Ive taken my car here several times and have never had a good experience. If they say itll be two hours it will be 4 or more. The two 2 hours to do oil change and 4 to replace my brake pads. Theyre actual service is good but the time is awful. If you dont complain they wont get to you. Absolutely awful. I will not go back.
My car got backed up on and there was some minor damages on the front bumper. Went to this bodyshop because it’s with an official Toyota dealership. It took TWO weeks to get my car repaired. When I came to pick it up, the damages was fixed, however the front bumper was not put on properly. Additionally, I found some scratches on the hood, that was not there before (they took pictures before starting and I got to see it). Had to bring the car back again to get those 2 things fix. The bumper is good now, but scratches was filled in very poorly and noticeable. This might not be related but later that night, my car started making clunking noise when driving. Note this is a brand new car, bought in late November 2020 and there was no issues before. As I went to take the photo and front bumper popped out again.Edit: manager reached out to fix the problems. He was ver friendly and accommodating. Will keep update on the progress
Kate is the best. Asked for the 30k miles factory service. The price on their web-site and confirmed by their call center was wrong. Kate was able to resolve this issue and provide service and price which was advertised. Car wash could be better, very simple.
Just bought a Sequoia from Heritage. This team was great to work with. They found the car we wanted in spite of the shortage. John, Joey and Seth kept us informed throughout the process and were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had buying a car.
After my visit on 10/15/2021, I noticed a strange sound in car. I returned to dealer and Advisor Ms, Brittany Thobe was very responsive to my issue. The auto machanic determine the strange sounds in the back. Brittany went to her manager to explain the issue. She stated to the manager on 10/22/ 2021 a charge should not be created because of recent visit of $984.00. I truly apprecciated Brittanys customer service. She always provides excellent service in caring for my 2009 Toyota Camry.
I purchased my new RAV4 Prime from Brian Park and the team at Heritage Toyota. He was awesome! I went to a few other Toyota dealerships in VA and because I wanted one that wasn’t on the lot, they would not even let me test drive. Brian went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and invited me to test drive theirs and 4 days later I was able to drive mine off the lot! He was super helpful and exceptionally responsive! Darrin Porter took great care of me on the financing side and made the process seamless. I could not have asked for a better experience! This team comes with my highest recommendation and I will buy with them in the future when the time comes. And that means a 3 hour round trip…but worth it for their excellent service and care!
This was my worse experience at a dealership ever!!! There were three warning lights showing on my dashboard: ABS - BRAKE - CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I needed to know what is wrong and fix the issues. I was charged $240.00 for the inspection alone and the service member seemed so rude. I have another car which is a Honda that is serviced in the same area by the dealer the cost of inspection is less than $100.00 even when they check at the cause of more than 1 warning light on the dashboard. I moved from OH to MD and believe me I will never set my feet again at your location. I will rather drive to a dealership in a different nearby city. Hopefully there, they will treat me better. I can recommend F&F to go to the Honda dealership in your area but never to your Toyota dealership. I will be car-shopping soon and I will never consider your dealership.
Once again, I had an excellent experience with Toyota. Kenny O, my salesman was exceptional. I was really pleased with his knowledge and understanding of exactly what I requested. As my main contact, he went over and beyond the call of duty and I am truly grateful. Kenny embraced the team concept as he was in communication Ryan and he demonstrated he can work independently as well, to meet the needs of his customers. Great coordination and collaboration! The beige pinstripe on my dark blue Highlander was exactly what I wanted, after seeing it on John Ks vehicle. This was a wonderful team to work with. Can anyone say Customer Delight. I began going to this service department less than a year ago. At my initial service appointment, I was sold a maintenance package which include 3 oil changes and 5 tire rotations. Okay, I agree that this is cost savings. I schedule an oil change every 3 months because I do a lot of driving. At my most recent scheduled service appointment, my service tech was Jake (the same service tech that sold me the maintenance package. When I arrived for my appointment, Jake escorted me into his office. He says to me, So, youve driven 10,000 miles in the past two months?. Well no, I have not, but I have driven over 5000. He proceeds to tell me that I am not due for an oil change as the Toyota recommended oil change interval is 10,000 miles. Okay? Why wasnt I informed of this when I purchased your maintenance package? I would have scheduled less frequently. So now, Im sure that I have exhausted my covered oil changes under the maintenance plan, so the next one (if I return here) will be out of my pocket or guess what, Ill need to purchase another package!Poor customer service....
I thought I had scheduled, on line, a 40,000 mile service, but upon arrival I was not on the list at all. After a few minutes of trying to track down my on line confirmation and one of the service starters trying to find my appointment, I was put into a short line to see a service writer. Within 10 minutes They had me covered. Thanks.It did take a little longer than normal, but I was told that up front.Its harder to set up an on line appointment than it needs to be.

