Literally a car lot full of lemons we purchased a 2017 Ford 3 months ago it’s completely down it no longer turns on …They also tell the finance company that you gave them less than what you actually paid them oh also a tag that’s $1000 because dealer fees 😂😂😂😂we’ve had tons of issues with this vehicle that you’d have to CALL ROSIE about after 1 and she’ll say you bought the car as is….DO YOUR RESEARCH RUN AWAY!! (7.23.21) Update we asked the finance company to pick up lemon vehicle they begin to offer lower payments amd even started to argue with my spouse about keeping the broke down vehicle they even told her she can be sued for surrendering the vehicle 😂😂😂 DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONS

My daughter bought her first car here last month She not know anything about cars! The check engine light on, the deal promised they will fix for free to return the car on! She had buy the on Saturday! My daughter had called back on Monday Rosie the lady answered and told her to call back on the following Tuesday? At times we don’t know you can return a use in three days of purchase! That was the reason she told her to bring the car back in a week! So I decided to call them myself on the Thursday and I had spoken with the dealer, I said to him remember you sold us the with check engine light on, he said yes! I had to him my daughter can’t drive the car like that, we will like to return the car and get our money back! He said no mama! All sales r final. I said but d car in the driveway sitting right now! He said u can drive the car like that! let me talk to my boss about it! He said bring car before 3pm that day! Me and my friend did! My friend was furious with them! We waited for one hour, the son came and spoke to us telling us that the car needs a parts car parts, it’s will take seven days before the parts get there lol! So now the car will be in driveway for 2weeks and half! Oh when we were driving car to back to them on Thursday the check engine light on was flashing! My friend was praying! So my daughter keeps calling them to c when can she bring the car in, they keep saying bring it back next week! My daughter took it up on her self to take it to the workshop! So the car is there for almost three weeks now! She never drove car to work! She is still talking Uber to and from work! The work on the car will coast her $3000! And she still have to make monthly payments on the car! My heart is breaking for her! People please do your research before u purchase a car here or anywhere else! The down payment was$3000?my daughter is very young! Thanks!

Drove two hours to see a car that was in horrible condition, missing lugs and nuts, dash was strewn apart, car had been smoked in, backseat wasn’t even in and the headliner sagging. Nothing like the photos they had on their website. On top of that the car didn’t run cause a bad sensor and they didn’t feel like telling us before I wasted 2 hours to drive there. Stay away.

Caught covid, lost my job and was late 3 days of payment and my vehicle was repossessed, i understand “bills must be paid on time” but i was in the hospital at the time. Ive put about $4,000 in maintenance (due to vehicle never being maintained even though i was told vehicle was in “good condition”), beware of where you go to make a loan, horrible customer service, and i will never be back.

Drove 3 hours to buy a BMW I8. Asked about damage before driving. Had cash in hand. Was told it has two small scratches on hood that could be buffed out. When we got there there were numerous dents and deep scratches all over as well as 2 part cement epoxy dripping from trunk where it had been glued down. Paint dripping where they tried to repair themself. Deep scratches on driver side side skirts large dent in right side of hood, scratches in back passenger side light as well. Deep gouge on driver side back fender. Weather stripping not even attached to car door. Like I said we weren’t asking for financing had the cash to buy on spot. Repairs were all done horribly. Very dishonest. Never offered any apology or reason why they weren’t upfront before we drove all the way there. If they would like to argue this I have no problem attaching pictures and texts messages of what transpired. Found on Facebook marketplace. If I see it again I will be sure to Flag it and have it removed.

After taking several days to get me a buyers order I finaly got one, then something didnt look right, when I figured it out they had tired to slip in $2000.00 on the sale price when I confronted them about it and told them that, that was the listed price on several ads they had up they told me that it was a mistake and would not honor it.... more then a week wastes with this fools.!

This car dealer is a fraud I traded my car in and put down on a car I wanted to buy and I filled the paperwork out so a I can get financed but the dealer refuse to five me a copy of the paperwork and also asking me to return the car. Then they told me to tell the finance company that I put a higher down payment then I actually did? Somethings not right here with this dealership. Anybody thats thinking about using this dealer please dont. Who knows how many people they tried to pull this stunt with. They dont want to give my money back but ask that I return the car. I only had it for a week. And a mechanic told me the transmission wont last long after the dealer told me it was perfectly fine. The lady I dealt with is Rosie. She is a scammer trying to take our money. I had to even call the cops on her.

