Had a wonderful experience with everyone in this store very caring makes sure you get what you need and took care of the warranty when we needed it- highly recommend always getting the warranty for the safety of your furniture. Looks and feels like brand new had it 3 years now very pleased with all the furniture and recliners we bought! Going back to get some new stuff for our new home soon. Ps. We now have Two living rooms
We just purchased a new Barcalounger living room set from Haynes Brothers. Our sales experience was very good starting out with Annalise as our sales rep and the Steve Haynes getting involved as well. Both were very knowledgeable about the product and great to deal with they didnt pressure us just answered the questions that we had and accommodated and treated us very well. So far the set is working out great and would recommend Haynes to anyone. If they have the piece that suites you they will go out of their way to make the purchase comfortable for you in every way including the delivery. The guys that delivered it were right on time actually a few minutes early and were very professional and careful with the delivery and set up.

Went today to look for a recliner. Was met with the rudest sales agent ever! Party did not listen to my needs or wants and continued to push something that I expressed I was not interested in MULTIPLE times. Her “35 years of experience” she very loudly boasted about when I told said they probably didn’t have what I was looking for, missed out on a good sale. Went to Hudson’s just down the road and got exactly what I needed!
Ms Terri Cameron, sales representative, was easy to work with, knew her job, gave us a time we really needed, or I would be sleeping on the floor, and promptly the 10th of June, our order showed up with two nice delivery men, who made that delivery easy. New to the area, we were seeking furniture for our new home and had literally a few days to furnish. Our new home is a vacation home we just acquired...my mother inlaw (St Augustine) recommended Haynes Brothers Furniture to us. We had the pleasure of working with LInda. She immediately was helpful. Listened to my preferences and guided us through the beautiful store to the many options w various price points. Linda never judged, never snarked at our budget and was simply a delight to work with. She made me and my husband feel as if we all had been friends for years...she made the process fun and low stress. In fact, because of her personal style and non pressure sales approach, we bought our outside furniture as well at Haynes. Linda went above and beyond for us! My husband and I both agree, LInda has been the most gracious and friendliest person we have come across in Florida. Highly recommend her and also Haynes Brothers. We couldnt be more impressed and will refer everyone we know to Linda and this store. If you want the wow in service without breaking the bank on price-this is your store. My mother inlaw also would not have referred if she wasnt impressed. We have bought here about two years ago and again last year. Today, the sales person was not wearing a mask. All the customers were. When she asked if she could help, I said, You can wear a mask. She shook her head and said she would just keep her distance. Her right, I suppose. We left. We were looking for a house full of furniture for our new home. We went down the road and bought a Dining Set and a bedroom set...Your choice, you lose the sale. I will never return...

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Haynes Brothers. The entire sales team and staff were very friendly and helpful, without being pushy at all. The furniture options were beautiful and reasonably priced! I was able to find a dining set that I absolutely loved for half the price, where as other locations in the area had less stylish pieces with hefty price tags and higher delivery fees. Linda our sales associate was amazing! She was warm, welcoming and very friendly. She answered all questions with ease, double checked certain items and worked with us every step of the way. Set up for delivery was easy and everything came in beautifully and with no damage. The delivery guys were nice, moved everything into place and completed all furniture set up. We will definitely be back for more of our furniture needs, highly recommend this place ! Thanks so much Linda and everyone at Haynes. We love our furniture, you guys rock !! :-) see you soon !

Parry was the designer we worked with to decide on material, color and style for a new sectional in our family room. We were impressed by her friendliness and design taste. She had already assisted my sister in a purchase of a couch for her home. The selection of fabrics was also impressive. Great quality. One can also choose a soft to firm cushion and an arm shape.Our couch did arrive later than promised but that was due to the Caronavirus.Seriously, this is the best looking and made couch I have ever purchased and my first was in 1973! I have no doubt it will last for many, many years!!

