We had a gasket repaired here and had to bring it back 2 weeks later with oil leaking. They took accountability for a mistake that was made and repaired it at no charge. This just doesnt happen in this day in age. Appreciate the integrity and will return!

They are good in doing service, but not in communication. I want there for emissions and asked do you know what is the waiting time and they told they dont know. (they dont make appointment ahead)It took 2 hours and I got so tired sitting there, and waist 2 hours.Finally they did my emissions in less than 10 minutes.

DO NOT go to this Midas until the manager Jamie is fired!!! He was uncooperative and would not fix an exhaust installation issue from a Midas dealer in Michigan. The mechanic Robert was great and did repair our radiator same day. However, please go to Kingshighway Midas - Theo did the repair at no cost to us. Theo knows how to address customer service. Jamie DOESN’T care about the customer. I couldn’t figure out how to post 0 stars. Make sure Robert gets at least the 1 star. Actually, 5 stars for Robert, -5 for Jamie!!!

Went in to get my starter replaced. And ended up having to pay for a new front drive train since they cut it off and didnt know my vehicle needed it to drive. On top of, when leaving the shop, my exhaust is rattling which didnt before.I was optimistic for this place. But after being costed over $700 for the part and service including the cost I had with being stranded since I was out of town. I will never be using their service again.

I was shopping online for tires because I recently bought a brand new set of front tires and for some reason it wore the side down very quickly so I got online to shop for a new tire and get an alignment done I came across their website and noticed that their alignments were pretty decent price and the tire selections they had online were pretty reasonable and prices. So I ordered my tires and it confirmed that this location would have them or could do it for that price. When I got there the lady said they only had two selections for me to choose from both of them were three times the amount that I was looking for. Highly disappointed. I would recommend calling before you even try ordering service online through this company. Waste of my time

Dropped off a car. There is a mask mandate in the region, but the employees are violating it by not wearing mask, do not require others to, and actively discourage the use by customers. If they dont care about your health, why should you trust them with your car. Basically find another shop with professionals that will follow the law and care about your life and wellbeing.

On January 11 2021 I arrived to Midas at exactly 7 am. When I entered the store I noticed that 2 customers that has also arrived at the time of opening did not have mask on. The gentleman who helped me get my service logs in also waited on me with no mask while still allowing the customers to set in the lobby maskless.During my wait the other service tech came into the lobby to get coffee, spoke to the gentleman waiting by his name and looked over at me as if I wasnt also setting there at all. When my truck was finished, the second tech checked me out also walking around the shop as well as the customer waiting area with out a mask at all.I did not feel safe during my waiting and will not be returning. I understand maybe while working the techs may not be required to wear a mask but once they enter the waiting area why are they not putting mask on before waiting on guest. I felt it was very rude as well as inconsiderate of others by the employees of this location.I run a business in the healthcare field so I talk the matter very serious, serious enough to not to visit this location again.

I am very happy with the Overland Midas; they have saved me MONEY on several occasions. The first time was when a warning light came on the dash indicating a possible problem. When I took my car in their lead mechanic told me that there is a valve with a censor on it that is getting stuck and a new one would cost about 500 dollars. Further, he said it will probably come back on, but I reset the warning light and I messed with a little bit so let’s see what happens. Since that time I have had no more trouble with it: the light has remained off and the car runs great; that was about one year ago.The second time that I saved occurred when I was in a hurry and took my car in to a different shop for an oil change because it was a little bit closer to my house. While they had it up on the lifts one of the mechanics told me that the mounting brackets to the strut assemblies need to be replaced because you have too much play front in your wheels. Labor and parts will cost about 300 dollars. I half believed it because I take the corners pretty fast and I thought that over time I had put too much stress on it. Consequently, I took it in to the Overland Midas and they told me it only looks like you need to have the brackets replaced they’re within specs don’t worry about it.The third time I saved was I had a large crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced for inspection. When I took my car in they got it done fast and the bill was cheaper than a couple of other places that I checked.To summarize these guys do fast quality work with integrity at a good price. In closing let me say that Ive found the shop that will do all of my vehicle maintenance in the future.

