Eduardo the Assistant Manager was absolutely incredible! If you go to this location you must ask for him! He definitely was a big help! After going to multiple locations he was the only one who successfully got me my phone with the correct promotion! I absolutely think he is a T-Mobile Miracle! I lost my phone somewhere 2 hours away last night and was super upset about what I was going to need to do next. I came in today & Josh was a tremendous help in the process and helping me understand my options and next steps. He was very patient with me and understood what I was asking as well. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a young man named Manny which was with a customer he excused himself and I guess he reached out to some gentleman that came up in the back named Josh and Josh spent about half an hour with me Im a literate to all of thisAnd got the problem resolved was patient with me withiut getting upset and a customer walked in and they treated them with respect. Quality customer service big time! Thank you very much gentleman. They have to send these two to other stores to teach other reps how to act.

I have been a customer with Verizon for the past 7 years, and Ive finally had enough of their spotty service. I decided to make the switch and luckily t-mobile expert Allison H was there to assist me and answer every question I had. She made the process easy and worked a deal with me that ended up in me getting a new phone, having a reduced bill by about 40 dollars, and better cell coverage. This has been the smoothest and fastest switch I have ever done. Not to mention the customer service went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with no questions left unanswered.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! Came in to get a phone for my son an they made the process very simple and easy. Nate went above and beyond to help get me all set up, he insisted we make sure the phone was fully transferred and I was a satisfied customer before leaving the store. Came into this store for info about which phone would best suit me and Allison was absolutely amazing in helping me make that decision. She took the time to breakdown the information I needed for four different phones and addressed all of my questions with outstanding customer service. She was really great. Also very knowledgeable, specially because right before coming to this store I went to a different T-Mobile less than a mile away and the staff there really didn’t know anything, but I’m glad I stopped wasting time there and came to this location. Five stars!

I originally went in to get my phone upgraded to a new device when I was greeted by a wonderful attendant named Jamie. Not only was she kind, welcoming, and had pleasant aura to her, she had what seemed to be superior knowledge about the device I was looking to purchase. I was so pleased with my experience that I decided to add another line to my plan and got a family member involved. I hope to work exclusively with Jamie for all of my future needs!

I can’t even describe how much I dislike shopping for a new phone but Olivia changed all that! I wanted to get two iPhone SE‘s for my kids because they were on special but I couldn’t make it into the store. Olivia worked with me every step of the way over the phone to get it done. It was the best experience I have ever had with any phone company. If you want personalized service go to this store and ask for her. I will definitely be back!

Allison treated me with utmost respect as a Viatnom vetern and she helped me find the correct cord for my phone. She is an asset to the store. If I was to rate her from 1 to 10, Id give her a 1200 for her customer service. I am a disabled veteran who lost a leg in service as a favor to me, if you can recognize her among her peers!

Needed to upgrade my Samsung phone and worked with Olivia at the T-Mobile in Oviedo Florida, Alafaya Square Shopping Center. Olivia earned my trust with kind and factual answers to my many questions. Even explained pricing is a way that made clear T-Mobile was competitive offer. T-Mobile is very lucky to have someone with Olivias personal skills and knowledge... (Highly recommend.)

Not very happy with my service today. I went in today to switch over to T Mobile from another carrier and upgrade my phone. The employee who was helping me was very nice, but mentioned several times that he used to work for this company years ago but was just recently re-hired. He said that the transaction he was helping me with was the first time he had ever created a new account for a customer. He had many questions for his coworker and manager, neither of which seemed to want to help him. Instead of helping the employee, they sat at the other end of the store eating something behind the counter and playing on their phones. Because of this, the employee wiped my phone (because I was trading it in) and I had to completely start fresh with my new phone instead of keeping all my files and photos. He also couldnt tell me the amount that I would be paying monthly and failed to explain many components of my account. I dont want to place all the blame on this employee, since he was new, but I feel that the manager of the store and other employees should have helped. I got a great deal with T Mobile and a new phone that Ive been happy with so far, but if I were you Id go to a different T Mobile location for anything you need. The entire visit took way too long and the store is not being managed well.

Horrible store! Not even a corporate store they are owned by a company called GP Mobile, who is known for being crooked and scamming people even their own employees! Stay away! Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store for all your T-Mobile needs.

My phone was having serious issues so I took it into the store this evening.. Willie greeted me as I walked in. He was professional and efficient in resolving my problems. Service Excellence is alive and well at T-Mobile.

This was one of the best customer service experiences weve had in a while! Sonny, Daniella, and the other girl there were extremely helpful and friendly. Its so rare lately to find genuinely caring people who take the time to resolve problems. Just when we thought humanity was lost, Sonny and his team restored it. I thank them for that!

Horrible customer service....initially called to set up a one week prepaid while on travel. I was told that I would have to wait three days before I could create an account online to monitor the status. I still couldnt create an account after several days, so I tried to renew my prepaid plan via phone. I was transferred between four different reps, on the phone for over an hour. None of the reps could process the request. I went into a store the following day to pay for the renewal. I was told that it went through and would be valid for another week. The next day I received a text stating that my prepaid was expiring. I went back into the store, and was told that the rep had applied it incorrectly and that it would be resolved within two hours. Waited over two hours, and I still had no data. I went back yet again, and ended up waiting for over an hour while the rep attempted to get customer service. I was told that they would not refund the charge even though they admitted that it was the local stores processing error. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I used to be a T-Mobile customer, but I will not be going back ever again. Such horrible overall experience.

Definitely deserves Zero Stars, on Saturday the 27th I came with a issue was being helped by Will didn’t know what he was doing nor did he know how to help me (had a nasty attitude and kept saying comments out loud ) . I asked the gentlemen which let me know that he was the manager name Negle, also didnt know what he was doing . He kept going to the young lady that he described as the assistant manager really didnt get her name but i kept hearing them call her “Jacky” she was able to help me not only that she solved the solution in seconds she was a awesome young lady definitely will be coming back to see her . They need to train there staff correctly and also get a manager that knows there information.P.S Jacky was with a customer and was able to multitask and help me as well very Great Job !!! Btw the store still smells bad after being reopened like something dead was there .

Great Staff!

Such a ripped off store . They always ran out free stuff no matter what time u go. I went at 11 oclock to get an umbrella on Tuesday and they said they r out.Apron, hat glasses everything ran out by 11 oclock. Give me a break. They must keep it all free stuff for them