Louis is a very intuitive manager. He recognized our needs and found us a vehicle that fit that. We visited a lot of dealerships in the city of Orlando and ended up coming back to his. He has the patience and a wide selection of vehicles to satisfy any buyer.

These people are so crooked they will force you to get a car make it seems like they helping you. They will try to offer you $500 dollars down payment which is actually going to be 2500 which you will have to pay every month on top of your monthly payment for the car or else they going to take the key from you by force. The worse part about it you’ll be lucky if the car last you a month or two. Just save yourself some trouble and money by buying your car somewhere else. I purchased an Infiniti from them and it only last me two weeks, just like the previous reviews I’ve seen if you want to find out how horrible they are go ahead and buy a car and you will find out.

Steer away from this dealership!!! They work with you at first in allowing you to pay a certain amount in down payment and then will tell you oh you need more but we’ll take it on top of your monthly payment and next thing you know your car is not running. I’ve gotten a Mazda Rx8 and a BMW 550i which both STOPPED working on me within the first year which is extremely unusual for a buy here pay here who collects your credit info to have you finance through a bank. NOT WORTH IT! Because of them i have 2 repos because i could not fix the car after spending thousands trying to fix them.

I just bought the car I desired so much and I must say that I am very satisfied with everything from the car to the customer service I was provided with. Honestly they try to charge too much for their USED cars. You might as well go to a NEW car dealership. All they care about is collecting a check. Please read this review before considering this so called business I have been dealing with this business since January 31st in attempt to buy a vehicle. It is now March 4th and I still have no vehicle. I currently reside in Jacksonville and sent them the holding fee for a Mazda. They first told me I was unable to pick up the car because it still needed work which was fine. They then told me the vehicle was ready and I could come pick it up. I left Jacksonville in route to Orlando to pick up the vehicle. By the time I made it to St. Augustine they told me they were sorry the vehicle was not ready. I had to turn around and come home. During this time I was paying insurance on this vehicle because they had told me I had to have insurance in order to take the vehicle. Fast forward to yesterday March 4th they told me the vehicle was ready. I made the trip all the way from Jacksonville to Orlando and upon my arrival I was greeted by my vehicle with the hood open parts missing and extremely dirty! When I went inside I came across a women named ROSIE who is by far the most unprofessional woman I have ever met! I asked her how could it be that they told me my vehicle was ready and its not? After little discussion the women became very rude and asked me to clean my ears so that I could hear and understand better! I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner! This business has assured me that if the car was not ready I would be able to have my cash back! The same way I provided it! ANOTHER LIE! Please do not go to this business. I am a very understanding client. However I have zero patience for lies and people playing with my hard earned money. I have now wasted money on insurance and gas for no reason!

If youre looking for a vehicle, Id suggest you look elsewhere.The people here dont really seem to care about the customers.If I could go back I would, I was sold a car that was pretty much broken from the beginning. The headlights didnt work, the car misfired badly, the CV Axle only had 3 out of 6 bolts holding it on which resulted in a break down on the side of the road. I dont think they really check out the cars when they have them in their lot. I feel like I was swindled into buying the car. Ill admit Im not a super experienced car buyer, but it seems as though they took advantage of that. They listed the car as available on craigslist, I even called them to make sure and they told me it was there, I went there and the car was supposedly in another lot and they were going to bring it to the one I was at so I can check it out and test drive it. They end up not doing that, I trusted them that the car would be in working order. all in all, a really bad experience here. Id suggest looking elsewhere

Bought a BMW 335i from thid dealership. I had to take the vehicle back several times over the course of a week for repairs. After spending my own money to have the vehicle towed to this dealership because it wouldnt start they refused to reimburse me for any money spent on the vehicle, furthermore after haggling with their mechanic and owner they also refused to issue me any of my down-payment back. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle here, theyre very shady and dishonest about the vehicles they sell. And very.. Very unprofessional.

I came here to buy a 2013 Nissan Altima it was in excellent conditions and after a few days I realized I needed my battery replaced i called PJ and they told me to come back and that they would gladly fix it. Edit- I have since filed a complaint with BBB and am sending a DMV complaint affidavit to the Orlando division.Purchased a 2008 Volkswagen GTi November 11th 2017. I find out renewing my tag today that they never sent the transfer of my old tag over to the vehicle. I could have been in serious trouble. They took the money and ran. 6 months later I find out from the DMV. Terrible!Told many things were mechanically fixed on the vehicle. Timing. Etc. ORIGINAL BELTS FROM FACTORY. SCAMMERS drove from Destin FL to Orlando, told they had 3 GTI for me to choose from when I showed up there was one car that they had Frankenstein together out of three. they only had one vehicle and sold the others after my 8-hour Journey. I work for a very reputable mechanic shop in the Destin Florida area I have told everybody about this experience and no one will ever buy from them from this portion of the Panhandle. Ive put thousands of dollars into this vehicle since I purchased it 6 months ago is now very Sound Running machine but it was not when I originally bought it

