My first time using SDR after my new driver teen side swiped a parked vehicle and messed up the paint and body of the car. I am extremely impressed by their services and will go to them from now on. The first thing I noticed is how clean the office is. They are also organized, quick, and professional. Stephen managed my cars repairs and he is was so friendly and knowledgeable. He regularly communicated updates about my car via email or phone call. I am blown away by the superior services here. They even returned my car clean on the inside and outside - WOW.

I would like to say first, if you have any car issues make sure you talk to Keith and everyone else here is chill and very professional but he worked with me and gave occasional updates on the vehicle progress. Second, pretty much my car was badly damaged due to an unfortunate accident and when I mean they went up and above, they exceeded that. My vehicle was pretty much was showroom floor brand new and felt like it ran way better after the repairs. The only complaint is that it did take a full month to finish the car which wasn’t their fault because the parts have to be ordered and they take a long time. Overall, you can’t be picky enough when it comes to your vehicle but seeing what they can do its like they hired a whole team of magicians, hopefully another accident doesn’t happen but anything is possible, if i know anybody that has an unfortunate accident, SDR is the way to go 1000%.

After going to my dealership twice with no success I was referred to SDR from a friend. I was able to drop my car off when I was going out of town, on my own time and came back to a SPOTLESS CAR. From the time I called SDR to schedule my appointment to a week after my repairs were completed, SDR strived to provide excellent customer service. Within a few hours of my accident, not only was I able to schedule an appointment, but I was able to have my damages inspected and leave my car for repair. Sarah, the receptionist, even called Enterprise when they were late to drop off the rental car. Their Auto Body Technician was so thorough in his inspection that he noticed minor dings unrelated to the accident. My car was restored to its original condition and properly functioning. And after all of that, I received a follow up phone call to make sure I was satisfied with my repairs. Astounding!

They were great with getting this extremely difficult repair for me!!! I wish i could go to SDR all the time but I can’t, and so it’s always a nice treat for me when i can. I truly appreciate all of your reassurance and total dedication to getting my beautiful car back to its original condition. long story short i bought a new car and had SDR do the cleaning/detail work as I do with all my new vehicles. But shortly after they did the detail work I had an accident, ~!@!#$%^&*er !!!! son of @#$%^!&^ I was devastated! The car was a DISASTER!I have been going to SDR for a long time because of their excellent hard work and reputation, but I never had body work done just the cleaning services in the past. So this time it was for all the marbles so to speak because the damage was bad and the paint on this car was very special and very hard to replicate. Not only did they get the repair work right but they interfaced with me and the insurance company perfectly. The reason this work had to be PERFECT was because the car was PERFECT and very special to me - let me explain: I had searched for this particular make, model, year, color, manual 6 transmission, wheel, seats and engine combination. Only 20 were made and so when i found it down in Texas I had to buy it sight unseen from a dealer before it was sold to someone else. No time to waste 50K BOOM. And on its way from Texas to Maryland. OMG I was so excited to finally after a year and a half of searching finally i got it! the 3 week wait for transport was killing me. Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, 6.2 liter all aluminum block, 1.9 liter supercharged engine with a manual 6 transmission - Black on Black on Black with Red Brembo brakes now finally had arrived. This car was so hard to find and finally after a 1 year and a half my search was over.It was a chancy move but in the end it was worth it. And so after the accident I wasted no time calling Mr. Chuck for his help. I seriously needed counseling after all i had been thru to get the car and to then bust it up the way it was. When I called Mr. Chuck for his help at SDR he met with me immediately and looked over the damage and reassured me my car would be better than new... Afterwards he introduced me to Mr. Edson and Miss Sarah. I was really upset about the car and was really concerned becasue the paint was a very unique type from Cadillac called tri-color. It looks like a deep candy paint and has so much silver flake visible, its amazingly beautiful and here it is all scraped and dented and scratched, even the wheels were damaged... I cant believe the mess I made of this car. This is a job for only the best seriously only masters of the art can repair this. Not your average paint repair for sure. I didnt think anyone could ever match the factory paint but they did... You know they did or I would not have taken so much time to tell this story. I had to drive it to work the other day and when I got a glimpse of that silver flake in the sunlight I was so happy. They really did it, what an incredible job... I am so pleased from start to finish, A to Z, from taking the car in, to calling me on every step of the process, and dealing with the insurance company... Symbolically, I tip my hat to everyone that had a hand in this repair.I have to go back and I hope to meet with the craftsman that did the actual painting and piece work on the car becasue they are some unsung heroes behind the scenes that need to be thanked as-well for sure...Thanks again, you have a customer for life indeed...