I brought a used 2013 Chevy Traverse that I really wanted.. The price was Good. After all the numbers was ran NOT REALLY.. Next, two days later hear a CLICKING NOISE when braking and turning, the air conditioning not working and back window problem. Called my salesperson. He said bring it in. He was Great. Got a rental, they provided. 5 days later it’s ready. Service lady Judy called said they fixed the Air. The clicking noise they will not fix it’s probably just the brake pads & they declined to fix because it passed MD inspection. I’m not a mechanic. Spoke to a mechanic he said sounds like the wheel hub or knuckle assembly. Which I would have to pay outta of pocket to inspect or fix. So I called left a message for my salesperson, the Manager of customer Relations call me back name Shirley.. Didn’t help at all. I would need to pay out of pocket for them to change the brakes, Call John he may can help. Never replied back to phone call or email. Now the noise is excruciating. Avoiding all Bumps. No response from General manager or General Sales manager. Please thoroughly inspect your car before signing all your papers. Very disappointed.

My advisor Brittany Throbe was absolutely amazing. When I originally brought my car in on 7/8/21 for servicing the service guys took the piece needing to be replaced off and just threw it in my backseat and they dirtied up my interior on the inside top roof, driver’s seat and baseboard, my interior is tan I try to keep it clean and I just purchased my brand new car in February of this year so I was highly upset. Nevertheless I brought my issues and concerns to Brittany before leaving and she insured when I came back the very next day to have my part replaced she would notify her supervisor Mike about the situation and he would take care of the detailing of my interior. I was super grateful for that because she was on it, Brittany didn’t make excuses or anything she was trying to understand why service did what they did. Brittany needs a promotion or raise because she went above and beyond she tried cleaning my interior before I left so I wouldn’t have to ride home with dirt inside.
MY vehicle was left for 30k service on Friday late evening ( drop box). . While dropping the vehicle had almost full tank of gas. When I picked up next afternoon after the service, the tank was almost empty. I called the service advisor and left a message for him to return my call. No one called me back at all. It is just a crime and un acceptable to steal anything from car (including gas). I will never go back to this dealership for any repairs or purchase of car.

This is the second time this has happened to me that i have got my car inspected and got tire rotation done on 9/24/21 and right after a day my tire pressure sensors have gone bad. I repeat the second time! i was told again they need to be replaced and its a coincidence and that i was finding excuses to blame them, while as was just looking for answers as to how can it happen again. The first time it happened in 10/25/19, same thing i went in and got my oil changed and tires inspected and air pressure fixed and the next day my senors were damaged and i had to pay 400$ to get them replaced. Today 9/27/21 i was told they need to be changed for the same amount. It may be a coincidence if it happened once but if it happens again i think they are mis-handling the tire valves. Problems arise out of no where when you visit them and they call it coincidence while i call it mishandling your car..Disappointed in them yet again. Time to change service shop. I believe in 2nd chances but i do not believe in 3rd chances. Beware, if they cant find something wrong in your car, they will make something go wrong.
Very nice staff great staff and waiting area except for womens bathroom. Only handicap stall usable needs other stalls need attention quickly! Women will judge you on your facilities cleanliness. Just saying

The body work done to my vehicle was phenomenal my car was damaged due to someone running into it while parked . The service and communication with the team from beginning to completion of my repairs was excellent. Ms. Crystal is the sweetest she’s an outstanding customer representative and she goes above and beyond . My car looks like it was never damaged kudos to the repair team .

