Cell service is pretty good within Wisconsin. I rarely have trouble with reception when traveling. Customer service and sales at this is location is horrible. Will NEVER but any merchandise from US Cellular again EVER. They refuse to give a receipt for phone purchases. They TRIPLE billed my credit card for a phone they didnt have in stock and had no idea of delivery time. Canceled order took MONTHS to correct.

Needed a new phone because I dropped mine in the lake. I had the device protection on my phone and the staff did a wonderful job helping me get the claim done so I could get my new phone the next day! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else for service :) 5/5

Been here 2 times in past 6 months both times I felt like i was being pushed to buy a phone, when offered very minimum promotions or discount. Once I was told I could not get a discount I was ready to leave. But then I was offered a deal in which I could get 20% off the entire phone bundle, not phone(which was my only reason for visiting). Dont push sales for stuff I do not need to waste my hard earned cash. Help me with what I ask for that is it. I understand its your job but its super annoying. Also acted like I was still getting the bargain if I payed installments and could still get the phone that day...... i was paying cash in full that day.

Lateria was so helpful with getting the daughter a new phone after the LG black screen of death.

I went there to get a phone for my Mom & to add her to my account. Alexia was very helpful, informative, and genuine. I am very thankful to have worked with her, everything was smooth. Also, she as exceptional attention to detail. She redid the phone screen protector until it was perfect. So many other people rush, but she made sure it was perfect. It was very appreciated.

For the most part U.S.Cellular did what they could for me there service didnt cover my area but the store personnel did what they could to make it an easy transfer.

Issac was awesome! I explained how my bill was over priced after canceling a line. Explained that the customer service agent gave me the wrong total and didnt explain what was happening and Isaac did a great job making sure everything was good to go. Always had a great experience here. Thanks!

Deon was great. We had quite the task with transferring all data from 2 phones and upgrades. He never rushed us or made us feel ignorant. Very nice young man with good things to say about U.S.Cellular as a company.

It’s not about this place it’s about the overall phone service. In the past year I have hundreds of dropped calls every where, every day all the time. I don’t know what has happened but I just want to throw this phone and service in the trash. I have been with USC a very long time bc it worked best for us and now it does not.

Lateria and Tanner spent hours with us negotiating a great deal on our family plan and setting us up with new phones. They were patient, kind and they were the reason we didnt switch to another carrier!

Another free deal from. U. S. Cellular designed to increase foot traffic in their stores. This makes for longer wait times and frustrated customers. THEN with all the stipulations on the free deal you find out it will cost you an extra 40 dollars a month. Im guessing the very helpful and polite guy that helped me regreated stating our conversation with wow! Youve been here a while!

Outstanding staff! These folks were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Their prices are right in line with all of the other carriers. I have not purchased yet, but I will be back as soon as my current contract expires.

I walked in and was greeted after a few minutes of browsing around (which is nice because I hate being bombarded right when you walk in the door somewhere). Bridget was the associate who ended up helping my boyfriend and I and she was amazing! She took the time to go over all of the plans and was not pushy at all. She also went out of her way to transfer my contacts from my old (non smart) phone to my new smart phone. She tried everything possible until she finally was able to get it to work! She even went in back and grabbed some accessories that werent on the shelf yet. I was able to try on three different phone cases to see which one I liked best and when I finally decided on one, she put the screen protector and case on for me. I felt very comfortable the whole time, she was very knowledgeable, and down to earth and I would highly recommend stopping in to see her if you ever need anything or have any questions. :)

They treat new costumers better than old loyal ones! Theyre expensive! Extremely unhelpful and not flexible at all. The people mess everything up all the time and they have no reasonable agreements in their contract! Worst phone company out there! I highly recommend that you try somewhere else !

I worked with Andy Buege today and it was a great experience. I came in to get a glass guard for my Iphone7 and also more importantly to get my health and apple watch data transferred from my old iphone to the new one. I attempted it on my own and it did not work. Andy worked with me for a good amount of time to get the data transferred over. I never felt rushed and he got it to work after troubleshooting the issue. This absolutely made my day. Thanks Andy!

I have been to that location a half a dozen times and I can tell you that the Department of Motor Vehicles moves faster than US Cellular does.

I just needed some help with my iPhone and the manager was very rude and condescending. Patrick was also of no help. Its so noisy and busy all the time. They only care about commission, so if youre not buying anything, just take to Google. They also activated a pink iPhone for my significant other when they specifically asked for a black one and then tried to charge them a restocking fee. Garbage sales people and management.

Careful. They told us we had free in-store credit when we switched from at&t; PLUS a rebate. Turns out it is either the in-store credit or the rebate not both. So instead of getting $300 back for switching we only got two cases and a charging cable which totaled up to only $100. Never said a word about it being one or the other. Really shady of them to do that. Just saying. Wishing we did not switch in the first place now.

Terrible customer service on a consistent basis. Ive currently been waiting for over a half hour to replace my phone. There are no less than three employees I can clearly see who are not assisting customers. A woman arrived 10 minutes ago and was immediately assisted and left. Another customer who walked in immediately behind her has been sitting here and hasnt even been greeted.

Speedy service, staff was friendly and quickly helped me find exactly what I needed.

If you like spending your whole day in one place sitting and waiting this is the place for you it doesnt matter what day you come in. And there seems to be know sense of urgency to help waiting customers.

I went in to the local US Cellular store to have my replacement phone activated and have my contacts transferred to the new replacement phone. I sat from 2:30 pm to 4:20 pm only to find out they were only half way done. No one came to me to say this may take 5 to 6 hours. I had to go to the tech and find out how long it was going to take. Like anyone had 5 hours to sit around and do nothing! At least give me a cup of coffee!

The service was excellent. They helped me with my phone when other stores and customer service could not. Greeted nicely and professional.

I had to stop in the store to sign a form for my ex to get off my plan. I hate going to this store and hoped they had improved, but of course not. I worked with Patrick Harris and he was very rude. I felt like a burden to him. I asked to speak with his manager, I spoke with Letaria who was also very rude. I like the other US Cellular on Murdock Ave better.

Had a problem with phone protecter told girl and she fixed it in a few minutes. I was trying to deal with protecter company for 2 mounths and got know where. Thanks so much.

It seems like if youre a, pre-paid customer, they treat you differently with a cold shoulder attitude. Honestly, since their complete store makeover and new customer service reps, their service has went WAYYYY down hill. Ive been a US Cellular Customer for 3.5 years now and honestly, it shouldnt matter if youre an actual Contract or Pre-Paid Customer. Another reason I feel this way is they dont want to help you with your issue, just pawn you off to someone in India by calling 611 who cant even understand you anyway. You should receive the SAME service. Really dissatisfied lately.
