I had such an amazing experience with Jordan. He was so quick and attentive. Helped me through the entire process of picking a new phone, upgrading, getting accessories, and trading in my old device. Would 10/10 recommend.

Trever did a great job. We added 2 lines and an apple watch. He put on the screen glass and put new cases. He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt come in there for. Highly recommend.

What a nightmare! Purchased two phones in March. Paid service fees and activation in store. Signed up for service for two phones and insurance on both devises. Got my bill and saw they were trying to charge me the activation fee again along with $70 dollars in other misc fees that no one can explain to me. My bill is $341 for two phones? Called customer service, nothing accomplished. Went to the store and spoke to Trevor the guy Who originally signed me up for everything. He sat there patiently with me and billing on speaker phone. Supposedly fixed everything. Left went home. I’m a kayak tour guide. Over the weekend my phone fell in the water. Called AT&T to get a replacement. Was directed to their third party insurance company. The third party pulled my account and told me “you do not have insurance on this devise”. They directed me back to AT&T. Called AT&T and get the automatic first response of “your account has an excessive balance”. I just supposedly fixed all that Friday and made my payment $130. Please note Ive already made my first payment in April for $135... so this isn’t a case of skipped payment. I have been hung up on several times and sent to the wrong department when asking to speak to a manager. They refuse to let me speak to a manager. I have spoke to Miguel, Tiara and Raina. My daughters phone now has no access to cellar data and I cannot process the insurance claim because the third party shows I do not have insurance. I have called 15 times today trying to resolve the issue. It still is not resolved! I am so incredibly disappointed with AT&T and strongly discourage anyone who is considering going with their service. I am now going to cancel my service completely and go somewhere else. What an awful inconvenience to have to get all new devises, transfer all our info and reverify all my accounts for personal and work on the new devises when I just did it all in March! Note how ownership only responds to the five star reviews!

Just wish people would be honest! Cracked screen protector on 4 phones, was told lifetime warranty if they installed it, just bring phone in and they will replace it free... NOT - Bought ATT TV new promo they had when they first opened.... try it he said was 25 dollars a month, no contract - NOT - only for three months and a two year contract NOT what Jarod told us. Sad to see Julie go - at least she was honest. Bill is now 100 more a month and I have no idea why? Ugg - time for a change

They lied to me. I dont know if they earn a lot of commission when they “move lines” from another company but they lied to me with the real prices and also when I give them access to my account to move my two lines, they also move a third line to AT&T without my permission. Only I could tell when I got the bill for triple the value that they initially showed me.

I came in to upgrade my phone an was blown away by the service an the the professionalism of the manager. I have been to this store in the past an was very disappointed in the past management but the new manager Will Coleman gave excellent service And that same professionalism transferred down to his reps. Even after he left the store the employees helped me transfer my data and made sure all my questions were answered. Good management

The customer service representative who helped us at this location, Trever, was exceptionally patient with my fiancée and I as we attempted to get her Sprint account number and transfer her service over to AT&T. Thanks Trever!

The previous manager Jarred should be arrested for fraud to be honest. Went in on May 5 (the first day it opened back up due to Covid) and was promised all kinds of things. Even have it in writing on ATT letterhead and to this date I am still fighting for credits that he personally promised, so he basically stole money from my pocket. He was very pleasant when in the store, should have known it was typical car salesman personality. It has been like pulling teeth to get Customer Service to help me because these promotions were offered through a retail store.

Both Will and Trever were AMAZING! I’m moving out of the area but I will still travel 20 min just to do everything at this store!!! Thanks Trever and Will!!

Very poor customer service. When I switched to AT&T I traded in 2 phones and was told we would receive a promotional credit on our account for the trade ins. The credit was never issued and now the phones are gone. When I call to inquire about it they say they will look into it and give a $20 credit to my next bill. It has be months and many calls. I have not received the trade in credit or the $20 credit the claim to apply to my bill.

Trevor is outstanding!!! Took the time to calculate different plans with different discounts combinations to find the best price!! Checked for discounts on other services, rewards for signing up for services!! Explained everything! Answered any and all my questions!!I highly recommend the Oviedo store!!!It a hidden gem!!!KristalH

Went in for a screen protector replacement, the 2 gentleman working did not seem to care a customer walked in.My husband bought a glass screen protector a couple of months ago and paid the extra $50 to get free lifetime replacement. But i just went in to get it replaced, it was all a lie, the gentleman said it will be $8 in store or $5 to get it shipped to my home. I was very upset, but need a replacement, but after all of that they didn’t even have one in the store. I was explaining my frustration with this gentleman and the store manager turned on the vacuum cleaner and I couldn’t hear anything of the he was saying. Just very rude!We will be changing from AT&T soon as possible!

Att Oviedo Stonehill store helped us trade our old iPhones for 2 new ones.Trevor was wonderfully helpful to these two octogenarians and patiently educated us as we made our decisions.This is the store well be coming back to and recommending to others.Customer service matters!!!

She took the time to examine my cell phone plan, lowered my bill, helped me get a new phone for the hubby - all for less than what I was paying before the visit. This store sold me the phone and they did not take it out of their inventory, which is very shady. Almost a week later my phone was bricked. And the service rep hacked into our account to accept service, as well as signing up for insurance, and the NEXT program, both of these we did not approve or sign up for. This was absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention that it almost took an hour just to see this very incompetent “tech.” The AT&T reps that I had to deal with over the phone to resolve this issue were very helpful and were appalled by this stores actions.

Awesome experience by the manager Jarred and the other employees there. Welcomed right away when I walked in the door and they answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

Jared the past manager absolutely crooked. Both my phones that I traded in were mysteriously lost. How on earth would that even happen. This happened in January it is now August and still no resolution. DM will not even resolve for the sake of the customer. I thought this was a major corporation insane to drag me through all of this due to the Neglegence of manager and associate at this location. I am appalled at the blatant disregard to my personal property lost by store. Something has to be done.
