterprise shows up to take me to rental car. When I get there Im told that theyve had a rate hike and I would have to pay difference because my warranty only covers $40/day. So basically Im getting screwed both ways. Paying for full coverage bumper to bumper warranty plus extra costs of car rental. Done with CarMax

Really frustrating. I had an appointment to sell my car one evening but when I showed up I was told they couldn’t buy it that day. I understand that they get full but if someone has an appointment to sell and won’t be able to, they should be notified before driving all the way there (for me it was an unnecessary hour total of driving, with tolls).Went back the next day, right when they opened, and was told the wait would be 45 minutes but it ended up taking 3 hours.Only giving 2 stars because the people were nice and helpful.
I recently purchased a car from CarMax. It is had to get ahold of the sales person and service center. The car I purchased was in an accident before I purchased it but when speaking to the call center rep she made it sound like it wasn’t a big deal. I took it to Volkswagen to get it checked out and they wanted charge me almost $200 just to look at it to diagnose the problem. Not at all happy with the service.

The people are nice, but I had to wait more than 2 hrs when they said 40 minutes of processing and 20 minutes of signing papers. No one communicated with me in what was happening. I had an appointment at 11 and I came in at 10:50 and left at 2:05…

This was the first time I have sold car to Car Max. It was a wonderful experience. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted very courteously by the staff who directed me to Business office. I dealt with three ladies there, one at Business office, second one who inspected my car and last but not the least, Debbie who did the paper work for my car transaction. All three ladies were very friendly and courteous. The transaction was done very smoothly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the offer I got for car and the way I was treated. (I didnt catch the names of other ladies, my apology). I will definitely recommend Car Max for their outstanding service. Thank you all the team members I met there.
They estimated we would be in and out of here to sell a car that already had an offer in less than an hour. 2 hours later they finally bring the paperwork out with the name spelled wrong! Oh thats an easy fix, 2 minutes turned into another 15 minutes later and he still had the paperwork wrong. Do not sell your car here they will waste your time. Ended up having to sit in rush hour traffic because of it when we specifically showed up early so we could avoid it.
We were given honest and friendly service in our car shopping. Furthermore, Carl was quite patient with us when in came to exploring the financing options. Our experience with CarMax solidified that it is the place to go for car shopping.

We have purchase many vehicle from Carmax, but this experience was the worst one. First of all my first day was not bad it was ok, considering I could not walk around and really look my husband had to shop. But the final day which was Sept 30th was very stressful because we waited about fours due too Our paper work being loss in the business office. Manager Roberto was very un-professional. I ask to speak with a GM it took him an half hour to forty five mintues to find my folder. Now when I say I brought many vehicle from Carmax that was in City Laurel Maryland. This new experience was in Orlando Flordia, I have never experience Carmax being so un-professional. Plus, I discover things with the vehicle that I felt should have been taken care of before we pick it up. I am considering taking it back for refund. I could go on more about this experience but it would take so munch more of my time.
It took twice the time that I was advised it would to sell my car. Be prepared to wait longer than you expect to. Take the appraisal notice with you in paper form or you’ll have an extra 15-20 minutes to wait for it to be printed for you.
I’ve bought two cars here and both experiences were great! You don’t have to have good credit and they will get you a car! I had horrible credit due to losing my job a few years ago and was able to get a great car.There’s no haggling or financial guys trying to scam you for more money. It’s fast and easy. I couldn’t believe in two hours I had a new car! I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and my husband used to be a car salesman, we were both very happy.The only thing I would suggest is make sure you check everything in the car while you test drive it. We did notice one car had something broke and we brought it up. They said they would fix it though. We bought a different car so I hope they fixed the issue for the other car.