I have never had such a bad experience in my life.I was suppose to be cosigning for my son,and PG Auto trading did not even put his name on it and listed me as the buyer,and get this,I was 1500 mile away.I never realized that I was the buyer until I finally got the first payment that was due by the finance company.Rosie would not answer my text so I took it upon calling the company myself and they told me it was sent to me because I was the buyer..Well then it was one thing after another.After the paperwork was done Rosie said she needed more of a deposit,and it be in CASH...We never got the plates,she had them go to PJ trading.She tried saying that she never got paid and after the DMV did some research,they found out alot more..Thank god my son put a note on his check saying plate fee,so he got the plates.I could keep going,BUT let me make a long story short,the DMV found 7 violations against them,and the 1rst one was THE DEALER USED A FALSE STATEMENT BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION ON A JUNK VEHICLE!!!! Good job Rosie,we will see you in court....Oh yeah,so the finance company did not want to deal with PJ Trading anymore so they had to pay the loan back.So then PJ Trading came and took the car while still in my name ...Thats ok,we got a good car now,NOT A JUNK CAR and paid less.. STAY AWAY!!! Rosie is a scammer, fraud horrible person!!!! I purchased a vehicle may 2018. With the agreed downpayment of $1000 CASH. At the time of signing she explained if the finance company called to tell them I was putting $3,700 down. This was to get the loan approved. At the time of vehicle pic up after 4 attempt of going to get my car she gave me a garbage rental bc It wasn’t ready, after promising It would be, which I get things take time. When I picked the car up she said I needed to pay another $400 for tags and registration and then another $900 for tax etc. I wrote the payment out for these amounts and weeks later received my paper work from the finance company showing tag title and reg fees configured into the loan and roadie then changing the downpayment amount tot $3,700. After calling the finance company who has been amaizing and the dmv we have put an investigation on pj auto and will be taking them to court for the lost fees and fraud paperwork. Rosie has not responded to either the dmv or the finance company and also would not issue me the tags I paid twice for. The dmv was great and luckily I had all documents from Rosie and payment information from the bank so they issued me new tags for the car since the crook wouldn’t give me the ones I payed for.Stay away they are crooks!!! I recommend anyone else who has had issues to report them immediately as we will be scheduling a court date soon......8/28 Pj auto called a fake repo where the at was stolen from my place of work. Finance company WEST LAKE FINANCIAL called the police a and had to explain they owned the car and all payments are up to date. The bank was amazing and over nighted all of my money back and then required PJ auto to pay off the loan in full. This is now a civil violation against pj along with 7!!!!! Other violations granted from the DMV. Stay far far away, crooks and shady business, hopefully will get what they deserve for trying to steel from people.The checks Rosie claims had insufficient funds were actual canceled checks because we caught onto the shady business before she could process them!Keep all records if you have any from these people, luckily I have all bank documents and scanned checks confirming they were canceled along with cash receipt from the bank.Stay away photos are evidence. Contract from the bank showing amounts she tried to double charge and pocket. And the violation list from the DMV along with her (Rosie’s) agreement to the $1,000 cash down payment

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star these people are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was looking to buy a car with them and i go to the dealer and the car I went to see had the rotors, calipers, rims and almost everything under the car was full of rust and had some corrosion so I asked where the car was from and I was lied to saying the car was from Florida when the car actually came from Massachusetts, Even after I told them about the Rust and etc they told me Dont worry about that thats nothing and we will fix that My understanding is that if you are going to sell car you better make sure its ready to go on the floor and ready to go, Apart from that I wanted to take the car for a test drive so I gave her my iD and I jumped in the car and i noticed the car did not have any gas at all, So I get off and I tell them it has no gas and the guy says okay hold on and when he comes back he hands me a 5$ bill and I told him And what about the battery problem he said here take the jump start just in case and put it in the backseat. I have never had an experience at a dealer this bad ever. On top of all this the sales lady was still trying to convince me to buy the car that same night. DONT BUY HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!

