Love the Berlin Gardens Adirondack chairs I purchased in June of 2020. Contacted the owner of store Bob Hughes originally on July 16, 2021 about a (minor) piece that broke on one of the chairs which is under a warranty. Just want the replacement piece not a new chair. I am on my 7th email and 3 months into this with him. I keep getting the run around (e.g., Its in the Melbourne store Ill bring it to Ormond). I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYWAY BASED ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I even said I was about to write a in my 7th email to him dated 9/29/21 and he still hasnt gotten me the piece.

Bought a table with 6 chairs several years and just recently a 9 foot umbrella, both commercial grade and we are very happy with the set up. The people in the store were very helpful and not to pushy to sell furniture . Buy the commercial furniture, it is a better material, more costly. You get what you pay for.

Surprisingly the approach remained very casual and pleasant.It wasn’t until we desired to ask questions that Garrett began to explain the various lines they sold. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and at the same time was NOT pushy.Although we walked out having not made a purchase, I feel confident that if we want to buy the style of outdoor furniture they supply, we’ll be going in and talking prices with them for sure.The “Good” rating has NOTHING to do with their service. Visited looking for some new patio furniture and they have a very Big variety and the people that work there are Super Friendly and Helpful in making choices.

I love their selection of coastal Florida furniture. A lot of it is durable outdoor furniture made of recycled milk jugs and plastics. Im not going to lie, they are a little pricey, but the quality justifies it in my opinion. Folks that work there are always pleasant and helpful, but never pushy. I love this place for sure.

What a great store! High quality furniture, good pricing, the place to go to if your looking for patio furniture and decor. Their salesman, Chuck is knowledgeable and never pushy. Delivery was scheduled and arrived early. There was a slight defect in one piece of furniture.
