I always go here for an oil change. They change my oil and thats it...I love it. They are not pushy and try and fix other things...I take all my cars to this place. And the guys in there are laid back and nice.

Cant name too many tire places that offer quick service but this location is one. Guys running the place were professional and funny.

The team of men were fast friendly and professional! And not let me forget super compassionate. I came in because I had a flat tire and wanted a plug. Unfortunately my tire was no good so my spare was put on. Totally REASONABLE! They were honest and understanding and for that anytime I’m in Stl and need tire service, that will be my go to! Definitely RECOMMENDED!

Im new to the area and caught a flat tire while I had my infant daughter with me. Roadside assistance didnt do much since my spare tire was flat too (did not realize). I found this place by searching the nearest tire shop. When I walked in, I was told that they are doing appointments only. I was a little bummed out but I understood and said thank you but I needed something ASAP since I caught a flat. Jamal told me to wait a second then he proceeded to run out and get my tire size and told me he would get me in right then & there. I couldnt thank him enough as I was in the heat with my daughter. He told me he had to help as he sees me with my baby and hes a family man himself. I was serviced in and out at a decent price. There arent enough good things to say about this business!

Jamol was more than helpful, and not just with me. With everyone that came in after me. The service is very friendly, and the prices were very fair. As a delivery driver who needs work done often, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The management is the worse. Side work for mechanics are known to be done there. I will never have work done there again. This location should be completely closed down. It may not happen soon as I would like but it will happen.

The manager was very nice, and friendly. It was quite a few people waiting. I like how quickly they work once they get your vehicle in the garage. The manager gave a ETA once your vehicle is being seen, a lot different experience than what I had before with auto tire in st Ann, which is what they were originally called.

Made a same day appointment that they even politely emailed me and let me know it would be about an hour later because they were busy. Melvin was very polite and conversed with me while i waited for my repair. they were quick and to the point and fixed my tire without any complications or upcharges or anything else. its so nice to be able to go somewhere close by so i didnt have to worry about driving on a bad tire. would gladly recommend them to anyone in the area and would go back again if an issue arises. thank you agin for doing a great job in such a short time for a great deal.

This shop is very reliable and on time and on point with repairs and has great customer service along with well resonable prices. If u need any help feel free to call them at any open hours of store and feel free to speak with there assistant gm Jamal. Hes a very good person for his position and he goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer leaves with the satisfaction that they came lookn for as long as its with in hands reach of his store and there abilities. He does his best to make sure no customer leaves his shop without knowing without a doubt that your issue is fixed or at least how you can get it fix along with good recommended place of service to go to for what you need done. Call this store or just stop by walk ins are treated just as important as a pre scheduled app.

Called 9/1/2020 about tire pricing and spoke to Ryan. On 9/2 I decided to go see the tires. I ended up getting four new tires, and oil change and a wheel alignment. Well need a tire rod, so Im getting it done Friday along with the alignment. I was very pleased with my service, conversation and all around experience...after Friday I will be back if I need any work done. Great job guys!!!!!

Ive gone to them for about 35 years, theyre extremely skillful, professional, expert, friendly, courteous, helpful, honest, and amazing. Theyve always treated me like royalty and Ive recommended them to everyone, just like I am now.

On Friday I had 4 new tires put on my vehicle. I had no appointment, so I had to wait in the shop for a few hours to get the tires put on. Because I had to wait for that long, the shop took 50 dollars off of the total price. I appreciated that! I recommend this shop, BUT, I strongly suggest you make an appointment, or be prepared to wait, because this shop is usually pretty busy.

My battery died next door. Came over to ask for price on battery which unfortunately they didnt have in stock. However they helped me order a new one gave me an extremely good price and it was there less than 10 mins later. Lent me super nice tools since their bay was busy and I was on my way.

Terrible Service.Im not happy with the job performed.I went there letting them know my brake pedal goes all the way down feeling like I have no brakes. They replaced one brake drum I asked for both and asked that the problem be fixed.They did not bleed my brakes and I still have the same problem nothing feels any different. I will not be back there unless they were to offer me to fix the problem correctly for free thistime.Very unhappy.

My check tire pressure light came on a few weeks ago. I stopped by to have them check for a leak in one of the tires because I had just put air in all of them a couple weeks earlier. They put more air in and the light went off. They told me if it came back on again to bring the car back in and theyd check for a leak. About a week later, it came back on. I took it in and they aired the tires up again and scheduled an appointment for me so they could look for a leak and rotate the tires today. The light hasnt come back on and they werent able to find a leak. They rotated the tires though - and, when I asked how much I owed them, they told me there was no charge because they couldnt find a leak. Ive been in their shop 3 times in the past month and they havent charged me a dime!!! I basically named my own price when I picked my car up tonight because I didnt like the thought of not paying them for their time and effort during the multiple visits. Everyone who assisted me was super nice and very professional. I was highly impressed with the staff and service!