This is the worst ever I went to purchase a car first when I walked in the price was 12995 then because it was financed it was 13800 then I was told I was only being financed a certain amount that I had to pay the rest which I agreed but when I received the paper work from the finance company it was 3000 more that what they said when I questioned no clear answers from either party because they both cheat the customer. since I wanted a clear answers as to wear the extra charges were coming from the cancelled the deal so please beware of this unethical place of business. and after all of that she wanted to sell it to me through another finance company for 15000 is that thieves or what?

This was the first time Ive ever purchased a car, and let me tell you something, I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I could not have been more satisfied with the quality of personal service I received at pj auto trading inc. Luis Beltre whos the General Manager personaly spent a great deal of time showing me severl different types cars as well as what seemed like another hour of answering many, many questions I had. I ended up with the perfect car. Luis made arrangements to have the car professionally detaled as well as changing the back bumper due to some scruff marks and painting (dealer paint)o few scratch marks. He also - and this sealed the deal for me - threw in fully tinted windows. (I tried to get him to also install blue headlights but that didnt happen). The other two poeple where instrumental to this wonderful experience was Jovi Angel and Rosy who made sure the car was inspected,registered and had the plates put on the car. I NEVER had to step one foot into the DMV. Also, Angelica was a huge help in getting all the paperwork filled out, completed and expedited. One other thing, Luis took all my phone calls personally (and trust me when I say I called a lot.) If he was with a client, he asked if he could call me back when he was done, and of course..... he did. If youre looking for a car and want one of the best experiences, I recommend you stop by and ask to see Luis and his team because you will be pleasantly surprised, as was I.

I went to buy a car that I saw online, got a response through email and drove the next day to see and test drive it. When i got there, no one helped me and I had to ask the car washing guy to show me the car, he was nice, but didnt speak any english. Come to find out that the car was all the way in the back of the lot, with over 9 cars blocking it from moving anywhere, battery was dead, and the ignition was stuck...I then asked to test drive it and the owner asked the car washing guy to move all of the cars one by one, and had to jump all of them to get them to move, then i test drove it after 30 mins of waiting... I got the car for working needs and to haul wood and things. After buying the car and making my descision, I walked into the office and the lady in there tried to put on more fees, CRAZY!!! She kept trying to add more hidden charges behind my back, and claiming that the charges are for the cost of the registration and all, normally its a new tag title and taxes, tag is normally about $450, title and taxes are about 15 20 dollars, and the dealer fee depends on the dealer but theres was about $250 and thats there charge wich is normal..Then after all was about to be signed she said oh and im gonna charge you $60 dollars for the temp tag, and I said WHAT?!? No! and she said but thats how much it costs... and I told her no, called other dealers and they said that was illegal, A TEMP TAG DOES NOT COST OR THEY SHOULD NOT CHARGE YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET CHARGED THAT MUCH OR ANYTHING AT ALL FOR THAT.PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY A CAR THERE EVER! they are not professional and will try to add hidden charges that are not real, please dont let them fool you into telling you that the charge is real, IT IS NOT!be careful!

DO NOT BUY HERE !!! I recently bought a car here and discovered that the engine of the cars engine was in poor condition and they do not tell you the truth about the cars. They lie to me and they told me that my car was not in a flood or that I had no problems. I did my research before buying, but I hid it to sell you something. Rosie, the owner and her husband just said that it was not their problem and that they got the car here after I bought the car. They will take your money and run with it. Horrible service and do not trust these people !!!! Stay away and do not go here !!!!!

They sold me a white bus 2011 and the title said gray 2009 and then according to them I had to tell the supposed bank that I had suddenly given $ 4,000 and I did not want to be part of their deception, they took me the bus from my job. (They freed me from a lemon and from a fraud scheme) tricksters tricksters keep the donw payment. I have the messages stored where the boss. And the fat toad ask me to be part of the fraud.

The worst dealer that I have seen, they are deceptive and are missing his word, they sold me a BMW 2007 and less than a week after I bought it, I had to invest 3200 to repair the transmission, I have all the receipts for that expense. I asked the dealer to help me and his response was that I bought a hand, on the other hand I bought a SUV marza and I got the page cash two months after paying it I went and gave it a down payment for a benz mercy they received it in 7000 the Mazda and I take the grant a week after doing the business, they tell me that they cannot get me the financing and they wanted to take away my grant when I claim the downpayment and they say that my 7000 dollars were lost and the story continues. These people are some THIEVES AND SCAMMERS mainly Rosy who is the wife of the owner called Miguel (angel).I also have to report that they took my mothers documents and financed a car without her authorization, today a law firm seized and we will sue him for identity theft and scam.
