Sold me a new phone without bothering to tell me it was totally useless on my side of town... no service near Menomonee Park. NO TOWER. They were bought by Verizon. Verizons service area SUCKS!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Its ok coverage isnt great. I would love ke to throw my phone against the wall most days. Guy told me my new phone is an upgrade from my last phone. Funny my last one I did not want to throw against the wall. Also the $50 means $50 sign who does that apply to my bull is always $54 or $57 or something like that.

Have been with Boost for about 9 years, never a major problem. Zero dropped calls, excellent customer service (in store). Always patient with my phone ignorance! **Lol Takes the time to explain & makes sure I always leave happy! **🙂👍** on OHIO STREET location. Main street, NO. Manager Brian is rude & a tad arrogant. Assumes to know this he couldnt know. Stick to Ohio st. location. 😃

Decent phones but they have a mind of there own some times

Austin had amazing customer service and made my purchase quick and easy. He had a great attitude and was really great and explaining the differences between phones, as well as helping me choose a phone that was best for me. Austin is a really great employee and I 12/10 would recommend him!

The service was horrible. The older guy with the glasses should be fired for not doing his job to his best. Ive had a terrible experience on Ohio St, Boost and will not be going back.

The guys working were super friendly and knowledgale but with as many issues as Ive had with my phone and my service lately I wasnt given much help with my problems nor was I able to come out with a new and different phone so I was very disappointed with that. More than likely will be changing services because of this never had a problem with boost but Motorola horrible customer service and phone!

I have been having issues with my phone due to manufacturer defect I had to drive an hour n a half tothe Apple Store in Milwaukee at Mayfair mall got it replaced which is a major inconvenience then was told I had to go up to boost to get it reactivated the man at boost was very rude after having to waiti 15 min for him to get of his phone on a personal call he told me I had to pay $25 dollars for a new SIM card I asked why when I only had the phone 2 months n it was a manufacturer defect after I had already called customer care and they told me I can go to any boost to get it reactivated he then told me he wouldnt unless I paid the $25 and told me I had to go back to the store I purchased it from so I had to drive another hour and a half to go to my original store in Oshkosh on Ohio st where the gentlemen named Austin went above and beyond and got my phone turned back on he was very help as always great customer service I will highly recommend this location to anyone
