Went to buy a brand new game and they tried to sell me an open box, no box btw, as new. As a former video game seller, erm, no, thats called an open box item with less value. Tried to buy a ps4 controller, they have like 6 colors displayed, not a single one is for purchase. This place just has empty boxes and used games.

This review is for Dustin, Assistant Store Leader. I hope I got your name and info right. I came here today around 12:40pm to use my warrantees for my two items, unfortunately my PS4 controller was missing its serial number tag on the back, his store location policy couldn’t help me, and they didn’t have my headset for the warranty either. But Dustin was able to help me find the locations that had my ideas and that could help me, he made sure to call the other GameStops to make sure they were able to help and he gave me their info. Dustin was very kind and helpful, keep up the good work!

Terrible store. I bought a used Xbox controller and they had not tested it apparently because it was unusable due to the insane amount of drift on it. I went to return the controller but because it had been 8 days since I had purchased the controller they could not refund it they wouldnt refund the transaction. 7 day return policy is just absolutely ridiculous some people are busy and arent able to go to the mall when ever they feel like

Still the best place to shop if you need a game. Staff is always great and if you need help finding a game like the ones you enjoy playing they are the best in the business at helping you with that.

Not sure which Gamestop this review is for, I worked at many of these locations. Gamestop staff is work family and even after I retired with disabilities they always look out for me. Im editing it from here cause I see its for the Oviedo mall location. Stop in the store and see Wayne, hes a great guy and will help you with what you need.

If you have the misfortune of being at the Oviedo mall for some sad reason, youll probably be looking for something- anything- to do. The Oviedo mall is arguably the worst mall in central Florida, with a few hidden gems in it.This gamestop is one of those hidden gems.Incredibly kind staff, accessible for disabilities, one of the best stocks in central Florida, and great events and sales. Its the best video game store in the mall for a good reason, and its obvious why this store has stayed open for years in a mall where most stores dont last more than a few months.My sister and I have been shopping here since we were young and Im very glad that the store is still open, because this gamestop has provided so many of our happiest childhood memories- our first DS, our first Wii, our first Wii U, our first PlayStation, and helped us find our first switch just recently. Oviedo gamestop, you rock!

Very poor store. Gamestop is a dead chain and has been for years. The cashier at this location with the little mustache always has an attitude like he hates his job(gamestop A+ career). Over priced on used games and consoles and give a terrible buy back price.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. they fixed all of the problems I had with previous experiences at another store. they went above and beyond their call of duty. lol
