Carlos was an amazing customer service experience. I was able to get assistance in switching services and getting new phones. I had a hundred questions and carlos was able to explain and help me in the best way possible. Amazing place to trust with your mobile services.

They wouldnt let me port my Cricket number to them to get a new phone. I was ask by the guy if I was gonna keep my number there for 90 days, I honestly said, I dont know. Their promotion to get a new phone is to port in a non-T-mobile number and pay for 30 days of service. If they want to change their promotion and say you must pay for 90 days that is fine but I followed all their rules and was still told I couldnt get a phone for their promotion price. They either need to honor their promotion or change their own rules!!!!!!!

The male who helped switch my partner and I to Metro from Virgin was awesome and extremely helpful... Since then the last two employees I have asked for help seemed like they didnt want to help resolve my issues and told me to call a 1-800 number, so I waited for our guy to come in and he helped us out! I wish I remembered his name!!!

Its a really good place. I think its better than Verizon Wireless or Sprint or AT&T. I think its even better than Straight Talk. its a good place but you dont half to take my word for it.
