Mason was very energetic and professional. He was able to get me a nice Bluetooth speaker for a great price. I came to switch my plan and he made it so easy and quick!! If i could give more stars, I would. This is my new phone store- I used to do everything online.

Mason was an AWESOME sales associate!!! He answered all of my many questions. He set up 5 phones, tranferred 5 phone numbers, answered questions and explained everything in 45 minutes. Cricket is way better than US Cellular will ever be.

I worked with Sean at Cricket and was so happy with the service! He instantly met me at the front of the store and asked me if I needed assistance. He then lead me in the right direction for the item I was looking for. He is so PROFESSIONAL, has excellent PRODUCT KNOWLEGE, and is very PATIENT! Cricket is the place to go for cellular service people. Worker Landon helped me find the right phone and helped me out flawlessly. It was basically astronomical alright. You got to go see him. Never seen such a beautiful place or man before that knew so much about phones. Literally baffles me. Absolutely phenomenal. Would go there again to upgrade in the future. Excellent customer service. Helped me in less than one hour which is astounding since I’m a busy woman. Landon understands that I have TIME baby.

Horrible customer service!!!After I had told the sales associate which phone and case I was interested in, he proceeded to pick up a phone and started texting. I left without buying anything. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

If I could rate zero. I would. 3x been in to try to setup my invalid mother with a phone. First time kid in dreads named Zack told us to go to Best Buy and get a phone. Claimed they didnt have any phones. Now we went to Best Buy and spent $259 on an unlocked phone. Came back 2nd time and was told by a nice young man that their system was down and couldnt load and phones that night but did get her present phone working. Told us to come back tomorrow. Came back again the third time and we got zack again who wouldnt even come out of the back to the desk to talk to us. He stayed in the back room the whole time. We could have robbed the place. He would never have even known. I shouted in the back. I called the store. I set off phone alarm. Finally a long time later we yelled more. Packed up and got her in the car. Still no one there. After I put her walker in the car I went back inside and yelled more to not bother we will go somewhere else since you dont want the business. Finally he comes slowly out. Same kid named Zack! We left! Use to be a nice store. They need to get rid of this kid Zack and bring someone in that wants to work.

If this is how you treat all your customers I am surprised you have any! I went in to your Oshkosh store to pay my bill and update my credit card info. Zac never paid my bill, led me to believe it would do it automatically. You shut off my phone the next day! Not happy! Tonight I stopped again and was charged $15 to reinstate my phone service and $4 counter service.

Ive never had a problem with the Cricket service. Great value. But Im writing this review to recognize Mason at this location. Mason should be the standard for customer service. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a man of integrity.This is a lengthy story because I want to highlight Mason and how important excellent customer service is.August 3rd, 5:30pm I came in to switch service from Mint mobile. Before Mason promptly switched me over I asked about the Moxee mobile hotspot device and he gave me his expert opinion on the practical uses of it. Neat gadget, would have been a great deal if I needed something like that. I didnt buy it. Mason proceeded to help me switch over and upgrade the account I currently had with them as well. During this transaction he offers the phone insurance as well and educates me on how to use it if needed. I add it onto the plan, thanked him and left. I also want to mention that he was the only person at the store at the time assisting a line of people.Later on that day I went fishing, dropped my phone and it busted the ability to use the sims card. Thankfully Mason hooked me up with the insurance and told me how to file a claim. The phone insurance company is not a Cricket company but asurion. I go home and used my wifes phone to file the claim. First call, I couldnt be helped because I didnt know the correct model/Gb of my phone, so I had to call back again. Second call, I was told to call back in 24 hours because the service doesnt “kick in” until 24 hours of purchase. Its August 4th around 4pm, I call a 3rd time now knowing the correct model/Gb of my phone (iphone 6 16Gb, I checked in the phone settings). I was put on several lengthy holds and eventually was told that this is also incorrect and transfer me over to Cricket to verify. Im talking to a Cricket rep who was very helpful and confirmed that my IMEI number match the one on the account and the iphone 6 16Gb indeed was correct. He was on my side, transfers me over to an asurion rep. I give them the info they needed, I get put on hold, and the line disconnects. Im trying to continue to be patient so I call again for the 5th and final time. A nice lady picks up proceeds to help me and puts me on a few holds and eventually tells me my claim has been declined because I called about the same problem too many times. At this point I knew I wasnt going to be helped so I unloaded my frustration with my experience with asurion on this poor nice lady. After this call, I call this Cricket location to meet with Mason to help me file this claim. I was told he doesnt work until tomorrow.August 5th, 1:30pm I come into this location and buy a new phone instead (asurion has taken too much of my time already). Mason helps me change my pin on the account and helps me transfer my old phone data into my new phone. Again, he was the only person at the store at the time assisting a line of people.In conclusion, I hope asurion goes out of business and gets replaced by a company who hires people like Mason. Cricket has earned my business, the customer service is not automated. Theyre people I can trust to give me the right information and truly seek to assist me.

