I came in to activate my replacement phone after it had an accident on a fishing trip. The problem turned out to be more complicated than I originally thought. But I was able to get the help I needed and I have a working phone again I cant thank them enough.

I was very frustrated when I first went into the store and Eli was wonderful as he was helping me with my phone problems. He was very patient and really went above and beyond to find a solution to the problem. Unfortunately my old phone had to bite the dust, but I am happily getting used to a new phone.

However, I was also going to get a pop socket metal plate for my phone, and he was going to give me $5 off, but couldnt find a coupon code. Tried calling manager to no avail. I told him Id try and stop back another time, hopefully I can still get the $5 off.Derek accepted my return without hesitation. I was concerned that I was going to have a hard time returning my item....not so. Very professional and didnt make me feel bad about it. Thanks Derek!

Staff is always friendly and professional and willing to assist me to resolve any issues that I may be having. We recently had an equipment failure on the business account we hold with Verizon and the staff from this location went far ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations that I had to help us resolve the issue at hand. There were numerous issues that we had to work through with Verizon Customer Service and Tech Support to get our issue finally resolved completely, and the staff at this location was working behind the scenes for us doing everything they could to expedite the process consistently. If it were not for the staff at this location, our business account would be with another provider at this time. Shout out to Brandon, Linda, Jordan, Christian and Ben for everything you all did to help us resolve our business issue. This crew is the best !!!