If you end up dealing with one of the store managers named Aaron, get somebody else. Read on and you will understand. Made an appoinment and did all the paperwork online to buy a car. Drove 2.5 hours to the store. 3 people called me confirming the appoinment. The saleman asked me if I wanted to test drive it and warned me it would take 40 minutes more, thnak god I said yes. The car was not working, and they had a repair ticket on it already. When I started complaining about why nobody told me so I didnt have to drive 2.5 hours, after 1 more hour, ended speaking with the Manager, Aaron, who in a very rude manner started demanding that I showed him the call log from my cell phone and when faced with the question Why wasnt the car ready? he said I DONT CARE AND WE ARE DONE HERE. FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO HELP YOU while banging at the desk and stood up and left mumbling insults loud enough for me and my 23 year old son to hear. He didnt even let me charge my electric car so I could drive back, it took me 4 hours.UPDATE: Things got even worse. I called another store and asked if they could move the car there so I could buy it (this is a normal practice in car delerships). The Orlando store blocked the transfer and send me an automated appoinment. No calls, no communication, just the automated appoinment. After that somebody from the Melbourne store (the one where the car was to be sent) called me and told me the car was no longer available due to mechanical problems!!!!!To sum it up, if you are looking for misrepresentation of facts, harrasement, violence, been insulted and then been trated like a second class customer, this is the place for you!NOTE: By the way, the answer they gave me to contact them, it was just for show, they never contacted me. The only ones who contacted me where the people from the Melbourne store. So if you need to buy a car from Carmax, I would go there.
What a waste of time. Offered me $5,000 less on my car and the cars are 12% more expensive than other places. It seems like they just cleaned the cars before selling them without really going through checkpoints like a dealership will.

Bought a car over a month ago. Sales team was and has been awesome. The business office cant answer the phone to get me info on where my tag is and why I havent received anything to be able to get the car registered. Please if anyone in the Orlando store sees this I need to be able to drive my car.
Customer service at this location is superb! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were not pushy or difficult about sticking to my budget and were very helpful with the process and explaining all the cost and concerns I had. Although the process took quite a while and the business office line took a while to get to the window and when I did they seemed to be confused as to what I was asking them for with my trade in. Like most businesss Ive noticed there was just a bit of lack of communication. All in all I did leave happy with a new vehicle and appriciate there service.
Answered all the questions online and got my online appraisal. I made an appointment for this location a few days later. They seemed short staffed but I was taken care of in reasonable amount of time. They appraised my car and gave the exact offer I received online. They paid off my loan completely and wrote me a check for what was leftover. The selling area seemed a little chaotic but overall it was super easy. Look up your car on KBB before doing the online appraisal. If you know the KBB worth on your car before dealing with CarMax you will not be disappointed. I have no experience buying cars from them but selling was super easy.
All I can say is that Debbie went above and beyond to make sure that my experience with your company was a great one. She was very friendly, kind and just a great person with a beautiful personality.

Gerard Clark, one of the senior salesman at this location went above and beyond to help me find a car that fit my budget, requirements, and preference. Furthermore, he helped me find the best financing options available and kept in contact with me consistently while the car was transferred to his store. Maybe they only care about people who are buying cars and not selling? We waited at least 4 hours (maybe 5) being told we were at the front of the line. That whole time we just had to watch other people come and go. The employees were nice enough but the processes or something needs to change. Not an acceptable time for something we were told was going to be 30-45 minUnfortunately for the nice employees, I most definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s an absolute last resort
Awesome dealership! Jessica sold me my car and she was awesome. I had a great buying experience. Everything went so smooth and I was in and out with my new car in just 2 hours. Service team is also good and has been helpful with the small repairs my car has needed.
I walked in the car max at 10am( when they opened) and walked out at 230p, yup 4.5 hours. Plus they haven’t sent the money to finance company yet because they keep calling me for payment. I want my car back

