First of all they never called me and let me know when they got my lexus RX450h truck so I never know whats going on. They ended up finding more damage and once again they didnt call me and lmk... they never called me to lmk how much longer it was gonna take them to finish getting my truck fixed which will be another 3 weeks and this whole time I have to pay for a rental car outta pocket. My husband just came home from a rehabilitation center from having a stroke and Im having a really hard time making ends meet. I dont know what to do and they are horrible with communicating with me

Mr Kurt Willis was amazing to work with. I came to the shop because I had scratches on my new SUV and he came outside to help. He actually took care of the scratches for me. He was extremely helpful, professional and went out of his way to resolve my concerns. I always come back to this location because of the amazing people like Mr Kirt that works here.

My new Mustang GT looks like I just bought it. They cleaned it as well which was a nice touch. Chip is very knowledgeable when it comes to Mustangs.

Very poor service extremely slow. It has taken about 30 days to do replace two tires rims and suspension. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. This has been the worst automotive experience I have had. You would think having a Lexus and Len stoker being a Lexus dealer would put more pride in customer service and speed. Once again do not take your vehicle here.

Worst experience ever, first the painted my bumper the wrong color, then try charge my insurance, had to keep going back and forward there for issues that wasn’t fixed, then when they finally finished my car I received it very muddy and dirty in the inside, just terrible service, and all I’m gonna say is don’t trust Chip