Wouldnt take my car anywhere else!!!! The service guys are very knowledgeable, professional and upfront about what does and doesnt need to be done to keep me on the road safely! I have a newer car now just needing routine oil changes and the basic maintenance but I started coming years ago when I had an older Honda civic with high mileage that would act up and required more frequent visits and they always remember me and are friendly and honest with me! I appreciate their candor!

Very courteous and professional I want to know how to get a wheel alignment but they told me one of my tires was bad and I had a nail in the other one so I wound up getting four new tires but the service was great and Ill be going there from now on to get my car serviced.

I took my car in for an oil change. I was told it would be an hour before they could start. I said OK and left to get lunch. Upon returning 1 hour and 15 minutes later and expecting for my car to be in the middle of the oil change, to my surprise, it wasnt even in a bay. All of the bays were empty. I asked what was going on and I was told all of the techs were at lunch. I asked why are they all taking lunch at the same time and was told thats the way they do it.It would have been nice to know that information when I set up the service. I didnt have time to wait for the techs to finish their lunch. I have set up an appointment this evening at one of Midas competitors.Customer service is not the biggest strength of this location. Very dissatisfied.

I came in for an oil change during their business hours and was turned away because their oil change guy had already left for the day despite it being the middle of the afternoon. Completely unacceptable from a business that promotes itself as a one-stop shop for brakes, oil changes, tires and all you auto repair needs. Rude receptionist said sarcastically that there are plenty of other places on Page to get an oil change, and you bet Ill be taking my business to those other shops from here on out.

I came in for an oil change and antifreeze change. I was kinda impressed with them checking my antifreeze and telling me the truth that it didnt need to be changed, but when my car was a quart low on oil in 5 days I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I went back 7 days after the oil change and got the rudest manager ever. He told me the receipt states 3, but its never right and the car takes 4 and thats supposedly what they put in. When he realized he was not making things better, he decided to show me another receipt where it states how much the car takes, but yet magically my receipt doesnt have that. Hes only consolation was that I should have drove the car directly back to Midas a quart low-and it would not have hurt anything - yeah right, so they could check it and finish filling it. Supposedly the car has an oil leak and the cellenoid is bad because they go bad all the time. Oh and he informed me that people all the time come in a quart low. Doesnt that say something? Then his flipp-it answer was what do you want $4 back? When I asked to speak to the owner, supposedly he wont talk. I will not be using Midas again. I was so hopeful I found a good shop finally in Saint Louis. -keep looking, because if they wont stand behind their work, they are no good.

Came in for simple oil change. Was told would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. My boyfriend, daughter and I walked up to schnucks and came back an hour later, was told it would be 20 more minutes. I then watched everyone go on break. Came back in 20 minutes only to be told by the manager it would be 15 more minutes and he waved me off after I suggested a discount. Horrible service. Took 2 + hours for the oil change and manager was less than concerned. Cheap but I guess you get what you pay for

This store double-booked my appointment time and said they would make it right. They failed to do this and after waiting nearly an hour, I asked for my keys back. They basically refused and insisted they would get me in momentarily. Seeing my car in the bay, I just waited longer for Overland Midass famous two-hour oil change. Next time, Ill just do it myself or take it to one of the Dobbs or Jiffy lubes right around the corner.

