Autumn rocks! Helpful with a great personality! My phone works - employee on Sunday was a know it all but it took 4 days for my phone to work - enter Autumn - within a few minutes she had my phone working.

My husband and I went in on Saturday after Black Friday and the only employee on the floor was the Manager Jeff. (There was another employee in the back on the computer). We waited 45 min and we were not even greeted. In fact one of the customers were helping another older customer how to text. We went in to switch carriers. I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years and my husband and daughter have Walmart plans. Once we were helped I explained that we wanted to give my daughter my S9+. Jeff said it wouldnt work because T-mobile added 2 more bandwidths and my phone wouldnt get their service unless I was in the Metro area. We left due to me having to go to work, but made an appointment for Monday. I decided I wanted to get my screen fixed before I ended service with Verizon and so I called to change the appointment. Jeff had no clue who I was. I explained my plan of getting my screen fixed and he was telling me how yeah I could use this phone for my daughter. Wait a minute, when we were in the store he said the opposite 🤔. I should have read the reviews before going in because I wouldnt have wasted my time. It was already hard enough getting my husband to agree to this and so this experience did not help.

I was in tmobile store to buy a new phone I had to ask for some help and the phones I was interested in getting were not in stock the tmobile associate called Mankato said it be there on Wednesday. I waited until 5pm then called to see if my phone arrived she had no clue about the phone or my order from Mankato store

If I could rate this more then 5 stars I would everybody is very friendly and very helpful you ask about something and they get the answer your looking for and will help you in anyway possible to make sure you’re happy definitely would recommend T Mobile and giving them you’re business

Not good. The staff was very inept when it came to assisting me with my device return to the store and/or how to return it free via mail. They advised my to contact 611 for further assistance. It was my first experience at this location and I was very dissatisfied with e serve or lack there of I was able to receive.

Avoid this T-Mobile store at all costs. I would rate this less than a one but Google does not let me do so. The agents at this TMobile store have no clue on what they are selling. I went in to purchase another Warp Charger for my OnePlus phone an they had no clue what a Warp Charger was. I had to point out on the sign in front of the agent to show him. His response was, I dont know, all I have is these regular chargers. I dont know what a Warp Chargers is.T-mobile, train your staff better.

Poor customer service very rude girl working today at 5:30 pm. No products in stock specifically screen savers. They did have one but said not the one to use on my s20 fe. This store just lost a long time customer. Mankato T Mobile store is way better.as well as the Twin cities T mobile stores.

I came to this store after a bad experience with my T-mobile plan set up elsewhere. The staff was super helpful even on a busy day. Jeff, Wiley and Fernando were very helpful in sorting out the mess. Thanks guys for top notch customer service!

I purchased a phone at this t-mobile store along with a case and screen protector. That experience was just fine. Then, my screen protector (that I spent $40 on) stopped adhering to the screen and FELL OFF on day 15..... Yep, thats right folks, no returns or exchanges after 14 days. The sales tech (Wiley I think) decided (after originally saying it COULDNT be done) to do a work-around to try and get me a new one, but the original sales rep scanned the WRONG screen protector so apparently I had to pay them ANOTHER $6 to get an exchange.... This is after Wiley ADMITTED they had been having many issues with that screen protector. My question is, why are they still selling it then? And not warning customers that it might be a waste of $40? Customer service just isnt what it used to be. Stay away from their accessories!

I have never been more pleased with T-Mobile! The manager Brandon, did an amazing job helping me switch from Verison to T-Moblie. He went above and beyond and very professional with my whole visit! If you switch to T-Mobile or need any assistance, 100% head down to him!

Worst TMobile I have ever been to just waited an HR and a half just to pay my phone bill which is usually only a 10 minute process and there was only one person in front of me everyone seemed utterly clueless while the manager kept telling the emplotyee not to connect to mobile hotspot to do transactions they told me two different prices on my phone bill as well horrible service if u want fast quality service this place aint for u

I went to get my phone looked at because I was locked out of it...The two gentleman working let me in the door even though it was before Opening Hours,they went above and beyond to help me get back into my phone and were patient, kind, and very helpful...I truly appreciated there help..I highly recommend checking out this New Store to Everyone...😁

I would have given a 0 if allowed. I was visiting from out of state when my phone died on me. I went to the store right when they opened Saturday morning. Unfortunately I have had something similar happen to me before and whenever I have gone into a store no questions asked they will over night a replacemen phone. The employees told me they could not overnight it and the phone may be at the store by Tuesday but probably Wednesday. I was told we would receive a text message when the phone came in with the phone number I gave them (since I was without a phone). We never received a text I ended up calling the store on Tuesday around noon to discover the phone had arrived. When I came into the store it took them a good 5 minutes to greet me. I noticed the manager was also in the store not once did he introduce himself or apologize for the delay. The girl at the counter switched out the phones but my battery was dead and she didnt have a replacement battery to confirm the phone was actually working. I have been a customer with T-Mobile for over 12 years and Ive never experienced such awful customer service or come across such a lack of basic training. The manager and his employees are clueless on how to run a store. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office as well. If I lived in Owatonna I would drive out of town to a different location to avoid the mess.