They did an amazing job on my rear bumper as I got in a fender bender accident. They installed OEM bumper from the manufacturer and my car is brand new again. Christina did great in keeping me informed from the day I dropped my car until it was fully repaired.

I brought my 2019 Mustang GT here after a hit and run collision. Growing up in a family of mechanics and body shop technicians, I was worried about all that could possibly go wrong. Ive kind of heard it all, and know first hand how hard it can be to find someone who does perfectionist work. On top of this, Im a studio artist that mainly works with sculpting hard surface forms. So Ive got an eye for these details.Upon first looking at it, Id say that the paint work they did was spectacular. I cant find a single issue with it at all. It matches the OEM paintjob 1:1. This is what I was most worried about, and it was clear that Edson and the team their took perfection very seriously. This was brilliant.As for the dent repair, at first I thought I saw some minor issues. Things that nobody else would ever see unless conditions were perfect. The light wasnt quite reflecting off of the body the way I remembered. But after looking at it in various lighting situations, I can say that they did stellar job their as well. Id have to say its probably the best anyone else could do outside of maybe the robot who bent the metal at the factory when the car was being built!Outside of the repair, they were extremely communicative. I was never left in the dark, and they did their best to not be annoyed with my badgering! When my car was going through final quality control, and Edson called letting me know that it wasnt perfect so he was going to have the painter give it another pass, I couldnt have been more thrilled. That extreme honesty and perfectionism is rare in the world. I wasnt expecting that at all. My car was also returned somehow cleaner than when I left it.I dont trust anyone with my car, but the trustworthiness they showed won me over big time. The car came back to me with only an extra .5 miles on the odometer. I know I can leave my car with these guys with full confidence and trust. Thats a huge deal to me.Im extremely happy with the work that was done to restore my baby. If something ever happens to her again, I know exactly who Im turning to. Thanks yall, you did a fantastic job.

To copy others comments, the vehicle looked so good it took our breath away- it felt new. How rare it is to be positively surprised at great workmanship and service and professionalism and customer service! We had experience at a leading shop in Columbia the year before and were left in the dark and ended with inferior repair and had to bring back for redo which was all quite challenging to manage during Covid. Our son had recommended SDR back then and now having had this experience, we regret going to the Columbia shop and now know that we would have fared much better at SDR. What a find and we will refer anyone we know to choose this shop over others. The location is convenient, the office is clean and the staff is personable and eager to please and easily accessible for communicating with. Cant think of another business we would make this statement about, but SDR really earns the five stars for quality in all departments! Dont believe the insurance companies direct referrals as this company gives their own warranty and doesnt cater to subpar parts required that affiliated shops have to adhere to. Kudos to entire staff and many thanks!! Now we know- lesson learned. Wisdom in your children- listen to them!

Had a great experience with SDR when I got into a fender bender. The whole process was quick and painless. They worked with State Farm directly so I didnt have to take pictures, and spend time on the phone back and forth. My car was returned in excellent condition. They even did a great job cleaning the inside of the car!

Friendliest staff of any repair shop Ive been to. They call you twice a week to keep you updated on whats going on with your vehicle and seem like they actually care about doing right by their customers. To top it off there labor rates are pretty reasonable.

My 09 BMW 335i has been my personal and work vehicle since it was purchased new. I do my homework before anyone works on it, be it for repair work, routine maintenance, paint work...everything. Im a return customer to SDR Certified Collision Center. This time it to repaint the car after it looked like hawks had a pizza and egg sandwich lunch on my car. Dozens of deep scratches all over the car. My first and only call was to SDR. From start to finish, theres 100% professionalism. There were afternoon status updates from Sarah. Todd regularly kept me updated with the direction and the reasoning for specific repairs. Even the staff I saw working with other customers were knowledgeable and courteous. I love my car and its so reassuring to know that its being brought back to perfect condition by the best. SDR Certified Collision Center is a great credit to the industry. I never look forward to needing collision service, but when its necessary, SDR will always be my choice.