The young man that helped my dad and I with upgrading my phone was very knowledgeable in what phones fit the specs I wanted, and he didnt constantly bombard us with upsells or promos. He casually asked if we were interested in anything and when we werent, he made it clear it was just a formality and that he wouldnt pursue it further. Ive had worse interactions at other Cricket locations, but this one was a great experience.

I do not recommend this store as they make big promises when selling you products and when you try to return they deny all claims!! I bought a screen protector for my iphone that was guaranteed to be the best screen protector on the market 2 days after they professionally installed it the protector fell off the phone. When I went back to the store the rep said nope no warranty it is not covered $19.99 wasted!!! When I asked if I could talk to a manager or cricket his response was it wont do you any good we are just a cricket retailer!!

UPDATE: THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF LYING SHYSTERS! I have been with them for a while, while they did set me up with a pretty nice phone and a decent plan, they find a way to screw you out of ALL of your credits they promise. I never received my original $25 credit (never got an excuse for that) all I got was customer service telling me to take it up with the store, and the store telling me to take it up with customer service. My second screwing came when I referred 3 other numbers & signing them up...never got that credit either. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

The actual Cricket Service is bar none the best out there but the people at this particular Cricket location are not good at all. They do not help you with anything. They tell you one thing for price and when it comes to pay for it it is totally different. So if your looking for a good service provider than Cricket is the place to go but Buyer beware for the Oshkosh location.

Salesperson was a trainee. The district manager helped her as much as she couldThey were pleasant. It did however take 1 1/2 hours to upgrade my phone. Thats the only reason they didnt get a 4.

I rated this one down the middle because the guy that I dealt with should be the one running the place. His name is Clifford extremely knowledgeable and went well out of his way to try and help me. I advise anyone that is trying to switch to Cricket as a cell phone company to stay away. I got shafted by cricket and they made no effort to compensate. Clifford tried to advocate for me and they basically told him to get lost.

I was so happy when Cricket arrived in Oshkosh! That was my carrier when I moved here and I had to switch at the time. Once my contract from my old carrier was over, I switched back. Jeff, the sales guy, got me a get deal and a great plan!

Pathetic coverage..guaranteed great coverage only got 0-1 bars of signal in my house. When I explained to the Oshkosh store they gave me the 1000 mile stare & did nothing! ? Went to their Neenah store because I was told they had better tech people, the clown there told me it my faultI had poor reception because I had a phone that had at one time been on the Verizon plan. He said it was searching for the Verizon towers signal and wouldnt let the Cricket phones search for their towers!? I explained to him that they had changed the sim cards and. that his explanation was ridiculous, but he stood by his story! UNBELIVABLE!! Next day I switched to Spectrum...great signal, new phones, less money! Thanx for the expensive lesson Cricket!

Another failed Wireless company, they charged us for a full month when we only had the phone on for 5 days, they will not reimburse us and theres two lines, so we were charged $80 and they told us to tell the bank, we did and the bank refused to help us as well. So basically, now were out $80 when they should have prorated the bill, so were very unsatisfied. Good luck.