Today I came in with the oil and filter to get the oil change. Since last year my check engine light was on due to an evap hose leak. After setting up the oil change, I asked how much was it to find the evap hose leak. She quoted me $94 to smoke the vehicle to find the leak.I then asked her to add that on since I was quoted twice that amount everywhere else.After sitting for a few minutes, I went back up to the lady and asked her how much will it cost to find out whats wrong with my air conditioner. She quoted me $56 and said they need to charge the system. I told her the system is fully charged but is still blowing hot air. She then told me that it will be another $94 to run a separate diagnostic for the ac. I then told her I need to wait and see how much they charge me for the first repair before I add the ac diagnostic on, and she said okay.After about 20 minutes I see them pull my truck in and lift it up. I passed the time until around 11am. A guy came outside asking am I the guy with the Hummer. I told him yes. He then said that he is not going to touch the issue with my truck. He went on to say they got that same evap code before and it caused a problem for them so they are not going to address it with my truck.Even though I was bothered by this information, I figured I get the other problem fixed. I asked him do I have to pay the $94, and he said no. Then I said, Ill tell you what, Ill still pay the $94 but can you run the diagnostic for my air conditioner instead? He told me no, were too busy, come back another day.The guy walked in with the clipboard, did something on the computer and walked away. The lady that was there before walked up to counter saying that will be $31. I explained to the lady that they cant fix the evap hose, and asked could she charge me for the ac diagnostic that I mentioned before.The guy overheard me talking to her, walked back over and said, No, I told you we were too busy and to come back another day... So you can see why Im writing this review. I have never experienced this type of service from any vendor before. I understand your refusal to address the first issue, (Even though you have the means to fix it) but to tell me to come back without even looking at the second problem is completelyunacceptable.From this day forward, I will never spend another dime at this location.But I wish there was something more I can do to make this gentleman see the error in his ways. I dont want him to lose his job or face any type of punishment, I just want you guys to vastly improve your communication skills with each other. That guy should have already known that I needed my ac repaired. They couldve communicated and saved me a lot of time and disappointment. But they already made up their mind that they were done with me.The lady herself couldnt do anything because that guy has the final say in what happens. So I left. But before that, I had to return because they failed reset the vehicle and the change oil light was still flashing. Thats minor, but I still had to go back after he asked me to leave.I encourage you, if any business gives you these type of problems, just spend your money elsewhere. In this day and age customer service is king. If people in these companies dont care about you, maybe they will when they start to feel their profit slipping away. Its a shame, it wasnt the company or the lady at the front counter, it was 1 guy.I would have felt so much better if the guy at least offered to fix my air conditioner since he wont touch the issue with the evap hose leak. Please keep in mind, this is not exaggerated even though there are always two sides to a story. Im telling it just how it happened. Im just disappointed that I was told 1 thing was going to happen, but it didnt.I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this review. It means a lot.

Asked for brake inspection to determine the extent of work to be performed, I was told I needed to replace the disc, caliper, hose & brake pads on passenger front wheel @ a cost of $500.00 - $600.00. I had another mechanic look and he said I needed disks and pads on both front wheels but would only cost me $300.00

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I only wanted one service completed and not the list of services they told me that was wrong with my car. After consulting with my brother in law, who is a mechanic, I requested only for one needed service. They cussed at me and told me to come get my car. They were rude, inconsiderate, lied and OVERPRICED. I took my services to Jiffy Lube. They explained everything to me and completed the one service that I requested. Jiffy Lube was 200$ cheaper. As a faithful customer to Midas, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Very disappointed. We were quoted a price of $350 plus tax for a radiator replacement. We made an appointment to have the work done but then had to cancel when something come up. We called the next week for another appointment and took it in. At this point we were now told $400 plus tax. My husband called and was told the lady who quoted you last week was wrong. Ok. Not good business practice in my opinion but whatever, we needed it done. When dropping the van off I was told it would be ready in a few hours, unless something goes wrong. This raised red flags immediately so I asked what he might expect to go wrong. Oh sometimes things are rusted and break, but we usually replace those at no charge. I had a bad feeling from that point on. They later called my husband and told him that unless we pay them another $300 to replace the water pump, they would void the warranty on our radiator because the water pump was leaking. My husband can replace the water pump himself for $40...so I guess we are going without a warranty. Of course we cant prove anything but now we are leaving with a steady stream leak from the water pump that was not there before and is worse than the constant drip leak from the crack we had in the old radiator that we brought it in for. It just doesnt seem right that we are leaving with our van in worse condition than we brought it to them in 😕. Not only did they not honor their original quote, which at the time we were told they couldnt print out because they didnt want us going to a competitor to match, but then they conveniently found something else wrong that they assumed they could bully us into paying more for. Hind sight is 20/20 but Im definitely regretful that we didnt stick with our usual CarX service. They wont be getting our business in the future.

