You look at repairs bill attached, radiator was replaced in 2018 sep during initial repair and in 2021 at another body shop it was found fan cover, radiator was broken and if you pay attention at bar code of fan cover it is dated 2015 which indicate during course of 2 years I was driving broken car, Geico did cover repair at another body shop but I was very disappointed with repairs made at OMCCI also have to pay front control arm, ac compressor replacement from my pocket which is unusual for 5 year old newly purchased carOver top of it John keep stating they couldnt figure out what was wrong with car and they have documented knocking sound in 2 times car was in shop and 3 undocumented visit I made during 2019-2021I

I had brought my car into the dealership for an oil change and while there my Telluride was damaged. The dealership sent my vehicle to this collision center. I have used this collision center before and they have always been professional and have always done awesome work. There was a speck that I could see and it annoyed me every time I saw it, the manager, Mike said to bring it back after the paint completely dries and they will fix it. Attention to detail, meticulous, professional and I would highly recommend them.

John Standiford, the body man Dave and the painter Shannon took care of my Subaru when I needed the rear bumper replaced. John is very professional, kept me informed of the status and was a big help. All of the staff were polite, friendly and professional.The parts I needed were ordered and received in a timely fashion. I did not have to wait to get an appointment to have the work done. The work was completed and the results were fantastic. If you did not know where to look, you would never know anything had been done.

I came to Safford by mistake thinking it was another collision business to have a repair done to my vehicle. They told me where the place that I was looking for was, but they could preform the work I needed to have done. I agreed and they went to work. Long story short, there were some issues along the way. Thinking about the situation now, I remember at no time did they ever act unprofessional or unfriendly toward me or my concern, not once. Finally my vehicle was repaired and Mike, the manager apologized for any inconvenience that was caused on their part and stated, thats not the way we do business. That blew my mind, not only did I apologize to him for the way I acted, but I promised I would return if I ever needed any work done on my vehicle again. In my mind today, its not how the situation was at first, it was how it was resolved in the end. Hats off to that entire group. I was in my first ever car accident and the front of my car was hit. This whole process of dealing with insurance and finding somewhere to repair my car was very new to me and super stressful. However, I found somcc and chose for them to repair my car and I honestly dont regret it! Ive mainly communicated with James, he is so nice and professional. I checked in today and he was so nice to let me see my car before everything goes back on which was a cool sight! I also got to see how the parts look assembled and it looks absolutely amazing. Left headlight was damage due to ice flying off a vehicle at beltway speeds. Headlight was replaced and module replaced and reprogram. I was kept informed all the way through process and job was expertly done.

Had my Tesla model 3 taken in for break in, they give me and my insurance a quote for 6000, pretty sure trying to rip off me and my insurance. After 10 days of refusing to lower the estimate I paid them 1000 dollar for doing nothing. I would be aware of this shop for dishonest practices.

I took my 2015 Honda Accord there it had significant front end damage from my son rear ending someone. Gary took the time to give me a detailed estimate along with some very good advice on why it did not make sense to repair the car. I did not want to turn the claim into an insurance company and the out of pocket cost would have exceeded the value of the car. Gary was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Rarely do you find a company that will take the time to help you when you eventually will not do business with them. Gary, your compassion, knowledge and honesty are truly appreciated.

I had a Tesla model 3 need some repairs after a deer ran into the side of the car - damaging the side mirror, passenger front door, and front corner panel. This required a total replacement for several parts.My car was in the shop for over a month in total. It seemed that they would work on it a bit and discover that they needed more parts and they would order them from Tesla. Tesla isn’t too bad about supplying parts - I was informed that parts often came in a few days - but the overall process was still very slow.There was also a miscommunication between the shop and my insurance adjuster about what parts had to be replaced which meant I had to pay out of pocket the disputed difference up front when I took my car back and my insurance company (progressive) refunded me part of that sum later, though I did end up paying more than just my deductible for the repairs.Overall the quality of the repair job was very good! I haven’t had any problems with the car and it looked like new when it rolled out of the shop.I should mention that I requested to have my key card mailed back to me and never received it.Overall I think it’s a good shop that just has more work on their hands than they can manage.

I cant say they are the worst guys, they did good work. But there were some issues with communication. I would recommend getting quotes from other shops to compare prices. Definitely was overcharged. Didnt throw a fit because I didnt pay. But, I have had worse body damage happen to a different car and I paid thousands less for same quality of work.