Greg was more concerned about criticizing me for buying/driving a car that has 185,000 miles on it when in reality not everyone can afford a brand spanking new car and not everyone wants to pay a car note each month. Mind him some people only use cars as a tool to get them here and there rather than something to show off or flaunt. If money grew on trees GREG dont you think I would have been purchased a newer vehicle. And just because youre knowledgeable about cars doesnt give you the right to make others who are less knowledgeable feel incompetent with your condescending comments and attitude. I do however appreciate the price you charged me for the type of oil you recommended for my car, at the same time if a customer requests a certain service done on their car and you challenge them into doing something different thats a great way to lose a customer. I may not know about cars in depth but I do know about people/customer service.

Had a wonderful experience, management was friendly and made my purchase feel appreciated. I had 4 tires installed, an alignment and state inspections performed. Everything was completed timely and professionally and for a great price. I had the work completed in June of 2018. Would highly recommend to anyone and did not experience anywhere near what some of the lower reviews say.

They dont honor their online appointment times, dont stand behind their warranties, and their parking is atrocious. I went to the Autotire in Oakville, and paid almost 70 dollars less for the same tire.

Typical car service business. Nice guys with great sense of humor but prices were ridiculous. They tried to convince me I couldnt get same services anywhere else including warranty on tires. I went to Walmart and got for $250 what they wanted over $400 for...and I have coverage on tires.

Great service and awesome experience. James and Luo handled my repair so promptly that I would never imagined. They have also indicated some more exclusive offers and precaution to prevent this issue. I would highly recommend to all for full auto services.

Nice quick and professional

I had a low tire, I drove in on Tuesday, I showed the tire to Greg. He told me they had a 3 hour wait that day, but he could fill the tire and I could come back later in the day. The air held for about 36 hours. I came back on Thursday and Greg remembered me. He arranged for me to have a ride home and then called a few hours later to tell me that the patch was finished. The are very professional and did a great job. Thank you for a job well done and great customer service.

DO NOT go to any Auto Tire location, they are selling Inferior quality products. This location would not honor their 30 day ride GUARANTEE. After having tire for less than a week it got a slow leak. They would not replace tire within 30 days of purchase. Customer service was no help and wanted me to pay for another tire.

They are always very pleasant to deal with when I go in and helpful. They were very busy when I went in the first day and recommend that I make an appt so that I wouldnt have to wait so long. I found that very considerate

The customer service in this place is terrible, I made an appointment today for 3:30pm to have 4 tires changed, and aligned. I walked in at 3:20pm, one worker was outside helping a customer, that’s fine, I walk into the store, I was not greeted, one guy was standing at the counter talking on the phone, the other guy is standing there picking his nails, never said anything. So I walked right on out. I refuse to spend money with any business that doesn’t establish basic customer service. Why bother spending 700$ for some tires when they can’t even say hello ? Ridiculous. When I walked out after not being spoken the guy who was picking his nails says “that’s fine” so this lets me know that you acknowledged that I was there, but did not speak or assist me?

Took my tire into get a patch after a nail flattened it. They fixed it, put it back on and returned my spare underneath my pathfinder all at no charge. Great people.

Dont make an appointment for anytime before 9am. They will make and confirm those appointments, but the shop manager just told me his guys dont really show up until 8:30, maybe 9. Fair warning.

DO NOT GO HERE. I made my appointment yesterday (Sunday) for 1130 am today (Monday Dec 10th). I dropped my car off at 11am.My fiance took a half day off of work today and I had to take a whole one to get this taken care of. I was told the tire would be done by 130pm.After not hearing from them by 3pm I got worried and called. The response I got was We will get it done here shortly and call you.430pm rolls around and I called again getting nervous and was told that it was going to get done today.530 and no call, I drive up there and the spare is still on the car. I wasted an entire day after making an appointment THE DAY BEFORE and was never told that there wasnt a chance this wasnt going to get done today. These people stole a full day of pay from me and a half day from my fiance. I now have to make other arrangements which I could have done if they had just said something.I will never go here nor do I suggest anyone else unless there is literally no other option. You wasted my day, my money and my patience. At the very least telling me could have saved this review.Edit: The parking lot here is an absolute clusterf***.Edit 2: Took car to Midas down the street, they did the tire in 1 hour for only 5 bucks more.Edit 3: I contacted management as requested and never heard back from them. You guys are truly a class act.