Took my 2007 toyota sienna here for two recalls and a service campaign and was throughly impressed with the service that I received.
I had to get a new battery a few weeks back, it was purchased from Toyota, but my husband installed it because I was stranded! I went to Toyota to get my scheduled service which was all good, except when I asked to have my remote reprogrammed because replacing the battery disconnected it. I was given the phone number to Automotive Concepts to call myself and schedule an appointment. Problem is I purchased by 2017 brand new a Heritage and asked for a remote start, which I paid for, but Toyota had it done for me. Now that the remote doesnt operate Toyota wont have it reprogrammed for me, I have to schedule and pay $125 to $150 to have this done - very disappointing

Very helpful people working in both the service and parts department at this Toyota dealer. Parts are kind of expensive, but thats what happens when you need a real Toyota part.
The Heritage Owings Mills maintenance center is the best. It is the largest and cleanest I have ever seen. I always get in and out fast and the costs have been reasonable. If it is going to take a while they have a limo service to get me to work and then pick me up when it’s ready. Great customer service and everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone who is sick of being played, gouged and delayed. It won’t happen here.
Crystal and Jeff were both extremely helpful. Crystal was able to help me with scheduling to drop my truck off. She was able to get me in quicker than Id expected for my repairs. She and Jeff kept me posted throughout the process. I had to pick my truck up on my lunch break. Crystal made sure she got me squared away and checked out in a timely manner. They were both very friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. I would highly recommended this location for all of your vehicle needs.

This should not be your first option if you have a car problem. The labor here is extremely expensive and they’ll charge you $120 for an obvious diagnostic that would not even take 1 minute (Testing if the battery was working or not; Autozone does it for free). They will also charge you miscellaneous charge and would say a bunch of mechanic mumbo jumbo you don’t understand. There are a lot of local shops in Owings Mills, so contact them first before you go here. Why go here when there are so many other affordable choices in Owings Mills. The only reason I went here was because it was an emergency and I must get it done right then and there. Overall, don’t come here, contact other shops first
Evon Greene is the best salesperson I have ever encountered during my car buying experience. He is personable, patient, compassionate, caring and energetic. His attention to the vehicle purchase was tailored to what was most important to me as far as my budget, mileage, color, pre-owned certified, etc. He never became frustrated during the process with my lack of ability to make a wise decision. It was a pleasure to speak with advisor Katelyn Strumsky. Me been a mechanic, I found her information and service procedure accurate and technically correct. She told me that there was a call back on the fuel pump and explained to me the procedure the technicians have to go through to replace the pump. Knowing vehicle repair practices she had me convinced. She is a great asset to the Mile One Team. :) I have been a customer since 2010.
Went to the body shop to have some work done after my car was hit, took a couple of days and my car was as good as new,they followed up with the insurance and everything was done smoothly .great reception and friendly staff.

I always use this Heritage location for service. Everyone is so helpful. Service is great. They are prompt, professional and friendly. Car washes are free, not to mention the 2 year Free Service for oil changes, tire rotations, tap off fluids. Five Toyotas later, bought or leased from Salesman, Evon Green, super guy; l have not one complaint!
Dropped my car the previous night leaving my keys and info. My car was serviced and ready for pickup fairly early the next day. Paying and checking out was speedy. Overall good experience.

The service department use to be top notch but has fell off. You receive coupons for services after youve already had the work completed. The 45 Minute Guaranteed Oil Change has been changed to the 2 hour oil change with side bar scare tactics for unnecessary emergency repairs.

Every time I go for help or even a car wash the experience is awesome!!!. The shop is spotless. When I drive in they are very quick to come over to help me. After I explain the issue they are right on it and and ask me to go to the waiting area which is also spotless and accommodating.There is a certain person (Michael) that knows my name and always goes way and above my needs. You are lucky to have him as a employee.I have never experienced a service center that went beyond to take care of the customer.

