This is the best facility for hearing impaired in Orlando. Im a long time customer who has had a very positive experience during my many years of using aids and assisted devises. The owner and other doctors of audiology I have worked with there always take their time to explain, research, and service the best aid for me. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Teresa and Melissa are simply the best in meeting your hearing impairment needs. Highly competent and professional, they personally care about providing solutions that meet your needs. I have been a patient for 15 years and drive 40+ miles to their office. I would gladly drive 140 miles if necessary. Hearing is living. They care about you living your best life.

Love this place. Amazing professionalism and friendliness. They all just want to help and treat you the way they would like to be treated. Receptionist/scheduler Michelle is amazing and Dr. Baker is so knowledgeable and focused on each patients needs. She makes you feel like youre her only patient.Admitting you need hearing aids is hard enough. But if you decide its time to at least consider the possibility, you couldnt land in better hands.

I have had the honor of seeing two of the audiologists here and they are absolutely amazing. They work their hardest to build a feeling of want and care. My visits make me feel like I am their only patient. They are the model of kindness. They also worked their hardest to find me the best deals for my hearing aids.

I’ve been a Bilateral Cochlear Implant patient for 10 years. Doctor Riess and staff at Hearing Associates of Central Florida has changed my life with her implant mapping. A qualified implant surgeon of course is important, but having a Doctor of Audiology able to fine tune your implants will determine the success of your decision to have the surgery. Without the right Doctor of Audiology, your implant is just a”Expensive Chip” in your head. Please don’t be foolish with your hearing. The place is small so you get the undivided attention of the staff. Its a very clean and pleasant office. The staff is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile mile for their patients. I did my research from coming in, and this office had great reviews and was in-network, so though it was a 25-mile drive I decided to book an appointment here.Michelle was the person who took my call to schedule the appointment and she was incredibly helpful in helping me book my first visit. I have insurance with UHC and they have a specialized department I needed to contact before I could book an appointment, so she helped me book my appointment with enough time to notify UHC. When I tried contacting UHC to let them know of my intent to go there, they were clueless and Michelle helped get me to the right department so I could properly have my insurance information sent to HACF. By far the most helpful and pleasant office staff Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.Dr. Baker is an incredible Audiologist. She made me feel at ease immediately and showed genuine empathy and compassion for providing hearing care. She made the hearing test very comfortable and was very thorough in explaining what the results of my hearing loss were and how those results translate into real-world issues. Then we spoke about hearing aid options, and even though I had done research at length before coming in (I try to be an informed consumer to the best of my ability!) I definitely felt like she was incredibly helpful in finding the best care option for me. She was very clear on next steps, what to expect, timeframe for those next steps, etc.As a young person (Im in my 20s), you would think you would leave an audiologist office feeling deflated about early onset hearing loss, but the spectacular level of care left me hopeful for the future. To be able to do that is a true testament to the remarkable level of care youll receive if you come to this office. I cant say enough good things.

I am not one to write reviews for establishments, but felt compelled to do so after visiting Dr. Baker at this office. I came seeking information and some help, and received both. Dr. Baker was extraordinarily courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She will listen to your concerns, speak with you in a straightforward way, and appears to have a vested interest in the wellbeing of her patients. She and the other doctor have (somewhat) recently started their own practice at this location after working for larger offices, so you get the benefit of knowledgable, established doctors without the inconvenience of a large, busy office. Highly, highly recommended. Will return there for any audiology needs that I have.

I was nervous going to my first appointment but I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Baker is wonderful! Shes very kind and compassionate. When it came to choosing hearing aids, she was very thorough. She showed me various options, at every price point. She wasnt pushy at all. When I picked up my hearing aids, she explained everything. When I left, I understood how my hearing aids worked, how to care for them, and how to put them in.

Im starting to have trouble hearing in restaurants and other social places, so I went here for an audiology test. While the testing showed that my hearing is apparently still in the normal range, Dr Baker arranged for me to try out a pair of high-tech hearing aids anyway, as I was hoping they would improve my hearing in those challenging situations. In the end, I decided the marginal improvement didnt warrant getting a pair yet (as Dr Baker suspected would be the case). But in two or three years, this will be the place I chose to come back to. A wonderful office with wonderful staff and no sales tactics of any kind.

The absolute best!! I’ve had hearing loss since I was a child (genetics) and it’s progressively gotten worse as I’ve aged. Dr. Teresa genuinely cares about each persons needs and tailors a solution for them based on their specific situation. My kind of doctor! She worked with me so that I would be able to pass a physical and get back to my job!! So happy I came here, I’ll be a lifelong patient!

I needed an audiology exam for a job Im processing for. I had my appointment yesterday and the staff, espcially Anna made it wonderful. I have a hearing loss from military service in combat. Anna tuned my hearing aids and with that, I passed my exam. Everyone is wonderful.
