The contact center will bait you to go see cars that aren’t even at the lot. Then the dealers don’t like to be challenged, they just want the sale. The dealership management is very untrustworthy. So don’t give them your card to walk away with it because numbers start changing and he will swipe your card and tell you after the fact. I would advise taking a mechanic with you if you don’t much about cars and if you are a woman bring a man. They will try to get you!!! As far as my car, its good just don’t like the people at all and they will make you walk away if you can’t separate your feelings from reality. They know people come to them who are credit challenged so they treat you like that( the manager). Sophia is great and needs to be elsewhere where she can shine.

They posted a RV Class C for sale on FB & Craigslist but No One there ever saw one or knew of one being for sale by that location or owner.

Very disappointed! I went and test drive a few vehicles. I was inclined to buy one and then when done, I told them that I wanted to do more shopping around and would be back for that specific car if I decided to go for that one. Then they started to tell me that I could separate the car with $500.00 and if I didn’t go for it I could get my money back. I told them that I didn’t want to do that since I wanted to use that money for a Down payment. They insisted and gave some reasons why I should. Deep in my mind I knew I may be able to get a good deal elsewhere how ever I really liked the vehicle and to their insistence I decided to separate the car. In fact I went elsewhere and got a better deal. I called them to get my money back a week ago and supposedly they did the devolution at the store yet I don’t have my money back. It was very easy to get that money out of my debit card but somehow is so damn hard to get it back. I want my money now!

Absolutely do not buy from this dealership. They may offer great cars and I can vouch for that. However they lie to you. You go to their website and pre qualify. It told me I prequalified for $374/month. I got a call shortly after from a lady who told me congratulations and that I qualified for the maximum payment amount. However, she kept pressuring me to make an appointment to come in today even after I repeatedly told her no, I had to arrange it with my wife. She told me that was fine and I asked if they were buy here pay here or use lenders. She told me they approve people based on income only.She said okay no problem. A little back story, we had a $17k SUV at one point with an 18% interest rate and our payment was $460/month. I went onto their website, and their cheapest car was like $13000. A second lady called me about 30 minutes later and asked me to come in. I asked at that time if they were like some other dealerships where the price of the car is everything included or if they put the interest and stuff on top of the price. She said they did the interest and stuff on top of the price. So there is the first major problem. Theyre prices are ridiculous. $13k for a ford Focus with 90k miles. Secondly, I explained how the pricing doesnt make sense form what the other lady told me based on my own previous experience with our SUV. She told me I still had to qualify with a lender and a credit check. So the other lady lied to me.Then when I said I didnt want to do business with them, she said ok thank you and tried to hang up on me. Any good business owner knows, if someone doesnt want to business with them, they should find out why. This lady didnt care and never asked me. This is the typical dealership that will sell you a used car for a ridiculously high price and then walk away laughing counting the thousands you just put in their pockets. They will do nothing for you after youve bought a car. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Larry at US Auto Sales is the best Sales Man in town. I done had 2 Repos and a voluntary repo. Larry said I got you, don’t worry about that. I told him what I wanted and I had it within 2 weeks. I wasn’t there more then 30 minutes. I work 10 hours days so Larry and his team had everything ready for me when I got there. I walked in and all I had to do was sign my paperwork, do my walkthrough of the car after walkthrough sign the last paper and I rode off in my Clean Impala. If you got a repo and looking for a car. I’ve had the car for three months... it is now overheating and the radiator fan is worn and the wires in the car have been cut and rearranged ( someone tried to fix it BEFORE I GOT IT, and the mechanic that the company customer services recommended me to) informed that the car has been tampered with. I’ve literally been calling everyday this weekend multiple times a day getting the run and the I’ll have the manager call you back speech...on top of that the day I called one of the salesman told me oh we sell used cars almost as if it’s justifiable. Not Happy in the slightest, As a business man myself and salesman this is not how you do customers!