This review is for the service center. My husband purchased his Tacoma from here in the fall of 2018.Hes taken his truck to be serviced here ever since but we will not be returning.He recently had the 20K factory required service performed on his Tacoma. He mentioned that he had a slow leak in one of his tires; the service advisor said theyd take a look at it. The service was completed in good time as usual, and the advisor said he had a nail in the tire in an area that was not repairable, and offered a new tire for $220. He declined, and ordered a new tire via a mechanic friend, who also looked at the nail and said it was very repairable.Needless to say we are upset that 1) he was highballed for a tire replacement that he did not need; 2) the nail was repairable with a plug, which cost him nothing; and 3) hes out $135 dollars for the tire that he purchased based on bad information from this service shop. This is obviously unacceptable, and the entire team from the managers down should be ashamed that they tried to fleece a 28 year fire service veteran who thankfully had a hunch and knew better.Im not naive. I know dealerships are notorious for this, but its disappointing that one bad experience has ruined an entire dealership for our family. There is no sense of trust when you as a consumer are given bad information. If the tire was truly unable to be fixed, thats one thing, but the fact that my husband was blatantly almost taken advantage of is infuriating.I dont expect the level of service to be that of a Bugatti or Maserati dealership but this is just not a good look for the Heritage Automotive brand.I bet most people get taken for a joy ride with all the repairs heaped onto their existing service requests. Dont get me started on being a woman and not knowing a thing about cars. Luckily I take my vehicle to the very reputable Audi of Owings Mills down the way.Anyway, keep up the mediocre work Heritage! Bless your little hearts for sucking at life.

CARFAX REPORTING NIGHTMARE! How this place has such good ratings from so many people I will never understand. About a year ago my girlfriend had service to replace a flat tire, new battery, and oil change. Pretty routine maintenance stuff. The service was fine, but many months later we learn that service cost us thousands of dollars.A couple months ago we take her car to Toyota to see trade in value to maybe get her a new car. But they said we would have to GIVE them $200 to take the car because it had record of crash on Carfax. Thats not the crazy part. The crash was reported on the same day we took her car in for a FLAT TIRE a year before AT TOYOTA. The sales person said we have to contact Carfax to fix this even though they were the ones who did the service on the car and they were the ones who reported to Carfax it was a crash???Regardless we listened, and reported this to Carfax online a couple weeks later. That was about 3 months ago. Carfax never contacted us. Since then we have called the Toyota Repair Shop here 3 times to get their assistance in contacting Carfax to correct this. Every time no one was available to help us and have left 3 voice-mail and no one ever calls back. One of the times we even asked for a manager and got his voicemail. Still no call back.So what do we have to do? March ourselves down there in person during a pandemic for something that is their fault and causing us to lose thousands of dollars for their mistake. Dont ever take your car here. Especially not for a flat tire. They will report it to carfax as a crash and devalue your car by thousands of dollars, costing you thousands of dollars. Then avoid you to help resolve it. I guess we wont be buying another Toyota either. I guess we also might have to look into legal action since this mistake by Toyota has cost her thousands of dollars in losses. We have the call logs and most importantly the picture on her phone from last year which shows just the flat tire.
Theyre not cheap (although they sometimes have coupons) but thorough and very professional, and the large, high, and well-ventilated waiting area is a huge plus in a pandemic!

I have always had a good experience with Heritage Toyota Service Department. The Customer Service Associate who sets the appointment, the associate who greets you and takes your appointment information, Service Advisors and those servicing the vehicles are polite, efficient and friendly. Toyota Heritage provides a comfortable atmosphere for those who choose to wait on their vehicles. There is excellent customer service from beginning to end.

Tires were rotated and engine oil change was done. The car was washed and wipers were fixed due to worn out rubber on the wipers. The general inspection was done to ensure good performance of the car. In short, thorough services were done to the car.
They do good work and will make any corrections if an error or misstep was made.
Great and quick service! Went in for a diagnostic, the fixed the issue for no charge because it was too simple of a fix for them. I will go back there if there’s any other issues with my truck.