Have been going to this location for years and other a Rude Receptionist service was fine! But after my experience today I will Not be returning here Ever Again! I aaked for front Brakes and Rotors to be repaired also my Battery light was on so I asked if they could check it out for me. After being there for three hours watching my Car sitting in the air a Mechanic named (Jeff) called me in the office & gave me a list including my Alternator,Battery,& Rear Shock Absorbers & the total was $1100. So I said OK just do the brakes because Im going to trade this car in I just need the brakes fixed. He tells me that Im going to need the alternator Bad because Im not going to be able to drive it. I said again Im going home and the car will be gone after today. I watched my car drive in and I watched them bring it back out, now they usually put back right were you parked it but just so happened they parked it between two Vans why you ask? My battery was Drained now. I need a Jump and when I went to ask how did I just watch him drive my car out but I cant start it now the Receptionist said ( Thats how bad you need that Alternator) She then said I can let you use our charger but no1 ever came out to assist me. To top it off the took a cover under my front bumper off and then The Guy (Jeff) said Dude I dont know what you are talking about. The same guy who I spoke with who worked on my car.. After waiting for my Father to come To an Auto shop to give me a jump the Receptionist lite a Cigarette and joked and Laughed at me. I was hurt more than anything of how me A Loyal Customer to this Location. Oil changes there on both Vehicles Wheel alignment tire repairs you name it. All at this Location and this is how they treat me.!!!! I urge all to take pictures of your Vehicle prior to bringing it here & be Very Specific about what you want them doing with your vehicle. They will tell you over the phone that your Coupon is already and in the price in person the mechanic is going try to sell a different one. I spent $270.69 on my brakes but I guess that wasnt enough out of my pocket this was Really a Petty experience for I pray no1 else has to go through this. I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted to know why my check engine light was on and the fix the issue. When i returned to get my car i asked the receptionist Jamie if my tires were rotated and she informed me no. That i paid $30 for the oil change that she quoted me over the phone but an oil change with tire rotation was $6 more which was never mentioned to me. When i asked why it wasnt mentioned since tire rotation is common with oil changes she had the nerve to get smart with me. Horrible customer service. As i was pulling into my neighborhood less than 3 miles away i noticed that my gas tank was 1/4 of a tank used up. I literally filled my gas up and the Quiktrip across the street then drove across to drop my car off at Midas. I called back and spoke to the Mgr Jamie to tell him about his horrible receptionist and about my gas. He never addressed her rudeness. He stated that they dont offer tire rotation unless the customer specifically asks. Also for my missing gas..He claimed my car never left the lot and they didnt spill any during the repairs. He stated they dont have time to joyride in my car yet my gas disappeared on his watch!!!! Needless to say i wont be going back.Part 2: The Owner Mike called me this morning to let me know that he doesnt appreciate me lying about them using up my gas in my truck. And that i am not welcomed back to his business since i lied. I waited patiently as he spoke and after he was done speaking i began to speak. I informed him that i have no intention of ever going back and right as i was about to mention my gas he hung up. I called him back and he hung up again. I guess his staff gets their rudeness from him. Now i am escalating this matter to corporate. Like i said before I have a credit card statement that shows my gas transaction but i guess my gass magically disappeared while with them. ....i would not recommend this place to anyone.

This Midas location is not a participating shop for the oil change prices that are advertised on TV by the guy wearing the crown. Honestly, thats the only reason I chose Midas. Got 4 new Kumho Solus Tires for 20% less than Auto Tire. counter girl took my info, gave me a price, I paid for tires, there were installed within 1 and 1/2 hours. and they did an alignment for 1/2 price when you ask.
