Derek was outstanding. He patiently worked on giving me the gift of hearing better than I have been able to hear since I was a child. I am 68 years old, and I just feel a new world has opened up for me. I am truly grateful to Beltone Overland Park!

I am very pleased with Beltone Overland Park. I originally saw Leo and was very pleased with the testing process and options. I now see Derek and again very pleased. He always asks how I am doing and I love the relaxed atmosphere. This stage of life can get scary but Derek is right by my side. I also love his receptionist. Over the years we have developed an awesome relationship. I highly recommend this office. Easy to get an appointment and location is in a safe area.

After wearing hearing aids for over 5 years, I found mine were set to highest setting and no longer helping. I knew my hearing was only getting worse and I was not looking forward to appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find the experience not so scary, actually educational. Derek was so helpful! He is super understanding about the lack of hearing and how it effects life, our families and work place. He recommended an up-to-date set of aids and worked with me on financing. It was a good experience. I will recommend Derek Horine as someone to talk to about hearing loss.

Really like Derek’s way of teaching. He seems to really care. One time, i was very depressed and upset about having to wear hearing aids. He was very patient with me and prayed for me.i truly like his attitude and patience with me. I now understand the benefits by wearing them and more accepting .

When you walk in the door, you are greeted with warmth, kindness, and a great smile. Then you meet the new technician there, and he listens to your every word about your hearing needs and the small problems I had with my in-ear devices. But then, all of the techs I’ve seen there have been like that, so it’s the norm. It’s worth the longer drive for me to continue my care at this office.

Found equivalent hearing aides at Costco for a third of the price Beltone wanted…

The technician, Derek Horine, is genuinely helpful. I hadn’t planned on purchasing new hearing aids, nevertheless, with his experience & knowledge, I trusted that being able to hear perfectly would be well worth the investment. He wanted to do anything to make this possible for me.

My husband has used Beltone for the last 2 years an has had a wonderful experience in the hearing aid that they choose for him. Since getting them he has came in every 3 months for the service they choose for him, and he has not had a one bit of problems with them. They clean them each time an adjust them to his hearing quality, with no extra charges...like other companies have in the past.I would highly recommend Neltone Hearing Aids.Thank you!

Trying to get an appointment is a total headache if you have to talk to the Call Center. They book you at a time not even discussed; they book you for an appointment when the doctor is not in. And on top of that, the Call Center has to have everything repeated numerous times and they still get the information WRONG.

I purchased two aids from this franchise for $7000. In my contract it said I would receive replacement batteries at no charge for 3 years.After moving to another state, I purchased two new aids of the same model which I paid $2500 for. After receiving batteries for 2 1/2 years, they told me I had reached my limit and stopped sending more.This company charges exorbitant prices and doesnt honor its contract.