My car was in for a bumper repair. 3 days after dropping the car off I get a phone call from Gary asking if he can up-sell me a bumper for $900. He states that they can’t repair the bumper it has to be replaced and said State Farm wouldn’t cover it. I wasn’t aware at the time that he never even submitted the additional repairs to State Farm, he just contacted me. I then asked to have the manager contact me. I called back for a total of two days because I never received a return call from Mike. I then decided that I didn’t want my car repaired here due to the handling of the situation and was still charged a fee for them to so they claim put my car back together. This was poor service. I used this company years ago and they were great so I assumed things were the same, but they are not. I would never do business with them again.

I am a Tesla owner and was told that I could only get my vehicle repaired at a Tesla certified repair center. Owings Mills Collision Center came highly recommended! Despite Tesla having issues with delivering parts, they did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle once all parts were received! Highly recommend!

My 2013 Dodge Durango was recently struck by a barrage of flying debris which damaged the hood, front bumper, and right front fender, I was ready to trade it for a new one because I keep my vehicle looking perfectly new, I had serious doubts about anyone repairing it to my satisfaction, because I am just months away from retirement I decided to give the Owings Mills Collision Center a try, they have the best reviews of all the shops within 20 miles of my home, my truck looks brand new again. The front of my car was repaired twice at Service King and the parts and quality of work was deplorable! They used non-EOM parts (including the bumper itself, even though my insurance company paid for it), left broken wiring harnesses, left my fog light without the proper bracket, etc, etc. Both times with Service King, I had to return the car 3 and 4 times each repair job. The headlights were misaligned, the bumper was poorly aligned, the fog light was damaged, the alignment was off, and the paint color was off.I took it to OMCC and they fixed it quickly and correctly the first time! They worked with my insurance company to reopen my old claim and re my car the way it should have been done by Service King. OMCC’s work is top quality and having a BMW, I knew they had BMW-Certified technicians. What a relief to finally have the job done right! OMCC is amazing and I’ll never take my car anywhere else for body repairs!!!!!

This place would get an easy five stars if it wasnt for the lack of communication. Their work is fantastic and their attention to detail is great. However, it was impossible to get them to return a phone call. I ended up driving in to the shop to speak with them directly (this was for an initial appointment). Once in, they coordinated everything. As frustrating as it was to get them to communicate, I cant give their work anything less than 4 stars.

These guys took over a month to repair a small dent and scratch. The first nearly two weeks was just waiting on them to get an estimate done. They were TERRIBLE with communication, Id be promised call backs and get nothing time after time. The end result was fine but everything before that was such a headache.

I had previously put a negative review regarding the time delays of my Tesla model 3 repair. It appeared that there had been some miscommunication between my repair person (Jake) and myself which was thoroughly cleared up promptly by the general manager (Mike) after I had posted my grievances on Google reviews. Also was given direct access to the general manager email and phone number if I had any further questions regarding the status of my car. Hence I have updated my review of my experience and do recommend someone with a Tesla repair to contact the manager regarding the status of the repair on their vehicle as he most likely be much more transparent about it (based on my experience so far). I will further update this review once I have my car back regarding the quality of the repair.

I was recently in an accident and I called my Owings Mills BMW dealer and as always they were helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They gave me the number and address to the Owings Mills Collision Center and I was not expecting the service experience I received, they were just as professional and helpful as the BMW dealership. EVERYONE of the employees were FANTASTIC and my car looks as though it was never touched, its still gorgeous!! I hope I dont need to go back for an accident to visit the new friends I have made but I am will be back to just say hello!!!!!!

The two front desk agents Kelly and Ashley were the first people that I encountered and they were super friendly, efficient and very helpful so I knew I was in for a great experience. As the repairs were being completed, I was updated every step of the way with an email from John including any delays from the insurance company. They handled everything for me! When it came time to pick up my car, I was given a walk around and explanation of the repairs that had been done to my car and everything was perfect. There was a small issue with returning the loaner car and Mike, Kelly and Ashley were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. These people are true professionals all the way around. Mike,John Standord, Imran, and Sherman where as helpful as could be. BMW North America was totally outrageous. Left to pay for my own loaner fir months while they couldn’t supply a part on a brand new x7 that is in production so the part is available and a matter of choice. They gave me 1500 back toward loaner after lots of complaining but I stand by the work and the guys at SOMCC.
