I am a current customer with metro PCS, since 2014. I signed for metro PCS service at this store and I have been upgrading services and bought few phones,in the last six years. The main reason I am going to this store is their courtesy and exemplary services. Few days ago I went to this store, to check for newer phones within my budget. I was helped and all my questions answered professionally, by Christina. She was so helpful to make me decide with the phone I wanted. And for sure I did purchase the phone and accessories. And now I am enjoying my new phone and its ability to do many things.Thank you for you help, Christina.

This rep saved my life I was locked out of my phone completely had know idea how to get back in and he was able to help me recover my phone and I dont know anything about technology and I would of been stranded without my phone and thanks to this rep he took the time to get help me after I visited another store they didnt want to help because it wasnt a sale I been a customer for years and I will now bring my business to this location instead thank you so much for your help Kayden !

Usually dont have any issues but today was horrible. When I first got there I didnt know if they were just opening up or closing for the day and the guy just behaved as if he didnt want any customers and im not sure if his coworker was new or just straight slow but she behaved as if she didnt know what was going on. As I was leaving he has this whole negative demeanor and looking at me with disdain all because I didnt know something

I arrived in the country a couple of months ago, the service of my old company didn’t like me at all, metro launched some new promotions with Samsung and it was what helped me to give my family a good Christmas gift, they offered me 4 lines.... with insurance included for a very good price, especially in this location two girls, genesis and natasha, helped me a lot!, I wanted to a wait a few days to seee how the service worked with the metro network and so far I’m very happy!!! 😃

This specific store gave me false information about my insurance and when I called to let them know that they gave out false information they had an attitude with me. I would like to say Ive been using them for a long time and never had good customer service literally ever! Dont use metro.

The manager there has no customer service at all and likes to tell the customer that they are wrong.
