We got our phones in January and Im still dealing with the mistakes this store made 7 months later. The manager doesnt take ownership of issues and just blames his associates for their poor behavior and workmanship.Adding to this: I tried making a call sitting in the middle of my yard where our rep said we got 5G. I tried the call 3 times. The person on the other end said they heard static. Dont trust their coverage map, either!

12 year customer still get yanked around. Not a single special on anything ever has been offered. $500 to get a new phone when literally any where else is giving money to you with a trade in. Just mind boggling how poor this company and this place in particular gets ran.

Reallyyyyy uncomfortable. First this store kept turning away customers because they were having system issues for whatever reason, but the thing is they werent even being nice about it. Just oh hey we cant help you! Second the whole team in the store was making rude comments about other customers while there were still customers in the store! Like i could hear them talk about their previous customer while i was right there!!! How is this ok??? I think the guys name was steve was helping me out originally but he reakedddd of marijuana. Since they kept having system issue he did offer to drive me to the other store which was very nice but the car smelled a lot more of marijuana. My whole interaction at this store was super uncomfortable.

T-mobile is great. They always try to help you out, be it a problem with your phone or changing plans. They are always friendly and professional Jay the manager does a great job.

Honestly this was a really bad experience at the location next to Jimmy Johns. I felt that the mobile expert didnt care and was rushing me to make a purchase. He didnt really explain the phones details or monthly cost. The most awkward part was he kept talking negatively about the other T-mobile store down the road which btw was a much better experience. That other store was thorough and patient. This store could learn a thing or two from them.

If I could rate it negative 100 I would. They are scam artists and I am getting a lawyer!! I have never had T-Mobile I went in to see how much it would cost to switch. With new phones and everything I needed needed $1200 up front. I said no way and left. Now I have a collections account from them. Not only has it damaged my credit score, which I have been working so hard to raise raise for home loan. They tell me there is nothing that can be done? Don’t worry there is it’s called I lawyer....

Antonio was such an amazing help for my husband and I. He was patient, answered all of our questions and really made sure we understood our options and our bill! Such a great experience switching from Verizon! Thank you Antonio!!

Randi showed much a great amount of patience as I transferred from another carrier to T Mobile. She went above and beyond anything I have ever seen in customer service, what an asset to your company.

Had a great experience at the Oshkosh, WI store this evening. Jay and Michael went above and beyond to help us. Jay spent a great deal of time walking through all the options with my husband. This allowed him to fully understand and, ultimately, decide to switch to T Mobile. Michael tried endlessly to figure out a way for me to utilize our third line for a free tablet. Thank you for the great service.

I recently switched over to T-MOBILE from AT&T after (15+ years of service with AT&T): my experience with Gavin Jay for majority of time, and Moe made my transitioning go a lot smoother especially after AT&T did everything possible not to let it happen. Gavin, Jay and Moe you all showed exceptional people skills as well as customer service...I know my transitioning was exhausting, time consuming and mind boggling to say the least but Jay you handled my several trips and complications EXCEPTIONALLY well with the assistance of Gavin and Moe.😊😊😊 Thanks T-MOBILE Guys

Still getting bills for service that we dont have with them. Mgr doesnt do anything to fix problem. Loves to hit on women like hes a Mack daddy. Stay away from this store.

Had a phone die on me while on vacation in the area. Jay was super helpful and quick to help is resolve the issue. We expedited a phone in and even helped me get a temp phone until the new one came in.Wilson was helpful too.

Im not normally one to leave reviews, so bear with me. Mo F. is the best manager/sales rep ive come across in a very long time. After a full week of arguing with customer support, being lied to, being teansferred left and right, being told theres nothing they can do for me, feeling angry, frustrated, etc.. He actually heard me and worked with me and didnt give up. He produced results and made things happen. I was ready to switch phone companies because the reception isnt great for what I need it to be, but I do know that changes are happening and his stellar service and dedication makes me want to stay. I will wait a bit and see how things pan out because its hard to find people who are willing to give that extra mile, above and beyond. Someone who actually cares and does their job while remaining professional as well as being understanding and doing they best they can to cater to the customers needs and wants. I can never thank you enough for dealing with such a pain in the ass like me.. 😊😅 5* to Mo, as far as the rest of customer support, Id feel lucky to never have to speak to them again.

Looking into switching carriers and stopped in. Attendant on duty seemed like he couldnt have possibly been more disinterested. Disappointing.Store was clean and well organized.

Dont do it.Tmobile has so many dead spots in this area that the phone would be frequently unusable if it werent for being able to make calls over WiFi.