It’s my fault because I did ask for frames.Guy on phone is right my ticket doesn’t say frames. But it also doesn’t say no frames.Again my fault I should know ins and outs of other people’s industry’s.To be fair they did address it and dropped off frames in my garage with out knocking(why so sneaky I wonder)at no additional charge.So now i have to put them together myself which isn’t the end of the world. But in new house with out even a screwdriver.Funny thing is I was sent to go back to furnish the rest of the house.I need recommendations for my new furniture store

Amanda, our sales associate was great. She was helpful but did not hover over us during our visit. We purchased several thousands in furniture which was delivered on time. The delivery persons were extremely professional in the way our furniture was packed and set up. Our expectations were pleasantly exceeded. Will never shop or buy from this store again. Furniture was damaged once it arrived. They expect you to keep it and have it fixed at your house. They charge your account without you having your furniture. Very arrogant staff. Parry is the worst, dont let her in to your house, she makes you leave your house so the damage furniture can be installed. Lies about the damage and the baldheaded guy stands with her. The owner is just as bad.Not only is the staff incompetent the person that repairs the furniture is the worst.
Salesperson at this Ormond Beach location indicated that the sales tax would be covered however what they failed to say was the reason for it was the current furniture special going on instead of like it was a bonus for purchasing the furniture. Like it was a special one person deal. Just should have been upfront about it as a store wide deal for everyone. Makes me not want to deal with that particular salesperson again. However, the NSB salesperson was very upfront and friendly and answered questions up front and mentioned to our party about the sales tax deal. The stores are having good deals right now on furniture.

I went there and found an item that I wanted to customize. The sales agent told me she would gather the information and get it to me. That never happened, until I followed up with her. Amazingly, she had it to me within hours. Why didnt that happen on the first visit?The showroom is more of a warehouse/dump. If I am going to pay higher prices, I expect a better showroom.

Recently, I purchased a king size bedroom set from Interior Concepts by Haynes Brothers roughly costing $3000. Upon delivery, the bedroom set had flaws in the finish. The dresser had places where the stain/paint did not adhere to the wood and also had places where the finish was uneven. One of the night stands had the same problem. Granted, this was a distressed finish style, but was nothing near what was displayed on the showroom floor. Also, one of the drawer faces on the dresser was cut unevenly and did not align properly when closed.I called the store and spoke with one of the Haynes brothers about the issues. His solution was to send a technician to correct the flaws, but I would have to wait at least a week since the technician was on vacation. I told him I did not feel that new furniture should be delivered with flaws. I said that the furniture should not have even passed quality control. Then he said that he would replace the items. I had already decided that I no longer wanted the merchandise since it was obviously subpar quality.Mr. Haynes told me that the bedroom set could not be returned. I then replied that I had worked in retail for years and I new the game...the furniture could be returned to please the customer, but there would probably be a restocking fee. He said, “OK, you can return the furniture, but there will be a 25% restocking fee, which is printed on the back on the receipt”. I was shocked that a local family owned business would operate in this manner. 25% is a bit excessive. I agreed to his terms just because I wanted the furniture out of my house.Upon research, I discovered furniture can have up to a 400% markup. So, if you do the math...25% covers the cost of the furniture. The Haynes brothers are not losing anything. The furniture will now probably go to an outlet store where the price will be dropped $750, which they already recouped from me. Once the furniture is sold, they are not losing any money.Do not shop at any Haynes Brothers stores. It is quite obvious they are not concerned about the quality of their merchandise or customer service. Tell all your friends and family to stay clear. There are other locally owned family furniture stores that do not charge restocking fees and actually care about their customers.
Floor salesperson was on the phone having personal conversation while I waited for help. She turned me over to her manager. He was completely condescending, talked to me like I was an idiot, raised his voice and ultimately couldn’t provide any answers or help. Was overall a frustrating ad disappointing experience. I will not go back to this location

Was misinformed by seasoned sales people and even the manager. I had to go over their heads to get justification.
After having a uncomfortable conversation with service I got a call back within 10 mins saying the delivery would be from Steve Haynes himself when originally arranged.