I like Carmax in general, and have had good experiences at two of their other locations. Their Orlando location however should be avoided at all costs. It took 3 hours for them just to do the paperwork on a sale. Not to look at the car and give me an estimate mind you... just to do the paperwork and cut a check. Take the hours you will waste here and use them to drive to one of their other locations.... I wish I had.
My experience was a nightmare. Firstly, you can never make contact with the store if you call. I called one evening and the operator hung up on me. I texted the number provided to get assistance and received no response for a couple of days. I purchased a 2017 Tacoma and asked for it to be inspected for scratches no longer than a dollar bill which I was told the vehicle had none. However, the right side back quarter panel had a scratch. When I mentioned it, the manager rubbed his finger on it and said “look it’s gone.” However, the scratch is still clearly visible. I paid for this vehicle cash and this was the experience I encountered. The reason I did not return the vehicle is because I promised my dad that I would purchase it for him. However, in the future I will not even consider CarMax or recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was the first one in the building at 9.59am in order to sell my car.. It is now nearly 3pm and they have been making one excuse after the other. The latest excuse the check machine broke and they cant give me my check! Asked to talk to the manager Eric over 1 hour ago and they refuse to let me talk to him. Latest news they want to keep the car, title and MAIL THE CHECK! Avoid this horrible run place at all cost. I will keep u guys posted on the drama here...
Nice Car, Nice Price, Disparate customer service experience.The vehicle was a fair price that was just slightly over market average. Vehicle was in good condition and I am pleased with it after 50 days.Phone Salesperson assured me all the details were ready for a contactless pickup with the car and paperwork prepped. Upon arrival to location it was agreed the order was prepped to be a contactless pickup. After taking my down payment I was told the car and paperwork needed to be prepared. When asked for an estimate of how long that would take I was told that was unknown but if I didnt go to the waiting area it would be 5 hours. After 3 hours of waiting the sales manager stepped in and was able to bring the car and paperwork over for review. 15 minutes later I was on the road in my new car. This was a poor experience aside from the sales manager.

Had a great experience with the service department. Bought a Jag XJ and after a few weeks noticed there was a small area on the fender where the paint was peeling. Talked to the service manager and he was able to get this repainted same day. My expectations was exceeded.
We are a Carmax family. Purchasing our car, as usual was seamless and wonderful. The value we received for our trade was more than expected as usual. We love Carmax. We are not from Florida, and when we made the decision to purchase a car so far from home we did not expect the level of incompetence and foolishness we encountered. We are grateful that most of our problem was handled by a different agent on another day. But super long lines at the business office, attitude from Anthony who was not doing his job or trying to find a solution that Corina found in under 5 minutes on another day. We still have unresolved business that they just couldnt find time to handle. Which I dont appreciate. Because I dont feel valued having bought 4 cars of my own and bringing several others to purchase in the past 3 years. Spending two whole days of my vacation at Carmax was too much.

Scammed $1000 off my trade in truck. Carmax Mechanic told me a part had to be replaced because of a noise the truck was making, took off $1000 of the trade in offer they originally gave. Spoke to two independent mechanics and they told me it did not need to be fixed and that the noise was normal. The kicker was during the inspection, the mechanic did not see anything wrong. Only after I was finishing off buying a new car inside with the Carmax salesman, all of a sudden they decided to inform me of the problem and take off $1000 from the offer. Car salesman was good though.
I got an online appraisal and was prompted to make an appointment to sell at location. When I walked in the door, they immediately told me that they “don’t buy cars this late in the day.” Apparently this location reaches it’s max for car buying very early in the day right now. My thing is, why did the website let me make an appointment for a time that they know they aren’t going to be able to buy my car?! The manager said it’s because not all locations have this max inventory issue. Seriously? I drove over an hour with my family! Multiple employees told me that corporate doesn’t care about this issue. Seems like their website team could fix this so people don’t waste their time. FYI- Did go back to sell it another day, but geez, what a hassle.
I decided to sell my car. Ordeal took 5hrs even though I was the first through the door at 10am. The told me they were going to MAIL the CHECK. I asked to talk to the manager and waited for 2 more hours. Nobody takes responsibility here. They seem very shady and dishonest.
It was fast, the customer service was amazing and friendly. I got more money than what I expected for my car. I will most definitely go there again to sell another car in the future. Thank you Carmax!
The process was very easy. I got preapproved online and went into the store, explained what I was looking for and what I could afford. My salesman immediately had a vehicle in mind and it had everything I wanted and more for a wonderful price. Very pleased with the experience. Only “downfall” was the wait time to sign the paperwork. Saturday’s are very busy there so that was to be expected. Will definitely go to them in the future!
I just had the easiest and least stressful experience buying my new car here ever. Marc was my sales rep and he is Awesome! Multiple managers came by to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you all! I highly recommend Carmax near the Airport in Orlando to everyone!
They are the best place to sell your car, but the entire transaction took about 4 hours instead of 30 minutes.
Had an amazing experience buying an used car online and traded them my used one as down payment. Never going back to a car dealership. The prices are very fair and no hassle! Great service, very kind people and fast service! They drove my car from out of state and now I’m in love with my new car! Bye bye car dealerships.
Friendly and professional staff, but bad experience with my purchased car. I bought one of the most expensive cars in the lot for that day, I paid for a transfer from TX and the car was mishandled during this process. the front chin bumper got damaged during the loading and/or unloading from the truck, raised the car on the jack to finally check it out under its skin, and found out that one of the controlling arms was hit and bent by the truck based on my mechanics experience, this car had only 1,400 miles and had marks and scratches on the from fenders, most likely from the straps used during the transfer. In addition my car was loaded with dry mud inside the rear bumper which gave me the impression of this car was driven like a jeep. Carmax claims that they do a thorough inspection before putting their vehicles on the lot for sale, I really doubt it now . I suggest you to buy the car you like and take it to a professional mechanic and do a post purchase inspection within the first 7 days, if you find anything return it do not keep it.