****Total Scammers****Shame that theres a one star minimum. Full disclosure...Im writing this for my fiancee who had the displeasure of dealing with this business today. He doesnt want to waste any more time on them, but I want people to know what theyre getting into. The car was dropped off at 7:30am and he was given a quote of $225 to replace a battery, do an oil change, replace wiper blades, and a few odds and ends. They said his car would be ready, when he got off work, at 3:30pm. He called to check-in at 2:30pm and was told they hadnt even looked at it yet. He didnt get a single phone call to alert him of the delay. Once he arrived, around the time it was originally supposed to be done, they told him hed be stuck there for an hour and a half while they actually did the work this time. Hes then told that he was quoted wrong on the battery install and that it was supposed to be much higher. To make a long story short, he didnt leave there until 6pm, after theyd already had his car all day, and ended up paying $356 by the time he walked out, and thats after the $18.99 credit he was begrudgingly given while questioning the bill. The $35 oil change he was quoted? Try $79, after they added their misc shop supply fee of $32. What reputable business just throws on nondescript misc fees, that effectively double the service price, after theyve already performed the work? Shady. They also charged $60 to clean, not replace but CLEAN, his battery terminals. This is a job that should take 10-15 minutes, and usually costs around $75 to replace them completely! He had no choice but to pay their ridiculous fee because he was told they couldnt install the new battery, the whole reason for his visit, without the service. Guess someone found a way to make up for the original misquote, yeah? Finally, the icing on this poo cake...when he got home, he noticed that his tires hadnt been rotated as requested and claimed, and called to ask why. The employees response? Well, how do you know it wasnt done? Seriously?!?! He knew because only one wheel is missing a hubcap and it was in the exact same spot. Guess they werent sharp enough to factor that in when they decided to just skip it completely. This place is a complete sketchy, deceptive joke.

Greg was great. Was quoted a price over the phone and went in. Was greeted promptly and given great service. The final price was exactly that was quoted. Will be going back for all tire needs in the future.

Had appointment for oil change, was told when I picked up my vehicle that I needed all new tires. Took my vehicle to another mechanic following day and was told tires were fine, just needed to tighten valve stems. Husband took his vehicle same day for oil change and asked if they would fill his tires as he had a low pressure indicator, was told upon completion that he also needed two new tires. Upon second opinion was told his tires were fine; additionally Autotire Overland did not inflate his tires. Will not return. Check-in person behind counter was a bit brash but this wouldve been overlooked had the tire thing not happened. Have used other Autotires and had great experience.

PRICE BAIT & SWITCH BEWARE!!! called for pricing, scheduled an appointment for the next day (Tuesday) for my brakes. Wednesday they finally get it on the lift & call & tell me the same work they quoted for $150 was now over $500. The assistant manager was useless & Greg the manager who quoted me the price was no where to be found. BAD BUSINESS especially when weve been loyal customers for 5-6yrs.

Arrived at location about 12:45 for a 1p.m. appt .Was told wait would be 1hr 15 min. Went to Dollar Express next door to eat. Came back over at 1:45, vehicle was still parked on the lot and not in a bay. Asked how long again and was informed I was next after they put on a set of tires on another vehicle. Finally left location at 2:35. with a Thank you. No sorry for your wait and no type of compensation for my wait. This was my first and last experience with Autotire.

I had new tires installed on my new rims and new tpms, the inactivated light came on for the tpms I called, the manager was rude, said I had to drop the car off for a day, that means I have to get an uber to take me home and back, why cant I make an appt and wait? The asst. Manager made an appointment I went back, they needed to change out one of the sensors, i took it back today the 6th of may at 11 am, they did seem to get it right. I got in my car, theres grease all over the drivers door panel, the console arm rest, a finger print on passenger seat, and drivers side carpet brand new BMW floor mat, just put in the car last week and on the floor scuff plate. No plastic seat cover used or paper floor mat, didnt wash his hands, there was no care or concern about my car. Horrible.

Had a great experience a year ago getting 2 tires. Went to Sams Club first this year for the other two tires and was frustrated beyond belief, went back to auto tire and they took care of me. Need to go back for an alignment soon.

Do not do business with them. They will try to upsell you things you dont need, and outright lie about what is wrong with your car.Came in in the morning because I had bought road hazard from them and had ruined a tire on a curb. The manager told me they dont make my tires anymore, so Id have to buy what he had on hand.I asked about buying a better grade tire than the one he wanted to sell me (i.e. matching the grade of the other 3 tires), and first he made me justify why I would want a better tire. Than he said the only better tire that would work, would not match my other 3 tires, and so I would have to buy at least 2 new tires. I objected that they couldnt provide an equal grade tire to match, and he stated that my tires were dryrotting & in need of replacement soon anyway. They are not dryrotting at all, which was confirmed by another shop.When I finally looked on my own and easily found my tire online, at Tire Rack, he said they were no longer manufactured and Tire Rack buys truckloads of tires like that. Not true, found the tire on the manufacturers website.Meanwhile, despite 20,000 miles on 90,000 mile tires he told me I would get a prorated credit of 30% what I paid for the tire.When it was clear I was not going to be swindled, but I had already been towed to them and so couldnt go elsewhere; the manager told me they would be unable to put the donut tire on my car that day so I could simply leave. Instead Id have to wait until the next day, leaving me no way to get home.Fortunately, I rolled the car off the property and had a friend put the donut on and then drove away as fast as I could. recommend you do the same.

Never had much luck here. They looked at me like I was crazy when I wanted to get a tire dismounted,...and another time they tried to convince my gf she needed a functioning e-brake to pass state safety inspection and it would be ~400 to fix (On the Missouri DMVs vehicle inspection guide id clearly says its not unless its a large truck) Took it to another shop and they passed it without issue.

They did a fantatsic job on my moms car, Justin is really nice and so is greg.. I would highly recommend this place, I dont ever have problems with this place..