Horrible experience. To start by saying I initially went to Carmax for a car I had on hold on my birthday on Sunday August 8 and was turned away for service at 4pm because I was told they were short staffed and too busy to get to me I didn’t have an appointment. Tried to do a home delivery which took 3 days total to get to the end of the process spoke to 7 different phone reps no one knew what the other was doing very frustrating. Then was told they couldn’t verify my documents and needed to see originals.. I had to go in person to verify my documents. Drove over an hour to the store to be told I didnt have to verify documents and could have had a home delivery. Wasted 4 hours of my life sitting waiting around with my small children at the store which I was promised the process with an appointment would be less than an hour. Had an appointment at 6:30pm they were delayed wasn’t helped until 7pm or so and left the lot after 10:30pm….. I ended up purchasing the car and now find out after driving over an hour back home that the car doesnt even have a proper alignment. I was also forced to order DoorDash to CarMax last night for my kids to eat during this horrible process and was promised a refund AND OF COURSE THE REGISTER WAS CLOSED. This is my 3rd purchase and was promised and assured the experience this time would be different. That is incorrect, it was just as bad as the other times and CarMax offers me nothing in return or compensation for my patience and understanding having to deal with everyone telling me lies and blank apologies. I sat in a car for 4 hours with a 2 and 4 year old. And I was told by the manager Felipe Im sorry I wish there was something I can do but unfortunately I cant this is BS. There is something Carmax can do I’m not trying to haggle the price of the car I understand my terms I feel that I should be compensated for my time and energy that I didnt have to spend there last night and gas I had to pay in driving there for no reason when it couldve been a home delivery this entire time. I’m very upset and probably won’t be doing any further transactions here. Again 3rd time buying each time took over 4 hours and was very unorganized. Only reason I gave 2 stars is for the lady signing my paper work with me being sweet and acknowledging I was drained from this process and the fact that I have the car.
I have been a long time customer of carmax for almost 20 years I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years the last one was about 4 months ago and paid cash for it I through they had good service until this year I have been trying to make an appointment for over a week and can even get someone on the phone so that we can take our car in for service
I had the greatest experience ever by buying my car here, the sales associate Ashley went above and beyond during the process, and was very attentive at all times! And the best of all, not the fishy selling tactics & pressure from the typical dealers. Thanks as well to Landon, & Sherman from the business office for smooth attention and service!!!
Steer clear of this Carmax, they quoted me $5,200 less than a competitor and made me wait 5 1/2 hours. Once they said they couldnt do the deal today and to come back and wait again because they waited too long to call for payoff info, I mentioned this to the manager and his response was So what, whats your problem? ... really? This place obviously doesnt care about buying cars, theyre too high volume to give you what you deserve for your vehicle so take it else where. The manager needs some training on customer service.
